Breakfasts were just amazing plenty to choose from, delicious.
I personaly didn´t like the coctails, they weren´t good.

Loved how the pool area was not over crowded and no problem finding a lounger. Music was really relaxing and not too loud also.
Felt the reception staff( girls) could be friendlier... It's a pity as the resort is beautiful.

some parts could do with a refurb

Food was lovely.
Better access to the sandy beach for families with young children. Lifeguard on the beach. More staff in the pool on the family fun day.

We enjoyed the location, evening entertainment and the room was comfortable overlooking the national park from the private terrace.
The staff were friendly and hard working and professional. There were enough bars and entertainment areas like several swimming pools, gym, tennis, table tennis and pool tables. The hotel was half full when we there in early April so there weren't long queues at the bars.
Reception staff were not very helpful and hassled us upon arrival about the booking voucher without having given us any information that they required this (and we didn't have any cellphone reception.
Also we have never had such a request before with any booking via booking.com)

Hotel itself was nice and lots of room round the pools. Enteetainmentbwas good and staff friendly and helpful.
Parts of hotel looked as though need some work and the bedrooms had lino flooring not tiles which you would expect in a 4 star hotel. Bathrooms were clean and functional but a bit basic as in no tiles on walls or floor instead has like formica panels. There were quese for some of the bars at times.

Location and never felt overcrowded
No longer have drink on arrival.
Green bar shabby and the hotel looks tired, desperate need of revamp
Most of the shops closed

near a beach
on behalf of my wife who travelled there:
visited previously but has changed
room was cold (weather 17)
reception staff unfriendly
lights off on swimming pool to walk to rooms
food often cold, buffet plates could be kept a bit warm
street lights off on walk in the evenings to playa blanca leaving it totally dark why ?
while not a hotel issue surely you can sort that out ?

It was a great location by the sea. Loved my room and the facility to kayak from the hotel. The breakfast was good but would prefer better tea selection and coffee in the morning! The staff Vanessa at reception, the spa facilities. Ana was the best masseuse and Isabel was a great beautician. The bedroom staff samira and Angela were very kind and helpful.
Better coffee and tea selection in the morning.

whilst a walk to the main town for shops and restaurants the hotel is very close to the gorgeous natural golden Sandy beaches. it’s a huge hotel with lots of good facilities such as a spa, a Good size gym and many swimming pools. room was also large and kept reasonably clean.
all the staff were very friendly and helpful.
the room smelt of damp and I only noticed when I was leaving that the wall by the main door had a lot of evidence of damp. not good for me as I have asthma. this needs to be addressed before more people are allocated this room (808).
there were lots of stains in the carpeted halls leading to the rooms which made the hotel feel shabby. A lot of the tiles around the pools and other communal pathways were broken and taped over to prevent trips when they should have been repaired.
I had booked bed and breakfast and then paid extra to eat in the all inclusive restaurant for 2 nights. however the food was very samey each night with only a change to the veg being the obvious difference. it was also predominantly English food so a bit boring.

I felt the food selection was wonderful plenty of choice.
The room given..I felt it was dated &needed complete refurbishment..the bathroom is very outdated with a shower over bath which had cylicone everywhere..got it hard to get tap on bath to switch to shower operation..I felt the bath very light plastic I question how this area can be properly cleaned as there's a half wall ...the whole bathroom needs complete overall. In times of covid this should be no.1 priority.

Perfect beach front location, lovely rooms and pool areas.
The food was poor. The evening meals in the main restaurant lack variety.
The fusion restaurant was a real let down, we booked for Asian night. Food was very cold, and we were the first ones in.

The food on the self service could be hotter.

very nice sea view room
food very repetitive every night lots of meat but not a lot for vegetarians just lots of pasta in sauce
restaurants very busy and noisy
the freezing cold swimming pools like getting into an ice bath was not able to use the pools as so cold

You cannot have any complaints with this hotel, except of two which I mention below. Food and option of an extra two different restaurants as well as the buffet and Italian were first class. Drinks and service were excellent. Room and balcony were cleaned perfectly and timely as well as a good view. Grounds, pool and area were maintained very well.
The entertainment was very patchy, hardly ever seemed to be what was advertised in the morning and some evenings the theatre was closed and there was none, very very disappointing. The sun beds were past their best and a lack of umbrellas.

The unloved, lack of care by the owners and lazy manager

everything was great except the drinks were very sub standard compared to everything else.
The drinks.

Great breakfast and lunch, dinner was a bit lacking in choice. Bedroom very quiet and large, quiet adults only pool and plenty of areas around to sunbathe. Need to book alternative restaurants well in advance. Loved the hotel being eco friendly with paper cups, cotton wristband and paper straws.
Room had kettle and tea bags but no coffee or milk, plenty of coffee stations around the hotel but could have done with something in the room.

A bigger choice of snack bar food and drink would be nice
