Impeccable customer service

I left my AirPods in Belgium, I’m from the UK and the staff assisted in getting these back to me, they were nothing short of amazing. The room was clean and was great value for money. Could not recommend this hotel enough!

The area isn’t the best but do not let that deter you from the property.

Bien relación calidad-precio.

Está bien comunicado con tranvía hacia el centro y el apartamento era grande con una pequeña cocina para calentar algo y frigorífico.

Si tienes el apartamento con ventanas a la calle, es bastante ruidoso por el tráfico y tranvías en la noche.

ruime kamer met keukenblok. auto parkeren te duur.

ruime kamer met keukenblok. kamer ziet er keurig uit, de badkamer ook. de douche is in het bad met hoge instap en geen voorziening om je aan vast te houden. niet geschikt voor ouderen.

de prijs voor parkeren in de parkeergarage is bovenmatig. 30 Euro voor een nacht. parkeren op de openbare weg is geen optie. heel drukke straat met weinig parkeerruimte.

Ha még egyszer Brüsszelben járunk, szállást foglalunk ennél a hotelnél.

Szobák nagyok, tágasak, felszereltek (értem itt a konyhai eszközökre). A szállás közel a villamosmegállóhoz, buszmegállóhoz, vonat állomáshoz. Könnyen eljutottunk bárhova. Kedves és segítőkész személyzet.

A kinti környék, járdák, sajnos tele, tele volt szeméttel.

Kurzum:für den Preis war es ok.

Das Personal an der Rezeption ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmern sind sehr groß und geräumig. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage gegen Aufpreis möglich.

Wir waren 2 Nächte da, die Zimmern wurden während unseres Aufenthalts nicht gereinigt und es wurde kein Toilettenpapier aufgefüllt. In der Tiefgarage gibt es für große Autos kaum eine Wendemöglichkeiten. Wenn man Pech hat muss man rückwärts wieder rausfahren.

Very bad. need to open the windows to sleep.

The location is perfect and also the size of the apartment.

The AC when switched on, there is a strong smell of pee, which was disgusting and the staff said they cannot do anything.

Great hotel, with great view. Well equipped.

Great hotel with the best view over the city. I recommend top floor where are great apartments. Clean, well equipped, great wi-fi.

Exceptional

The plce was super clean and spacious. The receptiin was very polite and welcoming. We were family with a very young baby so cleanness was super important to me, and it definitely exceeded my expectations. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Great value for money.

The property was clean and comfortable. Not a great location for girls travelling alone as we felt we had to get a taxi back at night.

Spacious and fairly clean; 2 bathrooms wonderful for 2 bedrooms. Kitchen facilities also quite good. Desk staff very helpful.

Shower door leaked terribly so had to cover bathroom floor with towels; surrounding neighborhood had many 'unpleasant' areas, best avoided.

Good room, unclear information, ineffective communication

The room I had was spacious with sufficient amenities.

Information wasn’t extremely clear and communication was lacking. I wasn’t aware that the reception wouldn’t be 24/7 or that we had to get the iron within some certain hours from the front desk (it’s not in the room). I ended up with a wrinkled dress shirt to an important meeting.

A comfortable and spacious room, but the service might be improved

Very spacious room, very comfortable and clean. Everything worked very well inside the room. There's a big bathtub. It was quiet during the night. The place is not far from the city center.

When I arrived, at 7 pm, there was no receptionist. I was waiting for him for 15 minutes. When I checked in, he seemed to be in a hurry. When I checked out, I had to wait a couple of minutes again. It's not very critical, but I felt unwelcome when I had to wait for the staff. The district is not the best part of Brussels.

Cleanliness and all other facilities were excellent. Location is amazing. Easy access, checkin checkout.

You should put more bottles in rooms if the family is going to stay for long. We had only 1 bottle for 4 Adults, 3 days.

Comfortable

The room was very spacious and clean, and the bed super comfortable. Also, good heating system after we suffered of cold ambiance in another accommodation in another city :) Super easy check-in (late at night) and check-out (at 5 am). It was also walking distance from the train station, which was very helpful for us.
