De kamer was top
Prijs ontbijt aan de hoge kant.

L ensemble
Il manque de la lumière dans la salle de bain pour le rasage et le maquillage des dames
4.1
Chambre, accès au club de sport et aux piscines
Trop peu de choix pour le petit déjeuner. très cher pour la qualité et le choix proposé

some issues with lights and safe were taken care of immediately and with humor.
room was very rustic and small- I don't think this is for long stays- ours was 11 days
we did not have enough hangers... and the first couple of days the attention to detail was lacking: no replacement of coffee packets, floor mat for bathroom missing etc.

Everything was great, with one small "but" - windows on the side of the street
windows looking at the entrance to the garage

Love this place. Staff is amazing, nice rooms, great food and amazing sport facilities.
4.1
very clean, nice, pleasant, warm welcome, kind people, great facilities (bar, restaurant, spa), affordable

It has a full spa, outdoor area and big gym with classes. I really loved it. Perfect for a detox or healthy weekend. It is also an upscale health club for locals. So lots of nice people coming in and it has a nice vibe. The hotel section only has a few rooms so its nice and private. The rooms are lovely, ESPA lotions etc. It also has little sound proof booths so you can work and make calls.
everything was great to be honest. Maybe more selection in the restaurant would be nice, more healthy options to suit the health club vibe! Like green juices or fruit and fresh choices.

All in all the hotel and facilities are good
The cleaning lady/man did not clean and changed the mug that I already used in the hotel room. He/she must have forgotten to change the new amd clean mug

location was perfect for us. safe car parking.Close to local transport into town. on-site facilities excellent. Room was comfortable. staff very helpful and pleasant.
difficult getting access into swimming pool due to busy membership.
4.1
The room was comfortable. The bed was a bit hard and only one pillow was provided. The shower was excellent, but leaked unless the stiff glass door was firmly shut. Staff at the bar / restaurant area were very friendly and attentive
The facility describes itself as a spa, when in reality it is the local leisure center for the community which has some spa like facilities. What this means is the ambience and experience is not that of a Spa, while we were there, but of the local leisure center over a weekend, i.e. inundated with children and local residents quite legitimately going about their business in their leisure center. However none of this was spa-like. Sunday night after 18.00 we got to enjoy the Spa facilities and this partially compensated for feeling that we had been misled by the venue and booking.com. Headline outlook, the venue is grossly miss-sold as a Spa. One good example of this was the complete lack of a competent facilities tour which would have allowed us to understand what was open when and how we could have perhaps used the Spa elements on earlier days of our stay which would have offset feeling like we were staying adjacent to the local community fitness center
4.1
modern spa with excellent use of old wood beams throughout.

the hotel room was beautiful, couldn’t hear anything as we were at the end of the corridor (room 19). I liked the general area, quiet
PARKING
was a nightmare, couldn’t get in the car park without a pass and no one was answering the bell so we held the whole street up of beeping cars 🙈not a great start to a peaceful spa weekend. more info could have been in the email received when booking. head to the main reception first, you can park briefly outside to get a check in card.
THE SPA
isn’t really a “spa”- more a kids pool with a jacuzzi attached and 2 saunas. they didn’t inform us of the closed hamam until we got there. really average spa facilities, can’t really use that word. also not very clean and it’s outdated (see pic) you can hear kids screaming all day until about 7pm
MASSAGES
we’re unfortunately not worth the money. my masseuse was rushing me, music was super loud and she barely touched me, almost tickled 😅 on the way out of the rooms you walk past their “back offices” and through reception, so all the kids finishing school are there and you are just stood in a bathrobe.
GOOD TO KNOW
would have been nice to know fitness class schedule before hand. also to know you let us use towels and bathrobes abs slippers etc. also show us how to use the lockers!

Room was amazing, staff been helpful
Spa facilities are outdated, badly maintained and temperatures are not setted correctly. It has been advertised as center location, but it was 30 mins walking+metro from center:(
4.1
good value for money
breakfast and meals in general are not included and overpriced
4.1
Friendly staff, cleanliness, sleep comfort.
Unexpected charges: parking (EUR 15 per night was a complete surprise), unidentified 'hotel services' on the bill (additional pillows probably; never've been charged for this before!), minimalistic breakfast served by waiter only doubles in price if you order second egg (only one is served by default) and the second cup of coffee (no coffee machine there!) SPA facilities in jacuzzi are just basic. We've had much, much better spa experience in distinct places, from Slovenia to France.
