La vue, la decoration.
La salle de bain juste « fonctionnelle » pour le prix, les rideaux qui sont anecdotiques et la télé d’un autre âge. La propreté laissait un peu à désirer mais rien d’insurmontable

The room was confortable , good size and pretty. Good bathroom
I arrived at night and it wasn’t easy to find Expensive for the pets 30 euros and not even a dog bed or a water bowl

We received a very warm welcome on our arrival and all the staff during our stay were very courteous and kind, always giving extra effort above and beyond our expectations to ensure our stay was perfect and enjoyable. They also gave us helpful tips on places to visit in the local area. We ate dinner a few times during our stay, and the food was always creatively presented and tasted excellent, cooked to a high standard and often better than the same dishes offered in Paris. It was served in a very pleasant setting, outside under the trees. The breakfast was also lovely with a good selection of bread & pastries, fresh fruit juices, jam, honey, meat and cheese. The coffee was superb and you could also choose to have your eggs as an omelette or fried.
Our room was large and spacious with lots of natural light coming from the tall windows, overlooking the trees and with views far across the valley. We appreciated having lots of cupboard space to store our clothes during the stay. The bathroom was also spacious with a bath and separate shower, with fluffy towels and a complimentary bathrobe. The bed was comfortable too, with an extra pillow if needed.
The hotel is located on top of a hill, very quiet and calm and really nice for those wanting to come and relax. We took the opportunity of using the excellent e-bikes provided by the hotel and enjoyed a few days exploring the nearby towns and countryside. The village of Pontoise is only a 5min drive away, or a 30min walk if you are travelling without a car.
Honestly, everything was perfect and we could not have wished for a better stay. We would highly recommend this location to other travellers!

I was up in the attic and it was very warm with little windows, a fan would have been nice

Not much.
This was the hotel experience of my life. Bed bugs in the rooms.

The breakfast was very good with a good choice and stuff very polite. The hotel is very quiet, northing noisy around just the nature.
The room a bit dusty, the furniture outdated but in line with the name "chateau". The most bothering issue was the smell from the kichen in the room.

Love, love, loved our accommodation. We initially wanted to stay in Auvers, but was booked out. Got onto Bookings that same day and found Hotel Chateau de l Hermitage. How grateful are we that fate dealt us this stay. Our room in the Chateau was lovely and old world. Huge windows and shutters opened to lovely gardens. Room was decorated beautifully. Bathroom was lovely. Bedding was comfortable. Room was large, clean and wonderfully quiet. Grounds were also heavenly. Breakfast both mornings were yummy. The staff were lovely and helpful. Our favourite accommodation for the three weeks we were in France. Thank you from two happy Australians.

The building was beautiful and the staff were really lovely. We ate dinner there too which was good - although a small menu. It was located well for us as we wanted something on the way to Paris after we left Peronne, but maybe not well located for much.
The room had no kettle and no fridge which was a little disappointing, but perhaps this is more of a requirement if you're English! Otherwise it was good.

Lovely location, breakfast was good and dinner at the hotel restaurant was a very nice surprise. Staff very friendly.
The Chateau is beautiful, however it has seen better days. The rooms were spacious but rather tired, the mattress was exhausted! The shower was scary - you need to be very careful getting in and out as the shower is over a very slippery bath. The broken (lack of a)screen may suggest someone held onto it for support.

Very calm area in a park. Car is needed to get there.
Pictures look really nice but the hotel is old and run-down, no Chateau feeling. Mattress old, no shower curtain. Not at all as cosy as on the pictures. Breakfast okay, very French, but started pretty late.

Beautiful location and very nice historical building. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff was very kind. Hotel is close to Auvers sur Oise where Vincent Van Gogh spend his last days, there you also find nice restaurants.
if you have trouble walking stairs than this is not for you. Staff was so kind to carry my mom’s suitcase to the second floor.
the adress was not correct. Where it says you have arrived you have to go straight, than at the end to the left, before you get on the private roundabout go to the right direction golfclub.

The property is nice with a lot of potential
The lady at the front desk was very nice
Depite the potential the hotel needs a total relooking
Cleaning the spiders and spiderweb
Modernisation of the property is a must
For me there is potential but a lot of work to do

A lovely small chateau with charm and great potential. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and we liked the fact that we could use a room with a separate door to take our dog out for walks.
Even though it was a lovely place. The owners have not spent much time or money on the garden or exteriors, making it look a bit forgotten and not well kept. Beginning of August the grass was almost completely yellow and I guess quite hard to keep a running gold court. Just by keeping a green golf court would make this place be so much more attractive. I/we hope they can continue making improvements.
