The location was easily accessible and private parking was good for our trailer. The reception area and buffet were easy on the eye and looked welcoming. The dinner buffet was convenient- but not very fresh. Subsequently we skipped breakfast. The rooms were tidy and clean. It was convenient for our quick on the go trip to Calais from the South of France, but we didn’t get a good night of sleep.
The hotel is not very personably run and feels a little cattle herding style, maybe reflected in the price. The rooms - we booked 3- were incredibly hot when we visited in August 23 with no airconditioner and only 1 room had a fan (reception had run out of fans when we requested. The 1 fan was very loud). The buffet food was not very fresh especially the salad / hams and fruit. There was a coffee machine next to it, but when some of us took a coffee they were approached overly assertively to say that that was ‘for breakfast’ and out of bounds. The hotel does take your card details prior and you can cancel before 6 pm on the day which is good. If you don’t you naturally owe them the cost of the night but NB! Booking.com does not take this automatically- you are meant to pay the next day on checkout as opposed to some hotels.
Your card details are apparently taken for a €300 cleaning deposit if you smoke- and you have the opportunity to donate €1 to a fund of their choice “if you don’t clean your room before you leave”- which we found a bit bewildering.

This is what it is a chain hotel which was an excellent stopover on our cycling trip.
Nothing providing you realise this is a chain hotel.

Spacious bedroom and bsthroom.
Lovely large garden where to relax. Was welcomed at times of heatwave.
Friendly and helpful members of staff.
Excellent choice for breakfast.
I have found the location of the hotel very difficult to find as a pedestrian because names of roads from RER Cergy-Préfecture not clearly indicated nor is the hotel signposted from there.

friendly employee s and service.
6.0
Only the location as it is close to my destination.
Dinner is too expensive, too less choice for breakfast, room is too small.

The hotel is located in the industrial area of Pontoise , kind of quiet but far from city centre. The main advantage is that it has a free parking. It's acceptable for transit ( 45 km to Beauvais and 40 to Paris) but that's about all........
It has seen better times. The entire hotel needs renovation. Rooms are small, bathrooms are ok. Carpet old and worn out and that gives a feeling of lack of cleaning, even if they do clean daily. It is hard to say not worth the money these days, as prices exploded everywhere.

people can see your room through the half curtains from outside.

It was not so easy to get the right invoice. 5 phones to get to correct one.
5.0
there was heating in the room, the bed was comfortable, private parking,
the smell, the lighting, the space, the breakfast, the coffee.

Breakfast was ok
No air conditioning in the room on the hottest night of the year. Noisy delivery Lorrie arriving at 2:30 in the morning. People at 3:30 having a very loud conversation outside our room. No hand towels, only 2 medium size towels provided for the shower. Restaurant menu vastly reduced as staff on holiday.

very friendly and helpful staff. good location to stay, e.g.: bus/train/subway station very close by. rooms were just what you needed for 2 persons. good diner and breakfast options, enough parking space.
the rooms tend to get very warm. there’s no airco, which is not a problem, but a fan would certainly be advisable. we brought our own, so for us the stay was nice.

the breakfast was good
the rooms are NOT at all like the pictures. we had to move 3 times to get a room that didn’t smell like smoke. on the 3rd move the desk was littered with flies and bugs. we had to choose between privacy and light as the rooms look over a balcony linked to all other rooms and people passing to and from could look straight into the bedroom. with the shutters closed for privacy, the room was plunged into darkness.

Nice beer garden cheap and basic rooms. Staff are quite helpful. On an industrial estate some noise. No air con can get warm in the rooms
Food the first night was just warm. Didnt try it again. Not a lot for the price. Found a bed bug on the headboard the last morning. The receptionist said it was because they have plants around them. 🙄 Port Cergy is worth a walk nice to sit outside for something to eat.
Easy to catch train to Paris, we walked but bus is only 2 euros each way the number 30 its only 20 min walk away.

Safe parking. Tasty breakfast.
Walking distance to train station 20min, if you plan to visit Paris.

the room is big and it’s not a closed building, so you can walk outdoor freely
the room was dusty I have allergy from dust, and when I checked out they didn’t tell me about the payment I thought it will be credited to my account. and then they claimed to booking about their fault and I returned back after calling them the staff was shouting at me and mad because of their mistake….

clean, good on site bar and restaurant
bar prices expensive
