Excellent hotel, happy to stay here again

The breakfast offered was absolutely great,there were plenty of choices and eggs made to order, room was large and well appointed, easy walk to markets and Old Town

Camera spaziosa e pulita, buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

La posizione a metà strada tra il centro storico e il bazaar notturno, perfetto per girare la città a piedi. Fantastica la piscina! Il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo.

Avendo la sala delle colazioni in uno spazio aperto quando piove si riduce il posto a sedere e il pavimento diventa veramente molto scivoloso...

Muy ruidoso por estar abierto el edificio a la calle.

La anchura de la cama, aunque era muy dura y ruidosa.

El ruido proveniente de los locales de la calle. Al estar abierto el hotel, se oye todas las terrazas de los bares de la calle.

Een echte aanrader!!

Het personeel was superlief en behulpzaam,heel correct en beleefd.Berichtje gestuurd of we van de airport gehaald konden worden,werd binnen 10 minuten beantwoordt dat het ok was. Hotel is 10 tot 15 min rijden van de airport. De locatie was op loopafstand van de nachtmarkt.Heel veel massage salons,7 eleven,touroperators,bars,wisselkantoren in de straat. Ik kom hier zeker terug!

Nice hotel, good location, fabulous swimming pool

Nice hotel in good location. Comfortable room, nice modern bathroom, fridge. Good value for money. Lots of restaurants, massage places in the same street. Swimming pool was fabulous, very clean and well kept. Hotel is a few minutes easy walk from the old walled city part of Chiang Mai. Night Market within 10 mins walk. Free drop off at Airport

breakfast is good, room is clean.

pool is too far away, not connected with the same building. pool open abit late @ 9am. Person incharge of the pool is not friendly. we saw a few visitors were drinking near the pool even though signages showed no food/drinks are allowed.

Great location at an old hotel

The location is a must, specially if you are in Chiang mai for the Loy krathong festival. 15min on foot from the river and from the center Comfortable bed, clean Free shuttle to the airport Friendly staff

This is has the amenities and comfort of a 3* hotel Low quality and variety breakfast Old hotel and rooms Bad price-quality ratio - too expensive for what it offers (even with inflation due to loy krathong festival)

although there’s cheaper hotels with better service we know we will have a nice big room in a good location

we’ve been staying here for years so the location and property are very familiar to us

we’re disappointed in how the Hotel has changed over the years with staff not dressed traditionally like they used to be, no breakfast and no Spa. despite that we always come back.

Great location and value.

Have been staying here for 10+ years ... perfect location: close to night market and restaurants but quiet at night.

Had issue with AC during night and stuck door to bathroom. Were both fixed promptly and is first time had such issues.

run down property that felt like a ghost town

it is conveniently situated and staff was polite

no windows, hard beds, no soul. it felt like a ghost town. the pool is across the street from the hotel. wifi was given by a coupon just for 1 day like this is 1999. really would go somewhere else

Location is great!!! it took me about five minutes to get to old city! it is surrounded by restaurants and bars!

The phone in my room doesn’t work, so I couldn’t get room service even when in the room had information about it.

Good price-quality option in convenient location

Nice large room, enormous comfy bed. Bathroom good with walk-in shower and decent water pressure. Iron and board supplied efficiently upon request. Plenty of armchairs. Staff was friendly and available.

this looks like it used to be a good hotel but now there are no facilities apart from the pool they have closed the spa there is no availability for breakfast or room service I moved to another hotel after three days because the air conditioning made me I’ll every time I put it on it made me cough and it gave me a throat infection I had to take a course of antibiotics. it seems like no one ever services it I won’t be staying there again maybe you should send one of your people to look at the property before giving false reviews
