Great place to be for a visit to Chiang Mai.

Small size hotel with nice swimming pool near city center. Friendly staff and flexibel. Can provide a good gluten-free breakfast which is related to celiac disease. We booked two rooms via de balcony the rooms can be connected.

Quiet perfection.

Really quiet spot yet still close enough to walk to the Old City. The staff were lovely and always willing to help. Was great to have a pool and loungers to laze on in the afternoon heat! Would definitely recommend to others.

Perfect for family stay

We had a family room meaning 2 rooms with connecting doors. It was very spacious, the beds are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good. The people are very friendly and the pool is good to cool down in. Loved that it is just a bit outside the city centre in a quiet area.

Exceptional

This hotel had all the right touches. They were attentive to so many small details that were unique to any other place we stayed during our prior two weeks of travel. From free drinking water available all day long, and well stocked in large bottles in the rooms, to bananas and snacks always available at the reception, to mentos treats replaced daily in the rooms, and nice shampoo and condition provided in the showers, I felt like the property went above and beyond. The pool is lovely and just the right temperature. Breakfast was nice, and they even packed us a nice to-go breakfast for the morning we had to leave early before the breakfast hour started.

Quaint, full of authentic Thai character, very clean, comfortable, lovely!

The location was great! The staff were helpful and attentive at all times. The rooms were very spacious, comfortable and clean. The pool area was very quaint and had a fun water feature that was occasionally on.

The property was fantastic overall. Our only constructive piece of feedback would be that the pool could do with some more regular cleaning.

One of the best stays in Thailand! Beautiful hotel!

It was a super comfortable and clean hotel. The room is very nice and big with a bathtub. The swimming pool was lovely although a bit cold. The staff is very friendly and you get free water bottles every day. We were happy to stay here for more than 1 week.

Lovely staff, very efficient and friendly. Big rooms with balcony only 15 mins walking to old town walls with several options for food and drink with 5 mins walking. Location in cul-de-sac means it is very quiet.

Great hotel in chiangmai 5 minutes to night bazar by tuktuk

The hotel staff was very very nice, they tried to help with any question we had. The hotel was very near chiang mai night bazars, about 10 minute walk or 5 minutes by tuktuk. Its a quite location with plenty of parking. Great pool and good breakfast. We where a family of 4 , so we took two room with an ajoining door between then , great setup. The photos on the web site dont do justice to the place, the hotel is much nicer than it seems. Would definitely return next time in chiang mai.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, great location with good foodoptions nearby.

Very friendly staff who are very helpfull with organising taxi’s, trips etc, good location in a nice neighbourhood, excellent restaurant (Mary’s) 5 min walking. Hotel looks beautiful with open spaces and lots of green.
