Hidden Paradise

Great central location but away from the busy street. Very clean, well maintained gardens, beautiful pool areas, prompt room service and wonderful friendly staff.

Beds were a little hard for us and the shower head set up was adequate but wasn't the best.

Lage zum Strand

Wir haben erst ein Zimmer bekommen welches den Bildern auf der Webseite nicht entsprach. Zudem war es sehr dreckig, im Badezimmer vieles verschimmelt und rostig.. Wir haben zum Glück noch in ein anderes Zimmer wechseln können, welches dann so aus sah wie auf den Bildern und etwas sauberer war. Dennoch waren wir froh nur eine Nacht in diesem Hotel gebucht zu haben, weil man aufgrund der Lautstärke und der Helligkeit im Zimmer kaum schlafen konnte. Das Frühstück, welches für 12,50 € pro Person für balinesische Verhältnisse schon teuer ist war eine Frechheit, kaum Auswahl und nicht verzehrbar. Definitiv nicht zu empfehlen!

Ottima colazione a buffet, con molte varietà dal dolce al salato. Presenta grande piscina.

Abbiamo prenotato una camera deluxe matrimoniale, dalle foto si presentava moderno e con doccia walk in, purtroppo ci hanno dato una camera sporca, con il calcare sui rubinetti e una vasca da bagno arrugginita (vedi foto), siamo andati a lamentarci e ci hanno dato un'altra camera che era leggermente più grande ma sempre con la vasca da bagno con segni di ruggine, pavimentazione sporca e comunque era lontana dalle foto della prenotazione. Purtroppo la pulizia era scadente.

Nice comfortable stay

Great location of the hotel. Near the beach and walkable. It’s a bit on the inside from the main beach road but not a big issue. Staff are excellent and super helpful. Thanks for the cake too. Staff property is very good and beautiful.

The bathroom tap had salt water. The shower in the bathroom was not working well. We were also given two rooms of different sizes even though paid the same amount. Breakfast spread was good but not fantastic especially for vegetarians. But had a decent selection. Could be more fruits.

Excellent séjour

Villa très confortable et bien équipée. Très bien situé à Kuta beach. Personnels accueillants et très serviables. Un sans faute du début à la fin.

Circulation très difficile dans le quartier car c'est un secteur très fréquenté en période estivale.

Enjoyed the lovely resort away from the hustle and bustle of Kuta!

I loved the pool and how the resort was situated further off the main Kuta road. I loved all the options for breakfast as well and the optional room service. It was easy to check in and a good spot to get picked up via taxi.

Only issue was some of the gym equipment didn’t seem to work when I tried it such as the treadmill. And my telephone didn’t work in my room but I was able to use my friends in the next room so that wasn’t a big deal. Also, it would be nice if the pool times went on till later in the evening.

It was excellent value for money, and I much preferred the larger pool and would request a room near there next time 😃

For such a large property it was very quiet, which for its central location was exactly what I wanted as a solo traveller

A great location, pool was great, a pleasant place to stay.

All was great, would have liked some bacon for breakfast, otherwise all good.

If I had to pick one thing, it would be the WI-FI in the room was weak.

Good value for money

Breakfast was good without being great. Choice of three pools but didn't see the pool bar open once in our four day stay. Rooms were good and clean but a bit run down as you would expect with an aging building. Value for money was good and the room service food was also good.

Air conditioning started leaking on day 1 of our stay. Staff fixed and cleaned it immediately but it was filthy so preventative maintenance would be a good suggestion instead of waiting for things to stop working.

Lovely relaxing stay at good value hotel.

Small comfortable quiet hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location only 2 minutes walk down lane way to beach and Beachwalk shopping centre.

Not a real issue but limited menu. Plenty of places to eat nearby.

the pool and leisure are were really nice. The location is great around the busy area of Kuta and close to the beach. the room is spacious and quiet at night. good for relaxing and sleeping didn't have a problem with mosquitoes

There were ants, and dead roach on the floor and the shower needs maintenance. I couldn't get hot water and tap had a pressurized leak that would go out sideways when showering, getting everything wet (toilet paper and toiletries)

Amazing awesome best place if you want to be central

It was soooo big and beautiful very clean, staff very friendly and very close to beach skate park, everything u could want!

Only our shower because it was pouring out and leaking in all the wrong places but very minor in our eyes!

It was a beautiful hotel and if it wasn’t for the showers being cold everything else was perfect

The location was pretty great and the hotel itself was mesmerising.

Hidden gem in Kuta

the place was ok - staff were pleasant - food was traditional.

It was a more traditional Balinese style property which is what I liked about the place.

They advertised that they had a Spa on site - which is why I booked as that was going to be my daily routine - however the Spa was closed but they could bring a masseuse to your room which just wasn’t the same. If it isn’t open then say so on your website. We would have booked somewhere else which would have been closer to facilities needed.

The staff is really nice! Great hospitality and they always clean the room. Free 2x water bottles everyday. Really cozy chill area, close to the beach and away from the noise. Really great location!
