The hotel didn't meet my expectations

One positive aspect of the stay was the room itself. The room was spacious, and the bed was quite comfortable, making for a decent night's sleep. However, the partial sea view I booked was not worth the extra cost, as the noise from the nearby shopping malls was constant, making it impossible to enjoy the outdoor space.

I recently stayed at this hotel, which was advertised as a 5-star establishment, but unfortunately, my experience did not match that rating. Facilities and Condition: The building itself is quite old, and there are numerous renovations happening throughout the hotel, which disrupts the overall ambiance. Despite the 5-star label, the hotel lacks modern facilities. For instance, the room's television did not support basic features like Netflix or casting, which are expected in most contemporary hotels. The hotel doesn't give off a modern or luxurious vibe, with the reception area appearing dated and lacking the sophistication you would expect from a high-end establishment Room Experience: I booked a partial sea-view room, hoping for a relaxing stay, but it turned out to be a disappointment. The noise from the nearby shopping malls was overwhelming, making it impossible to enjoy the balcony. This made me feel that the upgrade was a waste of money. On the second day, I had to request the staff to clean our room, which was surprising given the hefty service fees associated with the hotel Service Quality: The staff, though generally polite, seemed uninformed about basic guest needs, such as renting a bike or offering local recommendations. This lack of knowledge and readiness was quite surprising for a 5-star hotel. I have stayed in other luxury hotels in Seminyak and other parts of Bali, which were not only more affordable but provided far superior service and facilities

Очень приятный отель. Вежливый и веселый персонал.Пошли на встречу с оплатой по приезду и это было решающим моментом в моем проживании в отеле. Завтраки хорошие, маловато фруктов. Ужины великолепны в итальянском ресторане. Заслуживают похвалы. Очень понравились процедуры в СПА. Массаж отличный.

Можно улучшить ассортимент ужинов в основном зале и добавить, хотя бы соки на ужин. А то вода как, то очень скромно для отеля такого уровня.

The room in general and the furnuter are old . The land scape is quite good . I was expecting more from the ahotle like sheraton . I Realy cant understand howe could this hotle carry the name “ SHERATON HOTEL “. The breakfast not worth the value ❌ Its 3 🔆🔆🔆starrs hotel not 5

A very good stay where 5-star service is guaranteed

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice available. The staff went out of their way to assist throughout our stay and to make us feel welcome.

Possibly a little pricey for the room, but then this was a treat that we were happy to fund.

Nice place in Kuta beach

It was ideally located in the center of Kuta beach. The rooms were nice and clean

The maze of floors. You had to take at least two different elevators to get from the room to the beach or lobby . Very badly designed.

Will definitley come back and stay at Sheraton Kuta whenever I visit Bali.

The location was amazing! It was the most convenient with lots of options nearby.

The property was excellent. The staff were exceptional. The hospitality of every staff member right from check in to room service to housekeeping was simply wonderful.

La prestation, avec bien évidemment, un personnel extraordinaire et très à l’écoute du client Une propreté irréprochable avec un service de massage exceptionnel.

It doesn’t worth to stay in

I like the breakfast with many items

I don’t like the pool at all it should be bigger and wider as other Sheraton hotel .it doesn’t worth it . I don’t like how the reception at second floor it doesn’t make sense . I don’t like the way of entrance u have to walk for 2 minute from gate to get the lobby while the other door it’s close at 11:00pm There’s one elevator and it’s too far from my room I have to walk for 1 to 2 minute from lobby to get my room the number of my room was 3012. There’s no facilities like tennis table or games room I thought it’s on beach but I surprised that I have to cross the road

Morning buffet is so good, particularly there are many kinds of Indonesian cuisine and all of meals are delicious. Location is good to go everywhere easily.

Electric outlet in the guest room is loose so charging smartphones didn’t work well.

The location was perfect, close to the beach and to other interesting sites including the shopping mall. The staff were very friendly.

The furniture on the 4th floor lounge area could do with a face lift.
