Superb

Plenty of facilities. Large Rooms. Although the hotel was at full capacity there was plenty of food for everyone, always without exceptions.

Don’t recommend and I won’t be going there again

There was hardly any baby appropriate food. Anything other than alchool for drinking was from dispensers, in other words you don’t know what you drink. There was mold near the vent in the restaurant. For an all inclusive vacation we had no water in the room only some dispensers on the floor, you had to go with the glass to get some water( we bought our water). The vent from our room started to leek in the middle of the night and the solution was to put a towel on the floor, the guy they sent was dead drunk and not nearly capable to do something, he wanted to climb a chair or something at 12 am to open the vent when we had our 1 year old sleeping( we received no apologies for the discomfort, not even a mention of it). We had to pay extra for the safe box and the parking( the parking lot was a ground near the hotel, with grass and bushes and the barrier was a rope). Not a 5 star…

Really good experience

Outstanding view at the sea, comfortable beds, the indoor pool was heated, and even on rainy days you can just walk inside the hotel to restaurants and the other places. We liked the playgrounds for the children, the program for supervising children but only after 4 years old. When we made the reservation we chose only 1 child because the other one was only 6 months old and we didn't consider it necessarily, but they will need to register all of you, they registered all of us without paying anything extra, and that I consider a proof of professionalism on how to deal with the costumers. We have been in September, so I cannot say anything about how crouded, or other things to help with. The food was plenty 😁 and good. We didn't visit the other restaurants, I just pass by the Italian restaurant and for me it looked the same, so i didn't bother to make a reservation for dinner, we had everything in the main restaurant. The local drinks included in the all-inclusive menu are good, i liked most the red wine. Other actvities they usually have, in September may not be open or available, llike the jazz bar, which was closed.

The air conditioning in the room was set for 22 degrees. And in September the nights were preety cold. Having kids you need a bit warmer in the room. Even so, we didn't ask for it to be fixed cause we only stayed one more night and we handled. So if needed, ask them. Don't count on the wifi. It works only in some areas.

It's a good hotel for family vacations. The kids loved the aqua park , the food was good, our room was good .

It was so crowded, I guess cause we were at the last week of August. However the staff done great job in regards cleaning.

Everything. Third time in one year here. Everything exceptional, from food, facilities, personell, entertainment team. Best sweets in an all inclusive resort... ever...I had to struggle to stay away!:)) Congrats to all the team for the hard work!

Everything was at its best

My little girl had scratched her eye (the ocular globe) during the first hour of our stay, with the plastic all inclusive bracelet she was put on at the reception at the check in. I do not consider that it was necessary for kids so little 1,5 - 2 yrs old

The quality of the food and beverage is extremely low. It was very difficult to find something dissent to eat. The atmosphere in the restoration is depressing.

Great food, wide variety. Clean and very close to the beach.

I was dissapointed by the staff on several occasions. For example, the bar staff: on a few occasions while I was ordering while nobody else around me they would prepare my order while talking to other staff members in Bulgarian and looking at me. I find that disrespectful. If I said thank you the would not say anything back. Most of them don’t speak English that well either. The reception staff: I asked for example how long will the PCR results take ( as they organize these in the hotel) and I was told 2 hours, when that was actually the other test. Also I had to exchange money: I was given no receipt, the receptionist gave me leva from his own wallet, at the exchange rate he desired. If you want to buy anything from the shops it’s all cash and all leva, so be prepared. The rooms have a good size but they are very old: furniture, matresses, bath.. everything. The entrances and exits to the beach and pool are not properly indicated, one needs to discover them alone. The pool outside was too cold for us, as we went in September, but we were counting on the indoor pool which was supposed to be heated. The water there was also cold. The Italian restaurant: don’t bother. We had a reservation for the night before leaving: not much to choose from. We were expecting pasta, etc, not the case. Better to stick to the main one, the Italian is also bufet stile.

Exceptional

The hotel is clean, its surroundings are beautiful, the staff is nice and there is order and tidiness. We would definitely recommend this hotel and return sometime. The beach is clean, beautiful, and well organised, too. We had a great time here and we are thankful for everything.

The food was tasty, most of it, but there wasn't a variety of choices and some food wasn't always fresh or some dishes didn't always taste good. However, the food in the Italian restaurant was delicious and we enjoyed the time spent there :-)

Dated furniture and facilities, the beverages are low quality(full of syrups and colorants), to enter the restaurant you have to walk a labirinth. Overall, a nice experience!
