Amazing food

The staff were just fabulous, from the reception to the wait staff, everyone was super friendly, even remembered our names. We travel a lot and honestly the team at Novotel Barossa Valley was the absolute best, I wish I remembered their names as well so I could thank them personally for being so kind and welcoming.
The weather! Haha, just kidding of course. Honestly we were super happy with everything.

Really clean and cosy

9.0
Clean, large comfortable room with a lovely view.
While the restaurant meal quality was great, I thought it to be a little on the expensive side
9.0
Very clean, rooms were a good size for 4 adults
Restaurant was overpriced and not a great variety

Nice views and friendly staff. The main restaurant area has a beautiful fireplace and window looking out. Pool looked good, though it was cold and we didn't use it. Was nice touch to have a table tennis, a great activity to break up the wine-ing and dinning. Staff were friendly and accomodating in reception and restaurant.
For us the beds were too soft. The hotel rooms and walkways feel a little dated.

location, food, view, sports, winery taste
we booked two bedrooms but only one room with Aircon, kids room without, it was really cold for my children when we slept there. In the end all of us squeezed in the main bedroom.

Room was clean tidy and had a wonderful view that was amazing to look out on while the sun was up and daylight made it possible.
Not close to a supermarket or general store that simple supplies could be purchased from.

Dinner and location to golf course were tops.

Two days off in the barossa
Someone elses dirty underwear and socks were under the curtains in our room. Dinner was expensive and underwhelming we sat by the pool in the afternoon. Some drink service would have been welcome.
9.0
restaurant and view was stunning. The staff went above and beyond!
5.0
it was the right location
for the high price of room, there should be a coffee machine and cold water in fridge. AC was not working well, struggled to keep room cool
9.0
The view was amazing, and the native birds every morning and afternoon. The pool was lovely to use on the warm days. Room service were helpful and quick when requiring assistance. Food was delivered quickly.
Only downfall would be the loud neighbours on our last night from 12am onwards could hear their doors open and close, and them talking loudly along the balcony.
7.0
Restaurant was very disapointing
8.0
it was clean and the pool area was great
a little overpriced
