The pool area was great. Lots of space and fun for kids.
The accommodation was slightly outdated and some of the furniture uncomfortable.

Very clean and great value

The pool, was the best part of the resort. The convenient location to the town centre. The room was well appointed and clean.
The restaurant that was attached to the accomodation was not always open for meals. The hours were not always convenient.
3.5
Nice pool (heated in winter) and quiet location. Staff were responsive to issues.
Accommodation is a little run down. A limited supply of basics provided eg dishwashing detergent. No BYO to pool area meant you were stuck purchasing from the restaurant.

We had enough space for 2 couples
Very basic. Only one towel each and we had to wash them ourselves. To get clean sheets etc. we would have to wait 8 days. No salt, pepper, paper towel, or oil to use for cooking.
Also only 1 bbq worked out of the 5 there.

Pool was a fabulous temp!
Our son loved the gaming room, great for quiet rainy days fill in.
Restaurant fish and chip night was yummy!
Our villa 106 was sensational! Fingers crossed we can have it again next year!

Clean, tidy, quiet, plenty of space and great pool

The aircon was good, place was clean.
We were told we would get 2GB of WiFi free however there was no WiFi. When I asked reception they told me the system was probably overloaded and to try again later. I paid extra for a foldaway bed. This bed was very uncomfortable. I could feel the metal bars underneath. In the middle of the night I swapped over to the couch.

the car space was very difficult to get in and out of.

Kitchen closed for 2.5 days of our stay
Rubbish in pool and mould, plastic bag and broken pool toys all the first day.
we removed and disposed of these ourselves
Generally old and run down grounds and buildings we removed rubbish from entrance and exit to our villa
Workmen hammering removing bathroom fittings from adjoining villa, all last day from early and water turned off for over Two hours no warning or apology for this inconvenience.
The villa itself old and tired but also dirty and mouldy plus plus. Dirty curtains ,in ground dirt and dust around windows ,shelves ,doors, bed heads shelving ..mould in areas such as both showers fridge washroom and. Inground dirt and filth in kitchen , ants all along benches in kitchen could not store food dishwasher smelly and filthy fittings eg arms that drop down when open ,seating cushions stained.
I need not carry on very very disappointed.

Pool was fantastic and staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful.
Microwave had to be replaced. TV pixellated.
Place needed a paint, with sub standard cleanliness. Fold away bed at a charge of $60 per night was extremely uncomfortable. Outdoor furniture used as a lounge suite, dirty cushions, dirty curtains. Needed better appliances. Upstairs TV didn’t work at all.
