Shower cubicle a bit restrictive.

Very friendly staff and food was nice. Lovely view of the sea
The bed was rock hard like lying on wooden table. The bathroom wasn't very clean it had obviously had mould painted over near the bath and the shower screen didn't stay in place it kept flying open the bath rail was dirty. Also the window had been painted shut on one side so room quite hot and the fan was very dirty

Food was amazing
Staff were fantastic
Hotel was lovely and stylish
Location is lovely although quite a walk from the pier.
Room 303 was tiny .. should have been a twin .. thank goodness they forgot as there was no way it could safely and comfortably house 2 elderly disabled ladies. Disappointed in this as i had called the hotel a few times to discuss requirements. After much hassle we swapped one our other two rooms so they could have a more adequate room however this meant that they did not have access to a walk in shower for their stay and it also meant that 2 of our party had a tiny room
The beds were comfortable but one of the elderly ladies had to have a step to get into bed due to her bad hip
The bathrooms were clean but oh my word they were the tiniest bathrooms ive ever seen. The sink in room 302 was that small you couldn't brush your teeth or wash your face over the sink due to rhe placement of the soap dispenser. The water got everywhere!
Nowhere to put out make up/hair items which was annoying. Just overall too small.

I appreciated the help I received from the customer team that helped me to charge my car..Thanks to the waiters who served my wife and I with a pleasing smile and very helpful with our dog milo.
The only thing we didn't like was the early morning noise from the birds nesting above our room.

The hotel and staff, great š Disappointed with the bathroom, couldn't take a shower!
The bathroom in our room.. unfortunately, unless you are a slim person there was no way I could squeeze between the sink and the shower door to enter the shower. The smallest bathroom I have ever had in a hotel room. I would stay again but NOT in this room 308.

Clean and luxurious. The bar restaurant is outstanding for relaxing after a busy day and looking out over the sea with a drink or 2! Staff go above and beyond, special mention to Janet for this. 100% recommendation from me for this property. Exceeded expectations.
All was great. No negative aspects.

The breakfast had a good selection but no marmalade. The location is about10 to 15 mins away from the pier was abit of a walk but nice along the sea front with plenty of benches to have a break if needed. The staff are really friendly. Plenty of parking outside the hotel. Good room with hair dryer, fan, plenty of tea and coffee. I loved the shampoo and conditioner. Window could open which is a bonus and a fab sea view. The battered fish was huge and the salmon were lovely in the restaurant. Good comfy bed and giant tv.
One thing i would recommend while in Llandudno is the tram up to the great orme was amazing.
Bathroom could of done with better cleaning as there was black marks on the grout. Rooms need to match bar area downstairs to make it more boutique. The chips tasted funny. Constant emails to upgrade was abit annoying.
Not a I don't like but it would be good to delivery pizzas to the room maybe with some menus in the room?

Could have been better directions to the hotel but that's only a small niggle.

Lovely warm and cosy fantastic

Friendly Staff, Good Food, Location of the hotel, Easy parking out of season, ease of checking in / out, good selection of drinks on the bar.
Abolishing the room service charge would be nice for those whom are of limited mobility and do rely on room service. The elevator was a little small to accommodate a wheelchair had to send my father up and down on his own. Not having a disabled friendly room with a disabled friendly bathroom.

The hotel was in great location and really close to the theatre we had tickets to see a show and it was almost next door to Dylanās restaurant, which was ideal. The hotel Itself was clean and tidy, all ready for Christmas. The staff were super friendly, breakfast was nice with plenty of choice.
Beautifully restored, clean, close to theatre on the sea front, animal friendly hotel. On street parking (free) Staff were amazing. Breakfast was nice, plenty to choose from, although some elements of the cooked brekkie had dried up a little, bar drinks were a little pricey, but you get that in hotels.
We booked 2 deluxe rooms with sea front views. One was for my 90yr old mum in law so I asked for a walk in shower, unfortunately this meant we were on 1st floor with a bay window, beautiful sea views and a fridge but she was on 3rd floor in the loft space, her room was smaller only one chair, velux ceiling window you had to stand to see out of and a walk in shower that was not useable. The doors barely opened up to 30cm wide, so she couldnāt use the shower. Would have been better having a proper sea view with a bay window, Larger room and on the same floor as us!!! She ended up having to have strip wash every day. This was part of her 90th birthday treat, so it felt like we had treated ourselves to a better room (when we booked 2 of the same rooms) and not herā¦.. very disappointed in this.

The welcome at reception was friendly and everything was explained clearly. The room was lovely - bright, clean and spacious. We loved the little touches like eye masks and Elemis toiletries. My partner enjoyed using the coffee machine and I was obsessed with spying on the comings and goings of the sea front with the telescope! We slept well in the excellent super king bed. The bathroom was clean and the shower was efficient with good water pressure. Breakfast was very nice and service was good. Checkout was easy and we took advantage of the receptionists local knowledge. Overall, a lovely stay..I just wish we could have stayed another night! Thanks!
Very minor niggles..the toilet roll dispensers were in a weird place.
Apparently the black pudding was hard.
That's it!

All fresh
The only problem in the whole stay was the shower. No headroom and Iām only 178 cm tall and the shower tray flooded into the bathroom

Ground floor room
No hot water to get a shower

Bathroom not clean
3.5 / 5.0
Everything was clean, maybe apart from windows. The bathroom was small but nice. The room was decent size, I'm glad we got little slippers, and lots of tea and hot chocolate options in our room.
The front desk lady was really friendly. The hotel is around 20min walk from the very heart of LLandudno which is good.
We had to park on the street, there is no parking there, but at least parking on the promenade was free so that's ok.
The mattress/topper on the mattress was uneven and not very comfortable.
The noise cancellation in the room was not the best sadly, there was a little gap where he door ended, and we could hear everything and everyone out in the corridor which made it harder for me to sleep.

The location was a short walk to the town centre. The room was very clean and modern and lots of facilities. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was fresh and there was lots of choice and was adapted to our preferences.

The location, the staff and the public areas
Finding the guest before toiletries in the shower, the bathroom, the shower door couldn't be opened fully, the basin was too small. The toilet was a squeeze. The shower leaked. No bedside table

Staff were friendly and professional. The hotel was modern and my room was nicely decorated with good facilities. Breakfast was great.
Waiting area/ lobby wasn't clean. Dirty cups left on tables, crumbs on floor, sofas and tables - considering I waited in the lobby for an hour it wasnāt great as it was dirty. I paid for a sea view room but the windows were that dirty inside and out it was pretty pointless. Carpets in my room were not fully vacuumed - was crumbs by seating area by the window and a mark on the duvet cover.

Great location, in a quiet part of Llandudno but only a 10 minute walk to the main shops and cafes if you should wish to visit them. A very trendy bar and lounge area and a fantastic outside space for sitting and relaxing. All the staff were extremely helpful and couldn't do enough for us, they let us book in early and stored our luggage for us until the room was ready, and when we arrived back the bags were in our rooms. There was plenty of free parking on the road outside the hotel, meaning we only had a few yards to walk with our luggage.
We couldn't find any fault with the hotel or the staff.
4.0 / 5.0
Very modern, staff were lovely and rooms were really clean and nice, also the food in the restaurant was great
I think the only downside would be how hot the room was which we couldnāt cool down. I suppose this cannot be helped
4.5 / 5.0
Very well maintained food very good and all staff very friendly and helpful, apart from one man on reception who was not very helpful at all , but that would not put me of staying again as all other staff were very nice
The only problem was parking was a nightmare, but that is not hotels problem
3.5 / 5.0
Comfort of bed
Toilet position not possible to use properly
