Niedliches Hotel

Ein interessantes und schönes Hotel. Ehemalige Dorf für Atum Fänger mit Kirche und Schule, sehr niedlich. Natur in der nähe, sehr schön. Gegen Aufpreis direkt vom Hotel fährt ein Boot zum Tavira Insel, sehr schön mit Infrastruktur und ein anderes Boot zu einen anderen Insel die wir nicht gemacht haben, da gibt es nicht richtig Infrastruktur. Es gibt auch ein Shuttle Bus zum Tavira Stadt. Frühstuck war Ok, genug, aber nicht besonderes.

Das Personal in Allgemein mit ein paar Ausnahme sahen nicht so zufrieden aus, manchen waren kalt was es mich überrascht, weil die Portugiesen bis jetzt sehr freundlich gewesen sind in anderen Hotels wo ich gewesen bin. Zusätzlich, ein paar Mitarbeiter waren nicht gut ausgebildet, es gab nicht alle Informationen die ich gebraucht habe, zum Glück habe ich vorher die Erzählungen von anderen Gäste bei Booking gelesen. Mücken sind leider sehr sehr viel und unangenehm, am besten Mückenspray mitnehmen. Zimmer sind etwas dunkel und die Türen haben kein Gitter gegen Insekten. Am besten mit Auto fahren, das Hotel liegt weit von der Stadt Tavira.

Tudo. O hotel e um charme, super bonito, adorei o reaproveitamento para fazerem um hotel. O facto de ter um cais próprio para as ilhas é simplesmente divinal.. gostei mesmo

Pequeno almoço fraco.... muito tempo de reposição das coisas, claramente não estavam preparados para a enchente de um fim de semana prolongado

Il fait bon vivre se reposer en toute tranquillité.

L’ambiance était bonne, familiale et calme. Il y avait beaucoup d’enfants. Très bien aménagé et organisé pour eux soirées à thème… mes filles sont grandes aujourd’hui mais cette hôtel l’endroit m’aurait été idéal pour eux. Aujourd’hui cela ne nous a pas dérangé il fait bon vivre et se reposer pas de bruit et le confort du lit de la chambre et parfait.

Je n’ai pas compris notre emplacement n’était pas où l’on m’avait dit chambre autour de la piscine. On était dans les maisonnette. Très bien mais pas assez d’intimité entre les terrasses collet. On peut très bien mettre des buissons mieux entretenue. Il manque aussi pour suspendre les serviettes de plage.

Buen alojamiento para ir con niños

Desayuno con variedad. En la piscina climatizada te dan las toallas y va por reserva así no está masificada. Todo el exterior bonito y bien cuidado. Parque para los niños en buenas condiciones. Muy cerca de la Ría.

Para ir al pueblo hay que coger el coche, está un poco alejado.

Fantastic Family Resort

The staff were amazing! Super friendly and attentive throughout the resort, the entertainment staff are fantastic - Noah still misses his "amigos". The rooms are clean and comfortable. Dining at the hotel was a delightful experience with diverse and delicious options. I’m confident your stay will exceed expectations and provide memorable moments.

I recommend hiring a car if you plan on dining outside the resort every evening

El sitio perfecto para una escapada

El hotel es perfecto para relajarse en una zona preciosa. Ibamos con intención de escapar un poco de la ciudad y desde luego fue un acierto elegir este hotel. Como no nos apetecía movernos mucho con un bebé, usamos un montón la zona de piscina que es muy amplia y cómoda y tiene un parquecito para los niños que les encanta. En general, toda la zona de jardín es toda una maravilla. Además también hay una playa a 5 minutos andando o se puede ir en lancha a la isla de Tavira desde el embarcadero del hotel. Fuera del hotel tienes un paseo por las salinas donde se ven flamencos y es muy agradable. Además todo el personal del hotel es encantador. Hacen todo lo que puedan por ayudarte y son muy agradables. Nos dio muchísima pena irnos.

La habitación es tirando a pequeña.

O pequeno almoço foi bom, mas seria melhor se tivesse sumos naturais e não industriais. A água da piscina interna estava fria, mas estava tudo muito limpo e o SPA tem ótimas instalações

I would've loved to stay longer and enjoy the pleasant facilities

Especially the breakfast was really good. They even accommodated for me as a vegan. The location in the rural area was also really pleasant, so were the plenty facilities in the hotel.

Unfortunately there were a lot of mosquitos around. It's hard to avoid given the location but pack some bug spray!

Almost everything was perfect. Nice and clean room, good location far from the main city but easily accessible by car, excellent breakfast.

Honestly, the only thing that made me crazy was the "pool animation team" - extra noise is something I can do well without, whatever the motive for an hotel stay.

So good that we will be back.

We booked this hotel only a few days before our visit. It exceeded our expectations and its situation is superb. We will definitely be staying here again and also looking forward to going to other hotels run by this company.

The room was dark as it was north facing so we didn't use the patio area. The hotel was very quiet so we would have been happy to pay an upgrade for a more superior room but this was not offered. Everything else about our stay was excellent.

Overall an excellent base for our 8 day stay in Eastern Algarve.

Really impressive location, buildings and grounds, better than the official class of this hotel would suggest. Staff were friendly and tried their very best. Buffet breakfast and dinner generally very good.

Some staff training required. Some are very young and don’t really fully understand customer service. Others were excellent. Pool activities and loud music won’t be ton everyone’s taste but they were short in duration and evidently very enjoyable for those that took part.

Very friendly and qualified staff, able to help us at all times - even mailing items we forgot back to us! Peaceful and pleasant surroundings and a comfortable, tastefully decorated room.

The bathrooms are outdated and the bar menu is very standard "hotel" food (hot and cold sandwiches). Perhaps it caters to the majority of guests but I would love to see some local food being offered.
