Superb

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located close to shops and restaurants. And the hike up to the palace and Buçaco National Forest was fun and short (and i found a shortcut going back to the hotel). It was an adventure.

Great stay

As soon as we entered the hotel, it had a very lovely smell and simple, but pretty decoration. We really enjoyed the coziness of the room and it smelled like flowers when we opened it. We appreciated the fact that there was a bottle of water and glasses in the room. We were also glad to see that the bathroom had a bathtub. The receptionist was kind and thoughtful.

The only thing that was a little tricky was the size of the room itself, it is a little small, however, the comfort in it makes up for it.

Beautiful, old hotel. Good value. It was very clean, comfortable. Great staff, so helpful. The rooms are very small, but for the little time you are in the room it is not a problem.

Decent hotel but breakfast needs improvement.

The room was clean and comfortable. It was easy to find places to park close to the hotel.

The breakfast was poor. The fruit was old, and there were no other healthy choices. The coffee was not good. The walls are too thin, we could hear people in the adjacent room.

Very nice hotel for a visit of the city and surroundings at a fair price.

Very friendly staff, very helpful, went the extra mile to help us where he could. Very good value for money. Nice location, close to restaurants and the castle and surrounding national park was on walking distance (if you like a decent walk). It is really worth visiting.

This place is the best! I booked in very late and they did everything to make me feel comfortable. The staff is very friendly, breakfast is amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Great location and lovely staff

The room was rather small but had a cozy and comfortable feeling to it. Everything was clean and the stuff really friendly. They cleaned the breakfast supplies and had special rules due to corona, which showed that they care about the wellbeing of the guests.
