Beautiful and cosy!

Staff was super nice, the hotel has a unique style and the room was amazing. We didn’t stay long enough to enjoy all the amenities but everything seemed to be just as described.

Suited our needs

The hotel looks really fancy and ticked all the boxes for location to the airport. Twin room was really spacious and quiet.

The room looked a bit tired and wasn't as clean in the bathroom as it could be. Both the mattresses were lumpy in really odd places 😀

Money spent on the restaurant/pool, the rooms seem to be last on the list! 😢

The restaurant

The bathroom was not clean. The towels were stained, one actually had something on it, and they were heavily stained and smelled. The glasses were dirty. The noise from the road was extremely loud throughout the night.

Maybe bottled water in the room, and not enough milk, coffee or sugar sachets and bigger coffee cups would be great.

Great stay, would stay again.

It had comfortable beds and a great gym. Is a very bespoke hotel and different from others I've stayed at.

The rooms are only serviced every other day. Would be good for them to discuss that with you at check in because having things like tea and coffee can really make the stay better

The ventilation system in the bathroom is inadequate, resulting in poor air circulation. While the shower provides excellent water pressure, there is a risk of flooding due to the insufficient length of the shower partition. $7/day parking fee

Fantastic place to stay with a very convenient location; amazing amenities including a gorgeous bathtub, complimentary drinks and snacks; an extremely comfortable bed and great facilities including onsite restaurant

Convenient and affordable but disappointing as bath and pool were key to me

Loved all the unexpected perks like complimentary minibar and slippers.

photos showed a bath and room did not have a bath. I really wanted a bath. Also advertising emphasised heated pool but no way pool was warm enough to swim in. I was also very cold in the hotel.

Great Hotel near Auckland Airport

This Hotel far exceeded my expectations. Outstanding value for money, large comfortable room, great bathroom with lots of products, complementary snacks and soft drinks, and good breakfast. If you need somewhere close to Auckland Airport I would highly recommend.

Good for price

Liked the location from the airport.

Bathroom toilet took a while to fill up before next flush. Our T.V didn't work.(Which we didn't need anyways, because we had our phones). But it was included in the price.

Gorgeous hotel

Love the design of the Hotel, very accessible to most of the places we went to. Parking was always available.

Nice rooms but not a particularly hospitable experience, with staff depending too much on devices.

Nice rooms with big beds.

We were not welcomed in, instead were asked to complete our booking details on some monitors there that were in front of the main desk. This didn't feel overtly hospitable. Further there was a requirement to give a $100 bond during the stay, that we had not been briefed about at all, and we are still waiting on the refund of this with difficult communication with the hotel. Being privy to this information prior to our stay would have been preferential.

Perfekte Unterkunft Nähe Flughafen,

Das Zimmer ist gut eingerichtet für 1 - 2 Nächte. Wir schätzten insbesondere die Nähe zum Flughafen. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. In 3 Minuten zu Fuss hat es einen Waschsalon, einen Laden, 2 Restaurants, 1 x für Lunch, 1 x für Abendessen, auch eine Apotheke. Perfekt, wenn man auswärts essen möchte. Das Abendessen im Hotel war auch sehr lecker (asiatisch). Zimmer und Hotel sind sehr sauber. Wir würden sofort wieder hier übernachten und können es empfehlen. Es gab absolut kein Fluglärm. Es gibt ein Shuttle (Yellow Bus) zum Flughafen. Personal sehr freundliche und hilfsbereit.

Disappointing way to finish off a wonderful stay in NZ!

Very tired hotel! Rooms need updating, so do the bathrooms! Complimentary fridge had milk and a small pack of popcorn. Dinner at the restaurant was terrible! Pork and lamb way too fatty!

Good stay in a convenient location

It was a good location, the room looked great and was very comfortable.

The property was fine but good luck unsubscribing from their communications. Since booking here I’ve received message after unnecessary message about deals and stays and reviews. I asked to be unsubscribed but they’re still sending messages.

O.k but check in time to late

Shuttle bus service was o.k, little long to get there, check in time is to Kate when come in from early flight, they need to make priority clean for guests with early arrival flights.

Great hotel in precious stays, however your A/C made our stay not a good experience this time.

Beautiful and trendy room and spacious including bathroom. Love the free pop corn and candy to take back to your room for a movie night in.

The air conditioning was not working and giving out hot air and not only in our room but also other family rooms. Hotel maintenance service called in and the fix didn’t last long, even after a few visits. Moved rooms and same issue all night for not only ours but another family room. No issues in our other visits as regular use of this hotel for my family if not for work then leisure, however unsure if we would return.

Staff we helpful friendly loved the double bed room and complimentary goodies

The fact that I didn't see on booking.com website that a 100 dollar early check fee applied and 100 dollar security fee is taken at check in also there was a spot of what looked like blood on the pillow 😳 hair on the walls in the bathroom and mold on the complimentary toiletries in the bathroom Staff at desk were made aware I was told my concerns would be passed on and to management but no attempt of so sort of refund fee was given. Not to put anyone off cause it was beautiful but I feel we won't stay again

It was comfortable but lack of amenities did not warrant nightly rate

Handy to airport. Comfortable beds. Free parking. Great automated checkin.

Rooms were poorly appointed. 1 chair to sit on. Minimal towels, only 1 facecloth. No restaurant menus in room. Odd cups. Minimal tea/coffee. Promised complementary snacks not in room (however they did supply when we asked). Rooms desperately need a makeover. Chipped bath and cabinetry.

Spacious rooms and lovely to be able to open the door and access the garden. Pool was great to use, restaurant food was great and the bar/lounge spaces were funky.

Rooms have obviously been updated but the bathrooms are still quite outdated, though still clean and functional

Disappointing.

When we first arrived, customer service was great, we went to our room and the room was clean and a good size. Workman were working outside our room. They let us know the hot water would be off for half an hour. We were fine with this. Went out with family for dinner got back around 10 and found out we had no hot water. Called the night manager who said yes, they were not able to fix the hot water problem. We can move you to another room. It was far too late so asked if we could just have another room to shower.

We were not informed of the water situation. Apparently at around 7-730pm the hotel management were informed the water would not be on, and they contacted the people in all rooms that would be affected. We were told they tried to call us not sure on what phone. If they could not contact us, they should have left a written message in our room so we would have known. We were given another room to shower, which was a fair walk from our room. This room was not clean very disappointing.
