Bed was comfortable - and huge.
Breakfast was excellent
The pillows were uncomfortable.
The room is right next to a busy road, and was particularly noisy on a windy night

Fabulouis staff, friendly atmosphere, great location. We stayed just for the one night as a birthday treat, great bar area steeped in history, very friendly and attentive staff

It's a lovely, small, hotel in an old inn. It has a lot character, charm, and the bed was very, very, comfortable. Good food, very friendly staff, easy parking.
4.2
Great location for our yearly family reunion. We had a party room which was ideal for what we needed and allowed everyone to circulate. Buffet was good quality and bedrooms were clean and spacious.
No view (other than a wall) from the room we had. Didn't actually matter for us on this particular occasion but might be a negative for others.
