The hotel staff could have rectified the water heater problems urgently to avoid complaints.

The breakfast was ok. There were alot of noises from the construction at the entrance to the hotel.

The water heater was not working for 2 days. There were no hot water to bathe.

スタッフとのコミュニケーションも楽しく、快適でした

スタッフがフレンドリーで親切だった。タマンサファリなど、朝食バイキングが始まる前に出発することがあり、お弁当を作ってくれたのには感動！ジムの女性エリアにジャグジーがあったので気持ちよく、部屋のシャワーよりも、ジムでお風呂を済ませることが多かったです。ベッドもとても良かったです。テロ対策に、ホテルに停まる車両の底までしっかりチェックしているのには驚きました。

共有の洗濯機と乾燥室とかがあればなおよし！ホテルのランドリーサービスに洗濯物を出しましたが、家族5人分だと3日分で1万円を超えるので・・日本のコインランドリー的な場所の紹介があると嬉しいかも。

Mooi hotel op goede locatie.

Eten erg duur. Drukte bij het ontbijt waardoor er vaak geen plek was. Mochten wel ontbijt meenemen naar kamer. Meubilair erg ouderwets. Zwembad er druk. Geen plek om te liggen.

Отель действительно хорошего уровня. Все есть: бассейн, фитнес и спа-центр. По деньгам вообще хорошо и проживание, и услуги. Кухня в ресторане достаточно разнообразная и не только для местных. Русский желудок вполне приемлет) Номер с видом на бассейн - тихо, достаточно темно (шторы блэкаут). Матрасы в меру мягкие, постельное белье качественное и приятное. Кондиционер рабочий - не бешеный. В санузле ванна. Персонал молодец! Рекомендую!

Немного уставшая раковина в санузле и грибок на стенах. Слой пыли на верхней полке шкафа. Вообще не критично.

Bedden liggen goed.

Te veel lawaai van buiten maakt slapen lastig. Kamers zijn gehorig en sommige gasten mogen veel lawaai maken. Bellen op de gangen en slaan met deuren. Ontbijtbuffet had weinig keus in brood.

The food was not good at all As it is 4 stars so they should serve international food but unfortunately nothing Even lots of facilities still missing And no mining bar at the room Safty box not working Ac also the same Also no one even asked us how is it the stay So we were very disappointed for the stay

Première journée en Indonésie !

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour. Nos bagages ont été perdu à l'aéroport, l'hôtel s'est occupé de contacter l'aéroport pour les retrouver et nous a tenu informé. Ils nous ont aussi laissé un peu plus de temps pour rendre la chambre. L'hôtel est très beau et confortable. Le déjeuner est très bien. La piscine et la spa sont très agréables. L'emplacement est plutôt pas mal également, nous avions pris cet hôtel pour être proche de la gare.

Tout était parfait pour un début de séjour un peu chaotique ! Merci à la personne de l'accueil pour nous avoir grandement aidé à retrouver nos valises.

Zentrales Hotel mit Schwimmbad und Massage

sehr zentrale Lage, großes Zimmer im obersten Stockwerk mit tollem Blick über die Stadt, ruhig, Frühstücksbuffet war eher ein Mittagsbuffet, mit vielen warmen Speisen. Sehr gute preisgünstige Massagegelegenheit, Schwimmbad mit Gartenbereich. Sehr nettes hilfsbereitetes Personal. Taxe wurde zu einem günstigen Preis zum Flughafen hin und zurück organisiert.

For the price, it was pretty good. I’ve been staying in 5 star hotels on this trip so it’s hard to compare like for like. Overall it was a good experience.

The beds are really comfortable and the staff is great.

Some rooms have a cigarette smell because some costumers smoke inside. But I asked to change the room when that happen and the staff did it gladly and fast.

Overall, great stay! You got so much for the lower price you pay. Thank you to all the staff!

Definitely value for money. It’s cheaper than most of the 4-star hotels in the area, but it offers so much for the price you pay. The room is very clean, spacious, comfy, and there’s a huge selection of breakfast items. The location is very convenient—essentially at the heart of Jakarta. And great staff too!

We came over from Western Europe , arrived around 21:00 pm, my bank card didn't work, I offered to leave a deposit for one night in in USD and AED ,but the staff refused to help. Luckily I have a family in Jakarta , they called in and negotiated for online payment late in the night. Imagine if someone doesn't have such a back up locally? The reception lady didn't even attempt to suggest the way of assisting us, although we explained that we are here for the funeral (( Overal , it was a good hotel, but now looks ran down, rooms and bathrooms are long due for reparations. No value for 5* and money
