Once again super satisfied !!

Beautiful hotel with such a great location. Nice staff always helpful and smiling. Comfortable rooms with all the amenities. Nice restaurant. I love this place!!

Last time I went there it was sparkling, so probably just bad luck... this time the room could have been a little cleaner... make sure to clean the desk, wall in the shower and wall behind the sink!

Nice option for a quick stay

The hotel is located right in the center. The design is great and a room had everything a person needs

Lots of noise from the outside and it was hard to sleep. The room had no window basically- it had to be closed all of the time

I like this hotel, stayed here already a couple of times. I like location, the rooftop bar, and fair price-quality :)

A tight squeeze but a real value for money and a very inspired space.

Great design, well located and we enjoyed the restaurant.

The room was smaller than expected. It was a tight squeeze for us and our things. The wash area and the living space are separated by a curtain which when drawn, makes the room even smaller. For our first night, we wanted dinner in but was told that the restaurant was fully booked even though there was no one. The wait staff finally made an exception for us in the back room and when we were done, we found the front area of the restaurant to still be empty. 🤷🏽‍♀️ Wish the front desk staff was more hospitable but seeing him working 3 days in a row, I guess he was just very tired.

Great design hotel with amazing breakfast

The design of this hotel is lovely. The breakfast room has a water feature. The food was delicious. The rooms were charming and very comfortable (but small). We could walk to a great mall which was a good start to our Indonesian adventure.

The rooftop was closed when we went up which was early (9pm?) or empty and depressing when I went early in the day. There was therefore nowhere to hangout outside.

Style over substance

The room in this boutique hotel was very conspicuously 'designed', with a tasteful colour scheme and many little details. It's a little haven amongst the bustle of the city. Breakfast choices were good and the rooftop bar a nice touch. The shower was excellent and the beds comfortable.

The design of the room rated style far above functionality. The stylish bureau tipped over more than once due to its tripodal design and the location of the (heavy) safe in its lower drawer, which could have resulted in breakages. The basin is located within the room rather than the bathroom due to space constraints; and the TV automatically comes on every time the room card is inserted into the lights slot.

Comfortable independent hotel in a great location. Loved the design and decor. Helpful staff. Wonderful food in the ground floor restaurant and bar.

I have stayed before at Kosenda and it was great, but this time the service was poor unfortunately.

Location, decoration and ambiance

Cleaning service was poor, no mat for the shower, so everything was wet and uncomfortable. No staff at the reception early evening/morning or during the night to do the check out... how can you get your bill then?

Nice hotel!!!

Super nice style and the staff was sooo friendly!! Cocktails in the rooftop bar make every night perfect!! The room looks amazing with so many cute little details! The location is good you can take a grab everywhere but the more hipster part of jakarta is in the south… The food was amazing!! We really enjoyed our stay and would come back!

It was a bit noisy in the room and the air in the room was not too good (bathroom/canalisation problem of jakarta I think)

Mixed fillings

The style of the hotel is a little quirky, not a conventional business hotel, which I appreciate. The staff were quite helpful & the food was particularly good, slow, but better than expected. Freshly prepared and cooked with a good enough selection for a few days - and a covered rooftop area overlooking part of the city - again, the food was pretty good up there and an enjoyable space. I had the 'King' room, which wasn't as big as suggested but it was adequate with a decent shower and other facilities. Oh yes, good wifi through the place with only one login that works wherever you are in the building.

While helpful, the service was a bit slow. There weren't many guests but somehow it still took 3 staff around 20 minutes to deliver a coffee and some juice. One one occasion it took 40 minutes for 3 tufo balls and some chicken satay. I ended up going to the restaurant and ordering while my wife was getting ready, so the comestibles arrived around the same time as she did!

When we first entered the room, there were some half dead bugs on the floor; we threw them away and nothing returned, so not a big deal, but still not the best first impression

Pleasant

The cleanliness needs to be improved. It is horrible when I accidentally lifted the bed sheet and found dusts, hairs and all kinds of stains on the protector, which made me realize that they may not even changed the bed sheet before I checked in. Although they changed all the lines upon my request, but I was expecting a better apology. The ambiance and the arts in the hotel is nice which gave me a very good first impression. But unfortunately the final outcome was disappointing and I will never stay in this hotel again.

Exceptional

everything about this hotel is awesome. Helpful staff and awesome room. Location is strategic and overall awesome. Room is small but that's expected as it's in the middle of the city.

the awan lounge supposedly closed at 2am was closed at 12am. so that sucks, as i was looking forward to chill at the rooftop at night but was told to leave before 12am as they didnt take any more drinks order. the hotel management Should look into that as they advertised their rooftop lounge to be one of their main attractions.
