Schönes Hotel mit Phantasiepreisen

Die Lage und der Meerblick sind atemberaubend, wenn man ein Club-Zimmer gebucht hat. Auf diesem Level kann man auch auf der Roof-Top-Terrace frühstücken, was wiederum bei Meerblick und extrem freundlichen , zuvorkommendem Personal das Highlight des Tages ist.

Die offiziellen Zimmerpreise sind absolute Phantasiepreise, für mich nahezu lachhaft. Ich habe 279 € für das Clubzimmer in der Nebensaison bezahlt, der offizielle Preis war 480 €. Alle Dienstleistungs- und Restaurantpreise sind überzogen. Ich kann dies durchaus beurteilen, weil ich 50-100 mal pro Jahr beruflich und privat in 4- und 5-Sterne-Hotels übernachte. Fazit: Im Hotel übernachten auf der Dachterrasse lecker frühstücken und für alles andere raus aus dem Hotelkomplex.

Presque parfait mais.....

Site magnifique, personnel souriant et à l'écoute . Presque tout ce dont nous avions besoin était sur place. Les différentes piscines avec différentes ambiances. Les différents restaurants. Excursions

1/La boutique d'habits très souvent fermée même aux horaires douverture. Impossible d'acheter une tenue. Peut être changer les horaires et jours d'ouverture. 2/On a eu beaucoup de fourmis dans la cuisine. Du produit pour lutter contre ces fourmis nous a été donné mais ça a été très insuffisant. 3/ les chambres n'ont pas été faites tous les jours, alors que je l'avais demandé. J'ai bien compris que cela était peut ètre difficile mais même quand je l'ai demandé clairement, ça n'a pas été fait. 4/ Pas de petit déjeuner possible , dans une annexe où autre si le petit dej a été raté (uniquement des sandwichs et du salé da.s le café au niveau de la réception) 5/ pour un hotel familial et pour des sejours longue durée, on aurait bien aimé trouver une laundry self service dans l'hôtel . 6/ il a un peu manqué d'activités types soirées dansantes pour les jeunes 18 à 25 ans. Merci beaucoup et à très bientôt j'espère

It was a nice stay in a peaceful place but it could have been much better if I didn’t feel staff was constantly trying t

The resort is nice and clean. We had a one bedroom apartment with sea view although the view was restricted due to the trees we had opposite the balcony. It was very nice and peaceful thou! There is space for everybody and everything. It is very clean throughout.

Prices are absolute extortionate! A small water is €4.00 and a fizzy drink anything from €5.50-6.50. The supermarket is a joke! 500gms of pasta were €7!! Location is not the best, unless you want to stay put in the hotel. Spa prices are also the highest and they still try to upsell you! I mean, a £160 massage should be done with the best oil already instead of trying to charge me an extra £10 for another oil!!🤷🏽‍♀️ same with the €80 pedicure!!!😅 Balinese beds are around €200 per day on the beach. There are some ‘normal’ chairs free of charge. Boat trips were booked through Aron @Marinero (desk by Italian restaurant and adults-only pool). Better advice and value for money than booking through the hotel

Its a great place to relax with great facilities and amazing views but food is expensive.

Beautiful place with great facilities.

Beach was in construction so there wasnt any sunbeds and we couldnt properly relax at the beach. This wasnt said during booking and the main reason we booked here was because the was beachfront. Also we put a do not disturb sign on the door as we didnt want our room to be touched but when we came back the room had been cleaned. It was fine that it was cleaned but still felt uncomfortable at the fact that people came in without our consent. Food was EXPENSIVE. We were given a bottle of water during one of our dinner and turns out it was €8. I looked at the drinks menu and there was another brand of water that cost €4 but they gave us the expensive one. On another night we asked for the cheap bottle but apparently they were “out of stock” which i highly doubt they were. Their airport service is also a bit expensive. Its 50-80€ depending on the time. Its better to book a taxi yourself or talk to one of your taxi drivers that you get because that is what we did. A taxi driver that took us from town back to our hotel offered us only 30€ to the airport. We got his number and made the booking.

Tolles Appartment und tolle Anlage. Sehr gute Restaurants. Alles sehr sauber.

Tolle Lage, viele Möglichkeiten auch mit Kindern in der Anlage etwas zu unternehmen

Nicht beheizte Kinderpools. Schade das der warme Jakuzzi nicht für Kinder erlaubt ist. Freundlichkeit des Personals überall sehr gut außer bei den Pool-Bars und die männlichen Mitarbeiter im Spa-Bereich.

Overall, Sun Gardens was a great part of our Croatia vacation!

The room, breakfast, grounds, view and staff were all great! And the weather was terrific too! We wanted our trip to include an upscale, beautiful, coastal destination and Sun Gardens delivered!

When we arrived, we found out the resort was not fully open for the season yet, which meant some amenities were not open. The market was not open, which meant we needed to go into town by taxi to get certain things we wanted to have in our room.

Stairs ,climbs faraway from civilisation not for family holiday very depressing

Only people on reception staff and manager on Hotel was make our stay better ,we just don’t like it at all .

We just don’t feel 5 star no beach, everywhere stairs don’t feel any wibe somebody like it but this Hotel wasn’t for us! We feel like we are in military Hospital 🏥 This only our feelings not everyone is same.

Séjour exceptionnel

Le resort est génial et immense tout en étant intimiste. Les chambres hyper confortables, spacieuses avec la vue sur mer magnifique. On peut bronzer sur le grand balcon et les transats depuis notre chambre. Le nettoyage des chambres est impeccable. Le personnel est aux petits soins. Le spa est grand et complet. Clairement le meilleur resort de Croatie. Je recommande les yeux fermés pour passer un moment de détente et dépaysement.

Les petits problèmes mineurs ont été géré avec professionnalisme et sympathie par Ana la manager (la meilleure!) donc au final il n y a que des points positifs :)

There are no long walking pathes of 1km+, as the hotel territory is isolated from the rest of the shore line.

The shuttle to Dubrovnik could be free from the Hotel.

Location was amazing, beach is very comfortable. All staff is very friendly and ready to be helpful any second.

The prices is local supermarket and restaurants are very overpriced.

The views. The well thought about bedrooms. The wardrobe & storage space with separate dressing table area was excellent. Plenty light, mirrors & storage. Comfortable beds & excellent curtains.

The pool bar service was sometimes a little slow for food. I didn’t use my phone on holiday so didn’t wish to order by scanning the bar code. There was a little confusion over this.

Beautiful views and a lovely 5 star hotel

Views, entertainment, breakfast, staff friendly, rooms clean and gorgeous views. Particularly liked the adult pool for views and comfortable sun loungers.

Prices for snacks, ice creams and drinks were expensive. Shuttle bus is advertised to get into Dubrovnik old town, this is not complimentary and is 30 euros for a return journey. Location of the hotel is 14km from Dubrovnik which may suit some but for us was too far out with only public buses running a few times a day and taking over an hour each way.

Our young family (7 and 5 year olds) had the time of our lives.

The pools were great, including food and drink service. The restaurants were all fantastic. The watersports and access to the Old City were outstanding too. All with great friendly service. The kids club was phenomenal...our 7 and 5 year-old kids loved it and it bought my wife and I some much appreciated down time at the adults only pool.

It wasn't cheap, but you get what you pay for. Would recommend this in a heartbeat.

Brilliant !!!!

Rooms was great and we had a lovely view of the sea. The hotel, even though it is big, didn't seem overcrowded. There was plenty of sunbed space at the pools and the 'beach'. Breakfast was great and again there was plenty of space outside to eat on the terrace. The staff were VERY helpful and friendly.

Check in time is a little late at 4pm.

Fantastic holiday and superb hotel

Hotel was fantastic with wonderful views. The deluxe room with sea view was amazing and there was plenty of room at the swimming pools. Breakfast was fantastic with a great range of options. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

The location does not allow for walking to any other facilities. For example, there is no pharmacy in or near the hotel so you need to get a taxi if you require a pharmacy as there are limited footpaths to the next town. There isn’t a great choice of restaurants in the hotel. Yes there are 5 however, most are not serving meals that will suit children. A lot of “fine dining”. Only 1 Italian which most people went to. A subsidised bus to the town would be great as visitors could have a better choice of restaurants. The hotel hosted a couple of company conferences while we were there and there was noise from these people late onto the night.
