Location
AC didn’t work. When complained, they said it will take 2-3 days to repair. I was there for 4 nights. Even after 3 days, ACs didn’t work.
4.1

Antoine was lovely and welcoming checking us in, very helpful in answering our questions, patient with our relative lack of French speaking ability!
Didn’t get a particularly great room choice, would have been nice to be asked for what location we preferred, but understand we were getting a favorable rate for booking with Priceline with short notice

Staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Wonderful bed and so comfortable..
Fittings a bit shabby in places. Shower too small to move around in. Heating equipment was either on on or off. Difficult to adjust.

Rooms are big and clean, location is right in the middle of town and very close to the castle
Booking restaurants in town for non-French speakers is very challenging, and the concierge was not very helpful at this (only made one call to a restaurant, if not available basically good luck). We visited other places in France in this trip, and we had much better experiences elsewhere.

everything was excellent - the location, hotel staff, room amenities, size of room, luxurious comforts and beautiful decor. worth every cent!
none. everything was superb.

We arrived off the plane from North America, so weren’t completely awake as we arrived early. There does not seem to be a way to drive up to the door to drop off luggage, but I eventually found a place to leave the close enough to get our luggage to the reception area. They held it for us while went to park the car & go for lunch. Our room was ready early, once we completed lunch.
Steps to the chateau, the garden. The open air market (Friday morning) was close & a treat.

The bathroom was terrible... badly designed, poor shower, very cold floor, awful lighting...

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast.
I sent message before arrival to make sure I would get a twin room. No answer. When arrived only one room of two I had booked was ready. One hour wait for room two. Bar was supposed to be open but was in the hands of reception staff that had no experience in bar service.

Location
Poor value for money. Nothing in mini bar. No milk for coffee. Cob webs in corner of room. Dated rooms.

Great location. Very helpful front of house.
Rooms a little small and dark but it's an old property.

nice appointed, and very well located. staff service was great with recovery of lost item left at hotel.
room a bit small.

This was a lovely hotel just across the street from the Fontainebleau castle. There were many restaurants nearby which made dining easy. The room was spacious and very clean. I was disappointed that breakfast was not included in the price of our room as it had been in the other hotels where we stayed during our trip - but this is not a big deal. All in all we had a very nice stay there (just one night).
