Clean nice cozy place in central location.
Bed comfort. Given space constraints the bed is a sofa bed hence relatively less comfortable.
5.0
The space is not large but very well equipped. Many nice surprises throughout my experience.
The roll-out sofa bed also had fresh sheets set up - it was a nice surprise as many places let you put the sheets yourself if it's a sofa bed.
Quality coffee machine - a special extra bonus that stood out. It uses whole beans and makes good coffee easily.
The host also let me check out late and responded very quickly.

Very small, but efficient. Sofa bed for sleeping was comfortable, kitchen very pleasant to use (we cooked every evening), great location.
With the windows open, the temperature was great (in summer), but mosquitos came in.

The studio is nicely decorated and has everything you need. The kitchen is practical and lovely to chat and cook. The bed is comfy for a couch-bed and unfolding is very easy. Everything works. I liked the modern look and how central the place is.

Great location

Perfect location, easy access to town and a short drive to the bouldering in the forest. Comfortable and quiet. Friendly, helpful and responsive host.
Need to pay to park outside, it is free from 7pm though so not a problem if you are out during the day.

Thibault gave us the code to the main door and the key box, and the rest is basically self-service. You would also get the benefit of a very detailed guide compiled by the host in the flat - getting to know which bakery is trustworthy is really great because there seems to be ones that are less-than-honest with English speaking tourists.
The place couldn't be closer to the Château de Fontainebleau, which is the main attraction in town. It was close enough that we practically used Jardin de Diane as our garden. If trekking is your thing, then Forest of Fontainebleau is just 20 mins walk away, albeit not as close as the Château.
The flat is not generous in space, and you have to unfold the sofa to use the bed. If you get used to putting your beddings away every morning, the flat is surprisingly usable. And it managed to stay relatively cool during the 41ºC heatwave.
Nothing serious in particular. However the windows do overlook the opposite flat, so during the heatwave when everyone is forced to open the window wide, privacy is a bit of an issue.

the location is perfect
the space was really small. the moment you opened the bed, there was no space in the apartment at all

Great place, situated in the city center, you have all the facilities to cook, there is also a great coffee machine. Clean and comfy. Concenient lock box for the self check in.
It is very very small, when the sofa-bed is unfolded, one cannot cross the room. This place is surely not for 2 people.

The location was very close to the city center yet still quiet in the night. The whole apartment was furnished in a modern way, and it was very clean.
Needed to check whether the how water is still enough for two people to shower after washing dishes with warm water. There is one local school just right next to the apartment, you can hear the kids running in during day time.
