Good enough if you don't have high expectations ;).

Location was good.

There was no parking, but i filtered offer for hotels with parking. Also, it's pretty old and i think it's time for refreshment.

Jammer!

Kamer heeel klein. Heel weinig ruimte. Toilet pot heel vies (zichtbaar onder de rand). Onder de wastafel vies(zichtbaar als je op het toilet zat). Ontbijt minimaal. Te duur voor wat geleverd werd.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Die Lage ist wunderbar! Man erreicht in wenigen Minuten die Avenue de Champagne und hat ebenfalls nicht weit eine gute Auswahl an Restaurants. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig und das Frühstück üppig. Das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis stimmt - im Gegensatz zu den im Umfeld angebotenen Chambres d'hotes, die in den letzten Jahren aberwitzig teuer geworden sind.

We were well looked after.

Very good value for money, excellent breakfast, very comfortable bed and good bathroom. Great location, close to excellent restaurants, tourist office, bike hire venue and champagne houses. Parking available across the road at no charge.

Dirty tea cup not replaced.

The only positives were the breakfast buffet and the Swedish receptionist who went out of her way to be helpful.

This excuse for a hotel is rundown on the edge of being dilapidated and in a sensible world would hardly merit one star.

A good location for a weekend stay, no frills but comfortable and suited our needs.

The location was perfect to visit Épernay and eat out in the evening. The bed was comfortable and the towels were lovely and thick and soft.

We had to ask for a light bulb to be replaced in a bedside light and the air con didn’t work in the room.

convenient, clean enough but decidedly mediocre

location is great. parking on road outside was fine. breakfast was pretty good. staff on check in were very helpful.

painting a tired old hotel in pink and black does not make it “Boutique”. the room was small. the bed was comfy. the shower was pathetic, so little water. lobby area on first floor needs a new carpet. There was a smell of cigarette smoke on the first floor which was not nice.

The perfect place for our trip!

The hotel was perfectly situated in Epernay, close to the Avenue de Champagne and we could walk easily to restaurants and shops. The parking opposite is no longer available but an underground car park is close by. The staff at the hotel are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was good too.

Very good

Great breakfast, very complete and very good. Also the breakfast room was spacious and modern. Great location, in the center but quiet lateral street. Bottles fridge (for water or champagne) in the room.

Facilities: no hotel parking, kind of expected in the city but could be a problem. Fortunately the hotel provided info on alternatives nearby. Rooms on the small side, but comfy and with a very good (new) A/C system.

Should have been quieter

Great location to explore Epernay on foot with on-street parking and a car park right outside, both easy to find. Well-presented hotel, nice traditional room décor and layout, blackout shutters, comfortable bed with tea facilities and a small fridge in the room.

The plumbing needs sorting out. There was a non-stop noise of water running through pipes in the room all night as well as the regular knocking sound of radiator pipes heating up/cooling down. Coupled with the flashing light of the smoke detector right above the bed, doors being shut in the corridor, the fridge motor and small kids laughing in a nearby room until well past midnight, this didn't make for a good night sleep at all. It's a shame because noise aside everything else was good. No wifi on the 4th floor which reception explained was being refurbished, hopefully this will take care of all the noise issues.

Good, decent and central

We had actually booked another place to stay in Epernay, but that didn’t work out, so we quickly needed something else. The hotel is situated in the center of Epernay with ample parking spaces nearby. Clean and tidy rooms, good beds and big enough for one night. Staff alright.
