Excellent hôtel, chambre spacieuse et confortable, personnel à l'écoute et agréable

Personnel très agréable, à l'écoute et réactif. Chambre spacieuse, lit très confortable, équipements adaptés à notre besoin (rangements, bureau...) Emplacement de l'hôtel au calme, en pleine nature malgré la proximité de la ville et de l'aéroport. Parking très pratique.

Seul bémol, pas de connexion wifi mais nous ne l'avons pas non plus demandée, je pensais que c'était systématiquement donné avec la carte de la chambre. Rapport qualité prix du restaurant un peu décevante, entrée ravioles servie froide, pièce du boucher un peu dure malgré une cuisson "saignante"

Le Paradou : un petit coin de paradis ?

Cet hôtel nous accueille tous les ans sur le trajet de nos grandes vacances en direction du Var. Il est idéalement situé car à proximité de l'autoroute. Nous apprécions tout particulièrement son calme et surtout sa piscine qui constitue pour nous le meilleur moment de détente et de relaxation ! Un espace herbeux avec des bains de soleil disponibles, l'entoure et elle est sécurisée pour les enfants... Les chambres sont très correctes, les couloirs ont bénéficié d'un rafraîchissement de peinture qui manque un peu aux chambres, l'ensemble est de plain pied juste à côté d'un aérodrome qui ne représente aucune gêne pour le calme recherché. La restauration sur place est de qualité et évite des recherches aléatoires autour de l'hôtel. Si vous en avez le temps et que vous arrivez assez tôt, vous aurez une quasi exclusivité du lieu avant l'arrivée des autres voyageurs. Mais peut-être aurez vous envie d'aller très facilement à Avignon admirer le Palais des Papes et le Pont (c'est très cliché mais très beau...) ou la vieille ville et ses ruelles anciennes.

Un petit rafraîchissement des chambres apporterait une note beaucoup plus positive en termes d'accueil et de ressenti.

La jeune femme a l accueil qui souffle et qui est relativement désagréable tous ça pour avoir demandé à ce que la chambre puisse être disponible et faite en priorité pour ma fille qui était arrivée fatigué d un voyage du Canada Personne concernée a l accueil le samedi 29 juin à 12h et que j ai eu encore au téléphone a 13h30 le même jour

Great choice outside of Avignon

Very comfortable Hotel Big rooms, around a pool, we had garden room, very clean, nice restaurant, kettle in room, quiet and peaceful, good grill restaurant across road, secure parking

Disappointing

I tried to book a room three times and during the afternoon, evening and night the hotel rejected my card. I had to call them to understand what was going on, coz if I didn’t have a room I would be stucked in the middle of nowhere. The receptionist told me that he would leave and his collegue would help us. When we arrived the collegue didn’t speak English. We explained the situation but he continued saying that everything was fine. HUGE CONFUSION AND PANIC

A fantastic experience, not to be missed.

The hotel was near the airfield, well off from Avignon. We arrived during a storm which was described as 'Vents violents'. And they were, Chairs were blown off the deck, branches ripped from the trees, but inside the lobby was a roaring wood fire, a cosy bar and restaurant. We had booked a large well appointed room with excellent wifi and a 'smokers terrace.'.We had an excellent evening meal and this was complemented by an 8 euro breakfast. Having stayed at really expensive places that offered far less I was more than satisfied. This place deserves a fabulous review.

Nothing, everything was perfect, bearing in mind the cost.

A great place to stay with a car for a day visit to Avingon

This place is great fo travellers with car that stay for one night in the area. There is a restaurnt withing 150 meters and they also offer dinner. BReakfast was very good. It's out of town near an airport that hardly operates so it is quite.

Pool is quite small. In winter it might be cold in corridor.

Simply what one would expect of a Hotel that is part of a bigger chain. Good quality and not too expensive.

Unfortunately, there was no dinner on Sunday, when it would have been quite convenient for us. It would have been good to know on arrival, that there was not dinner on every day. We asked in the morning and planned accordingly, nonetheless I would have considered this piece of information important, as in, your are being told without having to ask. If there is an option for dinner on the first day I arrive, I might simply not consider the fact, that this is not the case every day. However, the hotel is close to severyl restaurant on the outskirts of Avignon, and you wouldn't choose this place anyway if you weren't going by car.
