Wrong photos and description
It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed.
Stinky, no ac, no fan, and no ventilation.
It was like a prison with the worst customer service.
3.5
room layout and friendly staff.

Shower cabin is very old with door frame very corroded . Access very difficult , we see the hotel on road side but no clue on how to access it as not sign indicating the access.

Good hotel for the price.
The smell from the old carpet in the bedroom

Location is good for a stop-off on a journey south. Some eating options very close. Helpful staff. Breakfasts looked good value.
Surrounded by roadside traveller camps (but no issues apparent). Smelly (smoky) rooms, badly lit. Feels dated and unloved (though felt much more lively on the morning with lots of families around).

it was ok for this money
it was just to sleep

Easy to find and lots of choice nearby for evening meal (on edge of industrial estate so lots around).
Very basic and overpriced! Smelled musty as we progressed through the corridors to the room. Walls were paper thin meaning that we could hear next door clearly and everyone going up and down the corridor behind the bed! We couldn't find a lift (not helpful when on top floor!!) and breakfast was poor. Bed was okay but the pillow was lumpy and the duvet provided very thin. Funny smell in the room as if someone had been smoking in there previously (although it said it was a non-smoking room). Toilet had a bad smell coming from it and suspect 'hairs' littered the bathroom floor.

close to highway
the key that was distributed by the machine did not work and after several wrong instructions over the telephone (we also got several keys of already occupied rooms) and one hour further we ended in room with a toilet that did not flush and no light in the bathroom

Good offer value for money. It's a hotel to stay for a night on the way. Close to motorway and shops and petrol station. Free parking, nice staff, basic continental breakfast. What you can expect more?
small showe r room, building can be renowated but it was ok
1.5
Clean room and comfortable bed.
Young man at reception upon arrival was very nice and helpful (a student working the weekend shift)
I hate to complain when every business is struggling after the pandemic but this is a very crummy place. Grass overgrown around the property, difficult to locate. No proper reception area. Awful corridors. Bedrooms number 1 and 2 shared an entry off a corridor. These bedrooms were off a card-security door in a corridor that immediately took you into a type of alcove with no light and so if your card security then didn’t work in the bedroom door, you were stuck in complete darkness. it was utterly mad. All these doors were hard to open - like pushing against a vacuum suction. Very difficult with luggage. Inside the bedroom there was a window that opened inwards and then another window that opened inwards and no security lock if you wanted the fresh air - you either had to lock the window or keep it open and risk a break-in. Absolutely bizarre having 2 windows. Rather pointless having all the security lock card sentry doors only to find the bedroom was easy for a criminal to enter through the window. The room stank of urine and cigarettes. Very very horrible.

Very basic budget hotel, excellently suited for those traveling with a car, as it's just off the highway and has free parking. Not exactly a fancy hotel, but you get what you pay for; a bed and warm shower in the morning.
3.5
The location was easy to find and close to motorway.
