it was convenient, but getting there required a taxi.
3.6
Proximité idéale de l'aéroport Charles-de-Gaulle.
Chambre spacieuse et très confortable.
Personnel accueillant et à l'écoute.
3.6

Location
Overpriced for the size and quality of facilities.
3.6
The room was clean and well equipped. Had dinner from the room service menu, which is what you’d expect to pay at an airport hotel, but the burger was excellent.
All of the hotels are not easy to get to from the airport shuttle, but that’s not really the fault of this place. The service at the bar was really offhand and the drinks were outrageously expensive.
3.6

The hotel is very well located, close to the CDG terminals. The room is spacious with a large, very comfortable bed. The buffet dinner and breakfast offer simple but good quality dishes.
It's a very good hotel, although meals (breakfast and dinner) are expensive.

Breakfast for 20 euro was good
The hotel is pretty far away from the airport - the instructions on how to get there form the terminal were not detailed, I had to call the hotel multiple times to figure this out and then ask multiple people at the airport for help. Then after you arrive by train you still need to walk about 15 minutes!!! with all your stuff, laggage, etc, very uncomfortable. The taxi back to the airport was 35 euro, which is pretty high for the hotel "at the airport" . My advice - if you really want to stay at the hotel close to the airport - look for other property or definitely have a taxi to get to this one, don't take a train and walk - it is far away!!!

Le buffet, vraiment pas terrible. Les plats étaient froids.
3.6

3.6
The ability to access the correct terminal because my taxi driver double checked which terminal when my printout from my airline directed me to the wrong terminal.
3.6
Close to airport but other hotels even a bit closer!
The toilet did not flush, the sink gurgled all night and there was a large hairball in the bathtub near the drain.
3.6
L’emplacement
3.6
Room, bed, TV, upgraded - all good
Toilet was too low. It was like sitting on the floor and didn't flush very well at all.
3.6
Close to terminal, good room and decent food
Quite expensive

This hotel is very very convenient for travellers flying from the airport. There are a number of hotels all in the same area. Using the mini train that travels between terminal 1 2 and 3 this hotel is situated between the terminals. It's a 4 minute walk from the mini train station. Very convenient. Also the gym has one treadmill and 1 bike and a swimming pool which was fantastic after a holiday and prepares one for the flight the next day.
The staff were friendly and hotel room was nicely decorated and very comfortable bed. I would definitely stay here again
There was a kettle and a mini fridge in the room also which was great. There is a marks and Spencer shop at one of the terminals so it was very handy to have a cup of tea and food watching tv in the room after a swim
Nothing.

Booked taxi at hotel for early pick up 3am to go to airport. Driver arrived ( not a taxi. Private transport company maybe).I ask if I could pay with card. He said no problem. On arrival at at airport driver said did the hotel tell you it’s 25euro fixed price. No they didn’t.Then says his card machine isn’t working. So I had no cash end up having to go in to the airport getting cash. Driver only had 15 euro in change ( nothing else open at that time in Airport . So a 4 minute taxi ride cost me $35 euros. Maybe not hotel’s fault but could be more coherent. If it is 25 euro flat rate so be it, if it’s cash only so be it. It would of been nice to know. Obviously the hotel use the same taxi service all the time as they booked it for me.

The buffet was nice in the restaurant
Staff were not helpful, additional room wasn’t ready until 11pm. Communication with hotel via messages was poor and hotel was non existent
3.6
Close to the airport. Nice staff. Family friendly. My daughter loved the colouring table, fooseball table, pool, and the kids buffet. They also had a fun scavenger hunt to find hidden fish around the hotel while we stayed. My daughter enjoyed that a lot.
The power in my room stopped working after I tried to boil the kettle. It was right in the morning, so staff were very busy and I was unable to connect with anyone about it until after we checked out. Our room was also out of shampoo and the shower door did not seal resulting in a lot of water on the bathroom floor. There was visible water damage in the bathroom from it.
3.6
Easy check in and check out.
8 minutes walk from airport shuttle.
AC doesn’t work well.

Nicely surprised
The terminal 3 at CDG
3.6
Easy to access from CDG terminal 2.
Room was clean and decent
Checked in late and it was easy

Location was good, as was the welcome and the reception. The gifts for the kids are a nice touch.
Had to go and ask for nespresso pods. If you have a machine you really should provide the pods. The health club is a little embarrassing, really poor/

That we ended up with two rooms with adjoining door - a huge blessing as we had 5 weeks worth of travel & bags to sort out before flying out the next day.
That we just wanted an ice bucket & we had to communicate with the bar, room service, the restaurant and the front desk. All weren’t talking to each other. We ended up having to walk to the bar & get it ourselves
3.6
Our group of three adults (parents with grown-up daughter) stayed here one night. The room and the beds were comfortable.
Even though our check-in did not go that smoothly, the check-out staff were good and the process was simple. The room was paid for so we only left the key cards in the box at departure.
Though it may seem daunting to take the shuttle train from the airport to the hotel, it is easy, and the route to the hotels is clearly marked. It went much more smoothly than expected.
The overall experience left us confused.
The staff were helpful, but some of them did not seem to be on top of their tasks. Check-in was supposed to be at 2pm, but we didn’t get the room until 2:40pm. We received a total of four key cards, of which two were working – maybe. We ordered one dish from room service and got it 40 minutes later though the estimate was “in twenty minutes”. And instead of one dish, the waiter had three dishes. They were nice about the mix-up though.
