Proche du métro Saint-Mandé, appartement très propre, literie confortable !
Saletés aux abords de l’hôtel et rue passante

There is no air conditioning so next day we got table fan.
Breakfast time was 7am to 9am. It was too early considering Paris nightlife you enjoy and next day you make effort to wake up for breakfast.
Secondly, there was no sound proofing of glass windows so we felt noisy during sleeping hours.

The location
5.0
Location is quite and accessible to the city very easily by train right next to the hotel.
There is a main street with many bakeries and I had everything I needed in the place.
The stuff is super nice and friendly and made me feel very comfortable from first moment
Lack of AC - did not think it would be that hot and the fan in the hotel was not always enough.
Laundry - you have a minimum amount that you need to charge in order to use the laundry, which means that if you need only one machine it is not worth it

Great location and room a good size
The entrance and reception was desolate and not welcoming
4.0
Liked the location
Kitchen area too small and not enough equipment.
Shower rather cramped and water flow poor
4.5
Great location that had lovely boulangerie , cafes, supermarkets and restaurants nearby. It isn't far to walk into other towns/villages nearby. Easy to get to central Paris and all sites via metro.
We booked two rooms and they were not together. One was on the 1st floor and the other on the 6th. This wasn't the best when we had the children. We had requested that the rooms needed to be closer

Sleeping room is good with good mattress and blankets. TV and kitchen is available. We cooked there during extra time after visiting hours. Advantage i can say Kitchen with few pots are available to cook if you have children to eat at home. I can rate 4 out of 5.
Space of rest room is very less. It can be some more space. Not comfortable some time if we have small children . Hotel not located inside city so it Tooks one hour journey to goto inside city. Anyway we have metro connectivity so it helped us sometime.

Receptionist was very polite and allowed us into the car park before going through the check-in procedures. Parking is reasonably priced with decent sized spaces to take family cars. Easy to find off the Peripheral ring road. The location is good as it is close the the metro Line 1, which is one of the most useful lines. Plenty of grocery shops and eateries nearby, which stay open late. Good size apartments and studios with comfortable beds and sofa beds.
The bathroom set up in the apartment is unusual with a separate toilet having no sink, which is not ideal as you have to go to the kitchen area or adjacent shower room to wash your hands. It would make sense to put a small hand wash basin in the toilet room. There were many exposed pipes which would look better boxed up and out of sight. Also, there was a large RCD unit with all the fuse switches next to the front door, which again should be boxed up and out of sight. Even though we didn't cook during our stay, as these are apartments and studios there was some really pungent cooking going on, which constantly crept into our studio as the ventilation must have been linked in some way.

near metro M1 , and supermarkets

Location near Metro line 1, kitchenette, value for money for those who want just a room to sleep in.
Needs maintenance

The reception is manned only till (PM on Monday to Friday and 3PM other days. I lost my room key on a weekend and was very difficult to get a duplicate one. The phone number given for emergency was not very helpful. I had a tough time.

Good location. Reasonable price.
Cleanliness. We found hairs all over the bedroom and bathroom floors the afternoon we moved in. Brought it to the attention of the hotel the next day. The problem was attended to immediately, but only in a cursory sort of way.
While the lobby of the hotel is clean and presentable, the upstairs corridor carpets are absolutely filthy, covered in stains and worn. Truly appalling.
The curtains in our room had holes in them; to be expected, I'm sure, considering they've been hanging there for decades.

will come again….overall friendly nature of everyone and property upkeep, location…

Location
smell of smoking, my room and waking hall to lift are full of smoking smell, so terrible! I reported to receptionist who said she couldn’t do
anything and refused to change room for me.

Good shower. The bed was comfortable. The small kitchen was nice.
2.5
The bed was very comfortable. The apartment was clean with all the ammenities needed.
The staff were very helpful and approachable. The personal wash products provided were of good quality. Rapid response when my son lost our key on a saturday evening.
There was no air-conditioning which meant a need to have doors open however there was significantly loud noise from a bar close to the property on both Friday and Saturday that went on until 1-3 am. It became a very hot room. The room is much more dated then photod and is not as big as pictured.

it was clean and suitable location
1. reception was closed when we arrived, room was exceptionally hot, we were looking for a fan but no one is available, until next morning
2. there was a lounge space but no sofa or chair.
3. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom, I had to wait a day to report it to the reception, when they provided one.
4. I have tried to contact the reception team via booking. com message option but no one did reply.

Really good location in Paris, the area of Sant Mandé is very quite but you can find there everything. Big park is really close to the hotel (for picnics ets). Near to Chateau des Vincennes. The room size was ok (for Paris), clean, easy but good breakfast.
No AC - there was about 40 gradus during our stay so it was not possible to sleep. Noise from the street. No toilet paper - we were asked to buy one :)

I booked for 14 days and I should remember them to clean the room. They haven't provided the essential services although I was asking for it. The check-in was terrible because they provide wrong instruction with wrong codes and the people available on the phone couldn't speak English. The wi-fi was not working properly.
4.0
the location -easy access to metro and some local shops and eateries. Clean bright room, nice shower room -
we arrived on a national holdiay - reception unstaffed - but cleaning staff helpesd us contact manager and matters were sorted.
we'd asked for two twin beds but got a double - not ideal
3.5
Good location with a quick access to the metro, some restaurants and local shops.
1. Very poor breakfast.
2. The key received from the lock box without any problems, however the dates of stay were reduced. It didn't happen only to me, other guests had the same problem. The person at the reception advised it's done on a purpose to come to the desk and do a check in. They could have mentioned about this practice.
3. I traveled with a family of 4 in total but in the bathroom we had only 2 large towels. Another 2 were very small, not good for taking a bath.
2.0
Good position, well connected to city centre and train station for Disneyland. Good size of the room
The towels and the room were not clean, the reception was closed most of the time, so if we had any problem or wanted to ask for extra towels or hairdryer, there was no one to assist us.
The flush of the toilet was not working. The staff, instead of finding a solution or trying to repair it, suggested to fill a basket with water to flush it.
3.5
I like the hardness of bed. Also bathroom was clean.
kitchen utensil was less. It should be more.
4.0
Basic, but clean and well situated, in a nice neighbourhood, near the metro stop. Car park for a decent price in the basement. Very friendly staff.
