Personnel de l'accueil agréable mais chambre sale et pas entretenue. Je ne recommande vraiment pas.

Personnel de l'accueil, avenant, accueillant et qui sait répondre à vos questions. Le lit était confortable et propre.

- Odeur de tabac froid en entrant dans la chambre. - Murs jaunis et sales. - Pommeau de douche bourré de calcaire. - Douche vraiment petite - Radiateur défoncé et qui semble avoir brûlé (?) Je pense d'ailleurs qu'il ne fonctionne plus. Le ménage est clairement succinct. De plus, les murs sont tellement fins qu'on entend tout ce qu'il se passe au dehors, notamment gens qui traînent, embrouilles…

What stay

Booking made and payment taken in May. Arrived August and hotel shut up….note on door saying to use hotel next door! No refund of full payment! Hotel now say contact booking.com directly for refund…..I have no contact info to do this and requests online for customer service have led to fraudulent parties now trying to get bank info from me! What the hell?!?! I just want my money refunded asap. Have used this hotel for years…..Not happy! Resolution required ASAP. 😡

Disappointing

As we were driving to the south of France, this suited us because it was a minute or two from the motorway. Automatic check-in was easy

Very basic room with tv and bathroom. Hotel felt very run down, one of our rooms had paint peeling and wall damage. Would have liked a kettle in the room

Disappointing and I wonder if all Premier Classe hotels are the same

price and location

The room was a lot smaller than expected. It was obviously previously a smoking room and there were cigarette burns in many places and it smelt of stale smoke.

Heater not working. Couldn't get into room without staff having to open it. Breakfast very poor. But staff very pleasant and helpful.

Cheap and you feel it.

One of the oldest Premiere classe buildings we have stayed so far. Only one electric unit. Very small room, no towels. Even the tv didn’t work.

It was a bed for the nightIt was cheap I had read the reviews and new what to expect.

It was difficult to find the entrance in the dark and once we did the gate was locked this was at at 8.30pm. You get given the code for the gate when you check in, do you see where I am going with this.luckily for us another guest had ordered a take away which was being delivered so we managed to get in and duly checked in only to find the room we had been given had not been cleaned and when we went back to the reception the curtains were on and the door locked (again before 9.)we knocked and were roundly told off by the receptionist for knocking to loudly I feel a bit of attitude training would not go amiss. I could go on but frankly cba you get the gist.

Very bad stay, can't sleep all night.

Air con stop working. TV does not work. Soap dispenser empty. Noise from nearby quest. Bathroom towels s very small size and no face towel. Most filthy room as always in this chain of hotels.

Overnight on a budget. Suits our needs.

Desk staff lovely. Room warm and clean. Beds comfy.

Only two towels for three of us! Third bed not suitable for 14yr old as too short in length.

Disappointing this time around.

No heating……tried two rooms but neither heating worked! Spent a cold night fully clothed to try and keep warm…didn’t sleep well at all! Bedding had holes burnt into it! Stayed here a week later and totally different as clean and warm and great. Consistency needed here I think.

Not much!!!

Not easy to get to even sat nav got it wrong. Shower waste was totally blocked and flooded whole room. WiFi didn't work at all. And staff was not interested in sorting out the problem. By far the worst Premiere Class hotel that we have ever stayed in. Calais one was bad enough but this one takes the biscuit!!!
