Pullman Break….

Le Personnel à l’accueil était très disponible et serviable le service de conciergerie aussi

Les serveurs du Rooftop Sky Bar très débordés et mal organisés ils ont mis 40 minutes entre mon installation et la prise de ma commande… Sachant que ma venu à cet établissement était en grande partie pour profiter de la vue qu’offrait le Sky Bar j’ai été déçu de cette mauvaise gestion!

Overall stay was satisfactory

Very good location and short walking distance to Causeway Bay MTR Many shopping malls around the hotel Room is spacious and clean

The check in process using the Guest Services Robot at the hotel lobby was a bit tedious and not user friendly. After several failed attempts, I ended up checking in at the Front Desk Counter. Front Office Team was helpful, friendly and managed to have a smooth check-in.

Trevligt hotell, rymligt rum, Bra läge.

Bra läge nära tunnelbana och shopping. Trevlig personal och bemötande. Bra intercontinental frukost i lugn miljö för att vara i frukostmatsal. Vi hamnade i ett rum med ett pyttefönster mot en bakgård. Vi bad om att få byta rum vilket de kunde hjälpa till med efter två av våra fyra dagar. Så hälften av vistelsen hade vi fin utsikt över Victoria park.

rooms ok, breakfast adequate

Will never understand why a 5-star hotel can get away with serving the same breakfast dishes day in and day out. Breakfast 3 days and there is nothing new any longer - dead boring. The executive lounge's "food" offerings are borderline insulting in selection and quality

Perfekter Ausgangsort zur Erkundung der Stadt umd entspannte Abende mit phänomenaler Aussicht

Die Rooftop-Bar bietet leckere, wenngleich auch hochpreisige Drinks und einen phänomenalen Ausblick auf die Stadt. Direkt vor dem Hotel ist eine Haltestelle für die BigBus Tour. Für Shoppingbegeisterte perfekt gelegen, denn zum Sogo-Kaufhaus sind es nur wenige Schritte.

Die geringe Auswahl an vegetarischen Optionen am Frühstücksbuffet.

perfect.

Location is perfect, it fronts Victoria Park. The view of the harbor and the lights is simply beautiful. I like the breakfast because you have a choice of western and asian cuisine. I like my congee in the morning very warm, with all of the accompanying condiments.

Great location and comfortable rooms.

Location is very good, close to MTR and lots of shopping and restaurants around. I got a room with a view of the park which was pretty nice. Taxis/Ubers are also easy to hail.

Room (20th floor) and finishes are dated, bathroom is small, no bidet. Bed is ok, could be softer in my opinion. The family room (8th floor) was a bit tight when the sofa bed was stretched out for a third person - but the room was newer looking than the one on the 20th.

Good place to stay

The location is ideal for causeway bay. The hotel amenities are great. The staff are efficient.

Getting taxis is not an easy task, even from the hotel. Make sure you have your Uber app working in Hong Kong.

The stay on the whole is satisfactory as it fits our requirements of spaciousness and convenience.

The room is sizeable and it provides a soothing view of Victoria Park with a bit of ocean view. The location of the hotel is very central to all transportation accessible to major districts. Another plus point is that the hotel provides more than enough bottle distilled water to the guests.

I was surprised that an enlarge mirror was absence in the bathroom. Majority of the hotels I stayed in the past payed good attention in this aspect. The garbage bins are too small to fit water bottles and other shopping wastes.

Superb check in experience with nice facilities

The professional staff at the front desk provided a matrix of details for me to choose the actual needs, I was impressed by the overall check in experience for getting the promotion upgrade to the decent room styles and late check out offers to fit my flight schedule.

We look forward to having more options of cake sets / snacks in the cafe. However, the cafe area is hygienic and spacious.

This hotel charges indiscriminately, we pay attention to ⚠️ when staying in the hotel, many customers may accidentally use the hotel room charge service, and then by the hotel rude income customers high fees. I used the hotel landline to call, charge me 4800HKD, but the room did not have any charge tips, I seriously looked for, did not find in the room to call the price list of charges, and finally after my Hong Kong friend's negotiation, charged me 3000HKD, so expensive phone bill, enough to buy a cell phone.

Dated rooms, and they seem to have bed bugs

Staff and service was good. However the rooms are bit dated. I dont know how clean it is.

great location but disappointed with breakfast, room location in the hotel and how we were treated.

cleanliness - walls of room and in particular bathroom had not been properly cleaned at all we stayed 4 nights and were located right next to the lift shaft - with 2 children it was far too noisy - we asked for a room change and were given a much smaller room which hadn't been updated - it had a bath with a shower curtain! We stayed in the first room but suffered 4 nights of sleepless nights - we were not impressed and the hotel staff didn't even try to move us around despite our complaints. Vegetarian options at breakfast are few and far between - extremely expensive considering how little we could eat.

Served the purpose of my travel.

Location is perfect. It's a short walk to the MTR station, there's a supermarket beside the hotel, Donki is right around the corner, a few minutes walk to Times Square and other go-to places in Causeway Bay.

My room smells of cigarette smoke. The maintenance/housekeeping opened the window to circulate the air but it did not help. The carpet should be replaced.

Get the newly decorated rooms and park view.

Half the hotel was under renovation. I booked a cheap exec room and was offered an upgrade to the newly decorated rooms + lounge access. Worth it. I could stay until my late flight at the lounge and enjoy the table service (no buffet).
