Veel problemen met kamer sleutel steeds weer naar receptie om te resetten! De kluis op de kamer ook 2 maal storing ging niet open. Moet er iemand van de technische dienst komen om te openen en dat duurt gewoon 20 minuten. Tevens vragen ze bij de receptie een deposit van 150€ extra bovenop de kamer prijs vervolgens storten ze die pas terug na 30 dagen op je bankrekening echt te triest voor woorden 😂😎

Pas mémorable

Le grand parking gratuit 5/10mn. La demie pension, la chambre (suite) et la vue; La circulation dans les couloirs et les ascenseurs. Désolé mais en l'état je n'y retournerai pas voir plus bas.

Il est inconcevable de n'avoir pas de badges pour circuler et être obligé d'attendre qu'une personne ait elle le badge pour entrer et sortir de la piscine; Inimaginable de n'avoir pas pu sortir vers la plage en raison du même problème ABSENCE DE BADGE; Absence de transat autour de la piscine Absence totale de parasol;Etre obligé de retourner en chambre ou au bar pour avoir de l'ombre !!!!Je n'ai jamais vu ce problème ailleurs Avoir la BELLE plage de Frejus très très proche et ne pouvoir y aller en raison de la porte fermée avec badge cela m'a mis très en colère et a fait un vacancier frustré Accessoirement coffre inutilisable, machine Nespresso hors d'usage

Perfect for what we needed for a 4 night stay .

The fact the receptionist upgraded us to sea view and was so accommodating when we arrived so late at night . The fact there was a fridge was so helpful.

The smoking in the apartment below which wafted up into our room and balcony . Only paper cups for tea and coffee.

Breakfast was good, dinner average. Location good.

They need to learn how to make a bed, I had to fix the sheets again as they came loose in the night. Not tucked in at the top at all.

super déçu

Au départ j'avais réserver une chambre face a la mer, et une place de parking, a l'arrivée on me donne la chambre et on me dit qui a pas de place pour le parking. quand je rentre dans la chambre je me retrouve face a des appartement, je descend pour expliquer le problème que c'est pas ce que j'avais demander et la personne a l'acceuil qui se nome "Sebastien" pas très agréable et en plus donne l'impression que je l'ennuie , regarde et me dit que une chambre face a la mer toute façon c'est plus chère, je lui répond je m'en doute mais je m'en fou que ça coute plus chère est ce qu'il y a moyen d'avoir une autre chambre et me répond pas très sympa comme quoi non c'est trop compliqué pas possible et me nie ensuite. le lendemain matin je descend a l'accueil, voyant d'autre personne un homme et une femme malheureusement je sais pas leur nom mais eux super sympa, mon répondu pas de probleme monsieur voici une autre chambre face au port et pour la place de parking ne comprenait pas pourquoi on me la pas donner la veille car il y avait de la place. J'ai ma belle-soeur qui habite Frejus donc on compte allez très souvent a frejus, mais vu ce comportement je vais chercher un autre hotel car grâce a monsieur Sebastion je n'ai pris aucun déjeuner et même pas un verre dans l'hôtel, surtout qu'on restait 7 jours. et la chambre pas très propre on a eu une terrasse avec des cacas d'oiseau qui n'on jamais été nettoyé et des grosse tache sur les rideaux, le dessus des prises pleins de poussière et l'aspirateur je sais pas s'il fonctionne car ca na jamais été aspirer. Avec tous ça il ont perdu des clients qui comptais venir au moins 4 a 5 fois par an. très très déçu surtout pour le pris qu'on paie.

chambre confortable et propre

Le petit déjeuner est très basique. Les produits sucrés sont de bonne qualité. un bémol pour les produits salés : œufs brouillés de très mauvaise qualité( industrielle?) les fruits présentés très peu nombreux et la salade de fruits directement sortie de la boite de conserve! Très dommage pour un petit déjeuner à près de 20 € par personne

We would never return to this hotel.

The location and the evening fibes. The breakfast was good.

How long have you got. No parking after I had noted on the website they had parking only to be told to park in a public parking location a good 10 minute walk away and our car was packed full with holiday clothing etc. The Staff including a women who told us she was the Manager were unhelpful and surly, and informed us that parking could only be booked by calling the hotel direct, a message on the BOOKING.COM WEBSITE WAS NOT SUFFICENT.The pool could not be used by my husband as his swimming shorts were too long! The sink in our room was blocked for our whole stay it would not drain away. We have been using booking.com for holiday/hotel bookings for many years and to many worldwide destinations this experience is certainly never to be repeated!

Disappointment to its max ! :(

The only thing good is maybe the location...

First of all I've booked this trip to have a little time off with my 15 yo daughter after her exams and busy weeks of work for me. According to the pictures and informations, it seemed like the indoor pool was part of the hotel. Well it wasn't, and my daugther wasn't allowed, when this is the whole reason why we've booked. The Thalasso is NOT part of the hotel, it's 15€ for 3 hours, which I didn't mind if they'd at least let my daugther in, but she needed to be 18... Whole reason of our trip was over. These informations were NOWHERE to be found among our arrival there. To this, add the fact that the hotel is overated (4 stars? no way), the bed and pillows aren't comfortable at all, the hotel looks and smells a bit old, the restaurant was closed, not much people behind the desk (lobby wad dead), and the breakfast wasn't as good as it should have been it this really was a 4 stars hotel. I would say it's a good 3*, not more.

Room was comfortable and clean

The restaurant was closed for lunch and dinner without prior notification or showing when booking. Only breakfast was served. Hotel seemed out of service in parts, despite being Easter sunday

Friendly staff and good location, excellent restaurant, busy and small spa area.

The spa was too busy and opening times for guests are too restricted. Too many rules. Access to the delapidated underground car park far too complicated.

my kids loved it

The hotel is so well located, it allows for walking to a sandy beach and to lots of restaurants. The pool is very large and clean. The staff is very accommodating and speak English for the most part. I loved my stay there

Location near beach and marina excellent. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Beautiful gardens with pool and access to beach.

No shaver socket in room and extractor fans didn't work (327). Lifts not working properly for the week we were there. Paper cups in room instead of glasses. Quilt thick and heavy for summertime visit.

Terrible toilet room

Location Location Reception staff very welcoming, friendly and ready to help. Sited in the heart of the Frejus tourist port, walking distance to many nice restaurants , water activities agencies, nice walk up to Saint Raphael, nice beach. The hotel has a very good thalassotherapy seawater pool including robes, towels, sandals, at 25 euro per person for half a day, while non residents pay 49 euro. Very well equipped small fitness room at no extra charge

The toilet room. Terrible Room 408 The vent wasn't functional, consequently, after doing your business, you had to keep the entry door open at the same time with the balcony door to keep cross ventilation....not very comfortable when outside temperature is low and other guests walk in the corridor. Toilet vent is very important and can make your stay terrible. Can't understand how a 4 star hotel doesn't check it before guests come for their stay.🤮🥴 Also the restaurant is not up to a 4 stars hotel. The waiters are very friendly and kind but not experienced at all. Items in the menu not available.

location

Room and cleanliness was poor. Bad odor on the entire floor. For the cost of one night we expected at least an decent hotel but this was atrocious. the staff were poorly trained and distance not wanting to add any form of decency. The icing on the cake was the Spa the main reason we visited the hotel. As with decades of traveling all around the world we thought as a hotel with a spa the guests come first and are treated accordingly. It is the total opposite here, the spa is for the public use with reservation and a fee so as a guest you are second to the public and are barred from using the facilities. A total waste of money and time please do not visit this hotel they are not interested in the guests or their stay, only their money.

Excellent hotel located beside a tropical beach with stunning views of St Raphael and over to St Tropez

The staff are amazing, so helpful and the design is beautiful but the location is truly stunning.

Beds are a little hard but that is a problem generally with hotels I’ve stayed in recently

This hotel has had bad press which having stayed for two days we feel is harsh and unwarranted. Reception and bar staff delightful, pool immaculate and well equipped and breakfast better than some 5 star breakfasts we have had in our travels in southern France.

A bit tired and very basic got a four star but we would stay dyson as it represented excellent value st the price.

Amazing direct access to the beach, nice pool if it's not full of kids, and good location near a lot of bars and restaurants. It's a very standard hotel and honestly it was fine. Just fine. Nothing special.
