Mooie ruime kamer van alle gemakken voorzien. Ruime incheck- en uitchecktijden. Gezellige bar, parkeergelegenheid voor slechts 8 euro per dag (daar sta je in Hamburg centrum 2 uur voor). Dicht langs de snelweg dus super handig op doorreis.

Für einen Städtetripp zu empfehlen.

In der Nähe der Autobahn gelegenes Hotel, aber doch sehr ruhig.Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe- S Bahnanbindung im Nachbarort, sodass man schnell in Hamburg ist. Sehr reichhaltiges leckeres Frühstück.

Bestes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für einen Zwischenstopp

Ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und ideal für einen Zwischenstop. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück mit Riesenauswahl und toller Qualität. Selten in solchen Hotelketten.

Möbel und Style vielleicht nicht mehr ganz zeitgemäß, aber bei dem Preis und super Service nicht wirklich relevant.

very good hotel

The room was spacious with a comfortable bed, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options. The restaurant serves dinner with both à la carte choices and an all-you-can-eat buffet for 24.5 euros, and the food was excellent.

The fitness room would be improved with the addition of set of dumbbells. This would offer more variety in strength training options. Parking costs 8 euros per night.

Gutes Hotel für eine schnelle Übernachtung.

Schnell von der Autobahn erreichbar. Frühstück.

Keine Klimaanlage. Fenster Schalldicht, aber wenn offen sehr laut wegen der Autobahn. Deswegen wäre eine Klima unabdingbar.

Aufenthalt war okay

gute Lage, netter service, Frühstück war okay und das Zimmer war sauber.

Das Zimmer ist heruntergekommen und ziemlich verwohnt (Flecken auf dem Boden, Fliesen im Bad kaputt/gesprungen). Im Hotel selber ist es sehr Hellhörig, man hört jede Tür zu "knallen" und auf dem Flur die Gespräche die im Zimmer statt finden. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt in diesem Hotel leider nicht. Würde ich für das Geld nicht nochmal machen!

Für einen kurzen Stop in Ordnung

Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr ansprechend. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Es gab einen Wasserkocher mit Tee und Kaffee, sowie ein kleines Stück Kuchen zum Empfang.

Das Zimmer roch beim Betreten etwas muffig. Wir hatten ein Zimmer Richtung Autobahn. Bei geöffnetem Fester war es doch recht laut. Uns fehlten im Bad Haken zum Aufhängen der Handtücher. Für unsere Tochter wurde eine Liege ins Zimmer gestellt. Leider war die Matratze nicht sehr gut, so dass sie nachts den Lattenrost gemerkt hat.

Eine Übernachtung

Sehr gute Lage nahe der Autobahn. Zimmer sauber und mit Wasserkocher und Kaffee und Tee. Frühstück super dank großer Auswahl.

Das man morgens die Zimmertüren anderer Gäste zufallen hört. Viele Monteure verlassen das Hotel schon sehr früh.

Super Frühstück, sehr tolles Team, sehr bequemes Bett

Es fehlte ein Platz im Zimmer wo man sitzen und essen kann. Für die grösse des Zimmers war der Fernseher etwas zu klein

Has its charms, but fails to convince

Large rooms, the hotel has a bar and a restaurant. There is a bus stop nearby (but the bus goes once an hour, and you'll need to catch a subsequent train).

Staff here was decidedly unfriendly: rather than request something, they'll instead provide stern instructions and assume the worst. This happened on 3 different occasions. Given the state of the property (old and worn) and the eye-watering price for a few nights so far from the city center, we'd not recommend staying here.

Don’t stay if your handicapped

Close to the highway. High ceilings. Some of the staff were helpful. The restaurant waiter helped a lot finding everything one of us could have at the buffet, that had allergies, it was a great and happy meal together.

When we came they had pre-declined my card. I was told something was wrong with my card or I had written something in wrong. I explained this was our tenth hotel in 2 weeks with booking.com and we had no problem with the automatic card number on the page. I was told again and again I had done something wrong. So ok. Maybe someone had stolen our card number since yesterday and it was therefor declined. I have to be reported to booking.com she tells me. And now our 2 rooms were floors apart. We go through all the check in I pay, with said card, oh it is the same number, their computer must be wrong. …. Oh my goodness.I was seconds away from cancelling my card cause she insisted the bank had declined my card. Then we get to the room, it’s smaller than the photo and no one told me that because we need a handicap room my daughter would have to sleep on a foldable bed in front of the bathroom door… and not the separate real bed in the photos of triple rooms . Oh well. I go to have a shower before dinner. The floor has mold all over in the grout and all along the bottom of the wall. … and after 2 min shower the floor is covered in 2 cm of water that won’t drain. I have to go to reception. A man comes to help, he tries to open the drain but this is not possible cause it’s tiled in. Well this is explains the mold. He quickly comes back with a new room key across the hall. Very helpful. The next room has a cleaner bathroom.. less mold. But not none. … I try the shower head in my now new clothes for dinner. Head of the shower is not screwed on and I’m drenched. 20 min of hair dryer later …. The shower is in and It is draining. But I see the toilet button is covered in green something when you push it. There is mold in the edges here too… The other room, not handicap is clean and good. But don’t stay here if you’re handicapped, the rooms are such an after thought and not properly cleaned. The black mold could be seriously harmful for people with low immune systems.

The location. The room was clean and god size. Bathtub.

No aircondition in the room. The hair dryer had no cover over the fan, so I got my hair stuck and hurt myself. Lost some hair. When i told the stuff next morning, they had a nonchalant attitude.

It was not good to give the keys to a lady who had a rejecting and angry face whike checking out.

The lady in the reception on July 13. was not friendly at all. She was also in the reception in the other days during the day. She was almost angry and her face was so rejecting that everyone could see. She is not suitable for a job in reception. I don’t know why she had to work there.

It was warm and when we opened the windows there was noise all night from the highway.

Staff were so accommodating. Explained best place to safely store motorbikes and also made pizzas for us after a long day on the motorbike. A super location just of main road if travelling north, yet tranquil in the gardens. Breakfast was also super.

my complaint is with booking.com not the property. I requested a property near the airport. your suggested property was 20 miles from the airport. it cost me 2 taxi rides of 50.00 euros each. and a longer then necessary ride to a hotel arriving past midnight after a long and frustrating day of travel due to a flight cancellation
