Extrem laute Zimmernachbarn, die auch nach mehrfachen Einwänden nicht ihren Fernsehapparat leiser einstellten. Krach bis um 01:00 Extrem dünne, nicht isolierte Wände.

Die Lage ist top Personal ist sehr freundlich

Wir waren in einem Rollstuhl Zimmer - die Dusche ist super weil sie so groß ist, aber trotz geschlossener Duschwand ist das ganze Badezimmer geflutet gewesen weil es unten nicht dicht war! Im Waschbecken sieht man über den Spiegel das überlauf Loch und das steht vor dreck - ist nicht sehr schön anzusehen!

Pleasant stay

The hotel's location is perfect for those who do not want to rush before a flight and be stressed about whether they will be on time at the airport! The hotel's windows are soundproof, and the beds are comfortable so that you get a good night's sleep. The free water bottles in the room are nice to have, and the air conditioning works well as it should.

The breakfast buffet is not as abundant as it used to be, and the quality of the pastries and bread has declined since 2022. Filtered coffee is average and not warm. It is a pity since the amount charged for the breakfast is considerable.

Alles super!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Terrasse sehr ansprechend. Schnelle Erreichbarkeit zum Flughafen. Kaffee, Tee und Kleinigkeiten zum Essen standen morgens ganz früh kostenlos zur Verfügung. Trotz der unmittelbaren Nähe zum Flughafen war es ruhig.

Top locatie als je de volgende dag vroeg moet vliegen

Water duurde 10 min voordat het warm werd en alles was redelijk gedateerd en ik verwachtte meer luxe voor de prijs en de naam

Alles in allem für zwei Nächte in Ordnung, jedoch nichts für einen Erholungs- oder längeren Urlaub.

Der Flughafen war nicht zu hören, alles Nötige war vor Ort. Sehr nettes Personal.

Leider sehr abgenutzte Möbel auf dem Zimmer, machte insgesamt einen eher verwohnten Eindruck.

Super Zwischenstopp

In wenigen Minuten per Fuß vom Flughafen aus erreichbar. Zimmer war gut ausgestattet, mit kostenlosen Wasser und Süßigkeiten. Frühstück war sehr gut, es gab alles was man sich für ein Frühstück wünschen kann.

Es war nur eine Nacht um einen frühen Flug zu erreichen. Da kann man nicht viel zu schreiben.

Man ist auf meine Wünsche eingegangen. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Mit der S-Bahn fast bis an die Eingangstür!

Ich übernachte oft ins Sheraton, aber diesmal war eine Enttäuschung.

Das Hotel liegt am Flughafen. Am 29.03.24 habe ich ins Hotel übernachtet und war sehr zufrieden. Als Ausstattung gab es Bademantel und Einmalschuhe . Das Zimmer war damals sehr sauber.

Am 13.04.2024 habe ich wieder ins Hotel Sheraton übernachtet. Preisverhältnis nicht entsprechend. War sehr teuer. In Kühlschrank haben wir Lebensmittel von andern Gästen gefunden (Salami , eine angebrochene Verpackung mit Knoblauch). Es fehlte diesmal die Bademantel, die Schuhe und die Sauberkeit.

Great location

Friendly receptionist, friendly bar staff and a nice cosy room. Excellent location for travellers - just a stone's throw from the airport. Room price was good too.

Unfortunately, I found the bathroom needed better cleaning. Brown ring around the sink drain, stained toilet and tops of wall tiles dirty.

Alles in Allem OK, gerne wieder

Lage direkt am Flughafen ist perfekt

Nachbarzimmer war in der Nacht laut durchgehend. Eventuell sind die Gäste ständig nach Draussen um zu rauchen mit wenig Rücksicht auf andere Gäste. ( Poltern lautes Schliessen usw)

Excellent location, comfortable hotel stay!

Location was great, just outside arrivals in Düsseldorf airport terminal C. With the sky train, could go between terminals in under 3mins, and also within 5mins to the Flughafen train station with easy access to other cities. S-bahn station is just minutes from the hotel, and takes about 20mins to Düsseldorf Hbf. The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly, and the room clean and quiet. We had used the hotel as a quick stopover to refresh after hours of flight delays and our trip was rerouted because of flight cancellations to our original destination due to excessive snowfall, but we are happy to have chosen this hotel for such a comfortable stay!

OK, aber wir hatten etwas mehr erwartet. Wir haben leider alle schlecht geschlafen. Kein Vergleich zum Sheraton in Nürnb

Perfekt 👌 um Morgens den Flieger zu kriegen. Wir hatten bei Eurowings am Abend vorher das Gepäck abgegeben und waren in 3 Minuten aus dem Zimmer am Sicherheitsgate. Auch sehr praktisch ist, dass Parkdeck3 als Parplatz zur Verfügung steht - 1 Woche 157 EUR wenn vorher reserviert wurde. Das Restaurant war auch richtig gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, kompetent und hilfsbereit.

Das Zimmer war leider hellhörig. Die Betten etwas zu hart. Wir hatten Nachts sehr laut Fernsehgeräusche und eine Pärchen in Aktion von nebenan gehört. Die Teppiche und Heizkörper in den Fluren sind nicht mehr schön anzusehen. Bereiche im Hotel müssten mal wieder renoviert werden.

Would definitely recommend it and we will definitely book again.

Clean, comfortable, at the airport, friendly staff, uncomplicated. Although too early for breakfast there was an excellent choice of hot and cold drinks, brezels and fruit for people who had early flights at no extra cost.
