room was small and not clean and cleaning staff they are not working properly and bathroom was soo old and not clean and no facility i will not go there any more and hotel was not 4 star standard.

Pessimo Un riassunto pronoti una suite e all’improvviso a un hotel a due stelle

La vicinanza al centro citta molto buona

Siamo scapati per avere un bel capodanno purtroppo il mio mio compagno era malato siamo dovuti rimanere in hotel tre notti Che dire arriviamo lì ci troviamo con una camera che non abbiamo prenotato “suite” ritorna giù (la camminata che ti devi fare..!) vai alla reseption chiedi come mai la stanza è così piccola senza il suo divisore soggiorno come nella discrezione della camera prenotata niente risposta te ne danno un’altra Bellissima ma con un letto extra in mezzo buttato lì il bagno puzzava di fogna dovevamo tenere la porta chiusa tutto il tempo asciugamani vecchi …. E questo è nulla Andiamo a pranzo e ci aspettiamo di ritornare e trovare una camera pulita dopo la nottata che abbiamo passato non so voi ma ogni hotel anche 2 stelle che sono andata le pulizie venivano fatte ogni giorno beh! Non per questo NIENTE PULIZIA IL GIORNO DOPO LA PUZZA DEL BAGNO CON IL PREZZO CHE HO PAGATO MI SONO DOVUTA RIFARE IL LETTO Respiriamo quindi abbiamo prenotato anche la spa andiamo lì e ci dicono che dobbiamo pagare Quindi ritorna in camera controlla e-mail prenotazione chiama la reception nessuna risposta vai giù altra camminata infinita per arrivare allascensore perché non è dietro l’angolo …!! Chiedi spiegazioni nulla ci attivano due chiavi possiamo andare Domanda fatta da noi alle 19:00 A che ora chiude la Spa? Loro alle 21:00 😒😒😒😒😒😒😒 Davvero ? Hotel sembra lussuoso ma la attenzione al cliente è al suolo pulizia terribile abbiamo dovuto rimanere chiusi in hotel ed è questo quello che abbiamo avuto

Ein guter zweiter Aufenthalt

Wie auch beim letzten Besuch war natürlich die Lage einfach super. Mein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Rheinturm und Rückseite gelegen, sodass man die Straße fast nicht gehört hat, war auch sehr gut. Und natürlich das Frühstücksbuffet

Diesmal war ich etwas von der Sauberkeit verwundert - es war nicht dreckig aber schon Staubig. Außerdem hab ich mich gewundert das zwischen gereinigt wurde obwohl in der Gästemappe steht nur aller zwei Tage, hab somit alles offen stehen lassen was mir im Nachhinein unangenehm war. Und ich war diesmal in der Woche da und es waren viele Veranstaltungen anscheinend im Haus was bei den Aufzügen sehr zu beeinträchtigungen geführt hat meiner Meinung

昔の日航ホテル、懐かしく宿泊しました。会社が変わりホテル名も変更となつていましたが、サービスは以前と同じ、今日のお客様と毎日１へやアップグレード室にアップグレードをするシステムに偶然に選ばれ良い客室、客室内にはフルーツセツト、そして最上階の作名利用と朝食、午後１時の遅いチェツアウトも含む驚きのサービスをうけました。朝食も十分な品ぞろえでした。この近郊のホテルは高価、ここは良心的な価格、今後も当地訪問の際、利用しようとおもいます。

日航ホテルではなくなり、地上階に入つていたテナントが皆出て行つて空き店舗となつていた。

Great location!

The room was clean and well decorated. The location was superb and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was so warm and the air conditioning didn’t work properly. We had to sleep with the windows opened to let some cool air in. And because of this we had to endure the noise from the street.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt um das Japanviertel Düsseldorf und dessen Umgebung kennenzulernen ideal

Zentrale Lage, Personal war meistens nett und freundlich und die Zimmer/ das Hotel waren sehr sauber, modern und hübsch eingerichtet. In der Umgebung gibt es viel zu entdecken, von Restaurants bis verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist alles dabei. Ein schönes Hotel im Japanviertel, wenn man viel Zeit in dessen Umgebung verbringen möchte.

Leider war unsere Klimaanlage kaputt, in dem einen Zimmer funktionierte sie gar nicht und in dem anderen war sie nur laut, brachte jedoch kaum kalte Luft. Auch der Pool kostet pro Person pro Tag 15 Euro, was bei der Buchung nicht ersichtlich war. Außerdem war unser Zimmer bereits 20 Minuten vor der Check-Out-Zeit (wir haben für Late-Check-Out pro Zimmer 30 Euro gezahlt) gesperrt, sodass wir Probleme hatten, ins Zimmer zu kommen und das Personal mehrfach um Hilfe fragen mussten.

Mooi hotel maar wat verouderd ( tamelijk prijzig )qua ligging in een Japanse wijk , dus voor variatie moet je stappen

Prachtig hotel . Met aparte ondergrondse parking ( betalend ) mooie kamers ( geen luxe ) koffie en thee en water op de kamer Haardroger en zepen aanwezig Zwakke airco dus heel warme kamer . Prachtig ontbijt . Een topper !

De hoge prijs voor de kamer ze is proper maar geen echte luxe , moeilijke koffiezet ( ben misschien wat dom ) geen uitleg surplus het zwembad is betalend 15 euro en dure spijskaart

A lovely end to our first trip to Germany

We were given an upgrade which was lovely as we had a difficult time getting there due to train delays/strikes ! We made good use of the pool & sauna and enjoyed a very good complimentary breakfast the next morning

Nice hotel in good location near the town and markets and short walk to station very convenient. The bar area was nice downstairs to relax after a long day.

Nice location

De locatie in de Japanse buurt, vlakbij het centrum. Ideaal om naar het centrum te lopen en de stad te verkennen.

Ipv een kingsize bed waren er twee losse bedden (aan elkaar geschoven). Het bed lag voor mij niet comfortabel en ik had rugpijn na 2 dagen. Op de foto’s lijkt het of er een zwembad bij de locatie zit. Dat klopt, alleen daar mag je wel €15,- voor betalen. Nogal een duur grapje als je even een half uurtje wil zwemmen.

Zeer net hotel met vriendelijk personeel. Ruime nette kamers.

De badkamer was klein en gedateerd. Plus de kamer was enorm warm terwijl alles op zijn koudst stond en de blower het hardst. Zwembad ijskoud.

Op wat kleine dingen na was het prima.

Het was wen mooi Hotel

Er was ons een superior room beloofd en daar hebben we ook voor betaald. Helaas niet gekregen. Vrienden wel, terwijl we samen geboekt hadden. We moesten zelf wc papier halen en het was echt veel te warm in de Hotelkamer, kachel uiteraard lager gezet maar dat hielp niet.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen wir kommen wieder

Das Hotel liegt mitten in Little Tokio nahe am Bahnhof und auch nahe an der Altstadt perfekt für Shopping und reisen mit ÖV

Klimaanlage ging nicht zum verstellen war zu warm im Zimmer Bei Nachfrage an Reception wurde ein Techniker geschickt zum nachschauen Wir kamen zurück war einfach das Fenster gekippt aber Klima nicht repariert 🤷‍♀️

Tokio mitten in Deutschland

Das Frühstück ist wirklich sehr gut. Da gibt es für jeden Geschmack etwas. Die Badewanne war prima. Die Lage ist absolut zentral. In nur 10 Minuten ist man fußläufig an der Kö oder im Capitol Theater. Wenn man keine Lust auf Laufen hat, hält die S- Bahn fast vor der Tür. Auch fühlt man sich ein bisschen wie im Asien Urlaub, wir hatten das Gefühl die einzigen deutschen Gäste zu sein. Das Stadtviertel ist voll in asiatischer Hand, hier findet man Unmengen an Sushi Restaurants, Manga Läden und asiatische Supermärkte.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Es müssen dringend einige Reparaturen getätigt werden. Manches Möbelstück sollte bei einem Hotel in der Preisklasse ersetzt werden. Die Parkgebühren waren eine Frechheit 30 Euro pro Tag. Somit kommt man auf 90 Euro für ein Wochenende!

temperatuur op kamer 23+. Veel te warm om comfortabel te zijn. Het systeem met de liften levert een hoop verwarring op wat weer zorgt voor vertraging.

Good access to Little Tokyo. More than enough space for a suite. Breakfast is also good.

The upstairs was very noisy with children running around. (Parents should supervise children) Loud noises in the bathroom echo in the rooms above and below. Suite 227 was a great size but dark room with only one window.

No mini bar in room, just empty fridge, no bathroom comps, like cotton buds or conditioner ect. Couple of robes and slippers would have been nice. Cold bottle of water would have helped, also no info on hotel or menus in room. Couldn’t make a booking for wake up call. Constantly engaged. No room service

Beautiful place to stay, excellent staff and rooms are comfortable but food and health suite let you down.

Buffet was not well stocked at the end of service. health suite was unusable ( mixed and fully unclothed is totally inappropriate!). The steam room or possibly the sauna were also not working
