What a horrible "hotel" management

Location is great as you are at the center of the city, pedestrian area. Very close to Altstadt.

THEY DON'T ISSUE INVOICES! BUSINESS TRAVELLERS SHOULD AWOID THIS PLACE! I have sent 15 emails and called Booking customer service more then 10 times to contact them directly. Prior to my arrival I have sent company details and requested the invoice, during check in/out again, they haven't sent it. Thee accommodation doesn't have reception desk even though they wrote in description it has, so you are basically alone in the building. Room doors are very light and I didn't feel safe. You can hear any cough or fart from the other room. Horrible! You do check in/out in near hotel 5min from the accommodation. The accommodation is overpriced, only good is location.

de locatie was top!

De hygiëne was verschrikkelijk. Er zaten overal kakkerlakken, en volop in de badkamer. Tot mijn verbazing zelfs een kever. Het was heel luidruchtig. De ingang stonk. Het personeel kwam ik de ochtend aankloppen, maar we sliepen. Hij kwam dan gewoon alsof het oke is naar binnen, terwijl wij sliepen. Een 3-sterren hotel? Dit verdient zeker geen 3 sterren.

Horror! KEINE EMPFEHLUNG!!

Die Lage ist gut

Alles andere, das Zimmer hatte Blut auf dem Boden, hatte Kakerlaken im Bad, die Toilette war verstopft. Also kann ich gar nicht empfehlen!

Good luck with it all!

Location was good, plenty of food options around. Room was bare minimum, but okay for a few hours.

I am okay with the concept of self-service check-ins, but unfortunately the check-in kiosk did not work and the door code I was given did not work. The door code was not sent to me before check-in time and I had to go to the reception desk of their partner hotel across the street in order to get one. The room was absolutely bare minimum, the air conditioning/heater did not work. The bed was small but sufficient for a small person.

Eine Unverschämtheit, dass sowas unhygienisches überhaupt hier zu finden ist.

Nichts, absolut ekelhaftes Hotel und eine Unverschämtheit, dass das hier überhaupt eine Plattform bekommt.

Es war laut, extrem dreckig und unhygienisch, so sehr , dass ich am nächsten Tag das Hotel verlassen habe. Rost, Haare überall im Badezimmer, zerbrochene Kacheln. Schmutz einfach überall. Ich habe alles mit Video und Fotomaterial dokumentiert. Beschwerde habe ich eingereicht, keine Reaktion. Ich habe mein Geld zurückgefordert, keine Reaktion. Es war von Anfang an nie ein Ansprechpartner jemals erreichbar, es gab kein WLan wie beschrieben. Ich bitte Sie über booking dabei zu helfen

Good for a short stay.

Perfect location. Room was clean enough.

The hole in the bathroom was stuck. No physical staff I understand but response to inquiries/messages. There was an insect in the bathroom was big enough could have its own bed.

The worst experience that I can encounter ever.

Location was pretty fine.

As the elevator was not working so no other help was provided to us. Thus, we have to lift our heavy stuff by ourselves to 5 floor after traveling the whole day. Moreover, next day also we have take it down in the same way which was truly disappointing. The another reason, as they mentioned the wifi service is free for their guest. However, the wifi strength was not reachable to our room. Which is another disappointment. We tried to contact their partner hotel for some assistance but they clearly refused to help us out.

Nie wieder - nicht zu empfehlen.

GAR NICHTS.

2 von 3 Zimmern hatten mit Kakerlaken und anderen kleinen Tieren befallen, die Badezimmertür konnte man in einem Zimmer nicht schließen weil der Türrahmen kaputt war, es hat ein Stück gefehlt. Im Eingangsbereich und im Flur sowie in allen Zimmern hat es richtig gemüffelt und war Mega unangenehm. Personal war nicht vorhanden.

Das Zimmer war so schmutzig, kein Zimmerservice, Kein Aufzug, so dass wir das Gepäck aus dem 3. Stock tragen müssen! es ist nicht sicher, die Tür des Hauptgebäudes ist kaputt, so dass jeder, der das Gebäude betreten kann. Das schlechteste Hotel, in dem ich je war…

Einmal und nie wieder

- zentrale Lage - Betten und Handtücher waren frisch und sauber

Also auch für diesen unschlagbaren Preis würde ich dieses "Hotel" nie wieder buchen. Wir sind für eine Nacht echt nicht anspruchsvoll aber das Zimmer war echt ne Zumutung! Der Teppichboden lebt glaube ich schon, habe noch nie solch einem dreckigen Teppichboden gesehen. Duschvorhang schimmelig. Das schlimmste waren die verwesten Taubenkadaver, die direkt unter dem Fenster lagen, das man gerne geöffnet hätte bei diesem Muff da drin...

Very good

The very centre of the city. It's fabulous.

As it is the centre it was very noisy. Another disadvantage was that the bed was not one double bed, but two single beds side by side. They were built to slide apart.

Horrible hotel in an excellent location

Location and price

Terrible service from the administration, they never sent me the code for the room and building door, they didn’t reply my messages and I had to call them, the room had a dead bug, dirty carpets, uncomfortable bed and a TV that didn’t work it !

I just saw a cockroach running past my luggage in my room. that is for me a no-go for a hotel. No matter the class or stars or budget.

Poor Sound Proof You can hear people talking, walking, laughing next room to you, upper and down floor, on corridor. The voice is everywhere go into your ears.

Good value for money, great location

The room was clean and the staff helped when needed. The location of the hotel was excellent! Good value for money.

The whole stairwell smelled like cigarettes, apparently the staff smoked inside. The room itself didn't smell. There was no reception in the hotel building, but reception was close in a few minutes walk away. It was a bit unclear when we arrived, but the staff helped. The staff was quite friendly but service could still be better; for example the check out time was different than said in Booking.com, and the two staff members said different check out times when asked, so it was a bit unclear when we should actually check out.
