위치만 좋고 시설이랑 직원 친절도는 폭망

1) 뢰머광장 옆이라 교통 편하고 둘러볼 곳이 바로 옆이라 좋았음 2) 조식 은근 괜찮음

1) 1층 식당에서 떠드는 손님 소리 때문에 잠이 안 옴 2) 침대가 불편하고 문이 삐걱거리는 듯 시설 별로 3) 직원 실수로 city tax 안 내고 체크아웃했는데 일정 중 독촉 전화 해서 짜증 4) 돌아와서 내려고 했더니 전화만 하고 있어서 식사하러 감 5) 또 독촉하길래 갔는데 자기 통화한적 없다 거짓말

Leuk hotel voor kort verblijf.

Het hotel heeft een hele leuke inrichting en de locatie is perfect! Alles is op loopafstand. Kamers zijn schoon en zeer comfortabel bed.

Prima voor 1 nachtje maar niet voor een langer verblijf. Kamers waren erg warm, wij waren er met 30 graden en er is geen airconditioning. Ook niet voldoende mogelijkheden om goed door te luchten. Douchekop was erg klein.

Sollten wir noch einmal in Frankfurt übernachten, kommen wir gerne wieder.

Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Es wurde für uns frisches Rührei gemacht, es gab Lachs und es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Es hätte nicht besser sein können. Die Mitarbeiterin war ebenfalls sehr freundlich.

Morgens ab 6 Uhr wurden Mülltonnen geleert und es wurden Waren angeliefert. Aber es gibt auch ruhige Zimmer zum Hof.

The location is great and the price is right

Wonderful food and staff in the restaurant but switched hotels because of the noise and hot room

Location was walkable to old town, breakfast was good but seating was limited.

No air conditioning and our room got hot from the afternoon sun. We had a fan in the room and opened the windows for air but the noise from the outside dining was very loud.

Location, cleanliness breakfast buffet. Great price for quality

Booking had a bug and it showed in their system I had two bookings. The reception was very nice but I lost 45 min of time to clarify and it still seems unclear.

Fantastic Hotel / Fantastic Location/ Fantastic Staff! We shall return!

The breakfast was Fantastic! Coffee and Cappuccino large selection of food. Made to order eggs. Also the location and staff were top notch! Located right next the the Dom/Römer U-Bahn station making it easy to get anywhere. Most sites are within easy walking distance.

We had no problems at all with our stay. It was awesome!

Must have the beer!

It was in a central location, walking distance from the train station, to shops, restaurants and Rommerberg. The food was delicious, the beer was so good. Would definitely stay here again.

Would stay again!! Breakfast was great and the location can't be beat! Plus, you are attached to Paulaner for fantastic food and beer!!

there was an issue upon arrrival regarding overbooking, but they accomadated us to the best of their ability and then resolved the issue the next day--- ( it would have been nice to get a discount coupon for a meal at the resturant because of this inconvenience : ) a little noisy near the elevator... maybe some signage would help with that.

Excellent value. Great location to old town. Staff was very helpful.

Excellent breakfast. The staff was extremely helpful. Our luggage was stored as we went sightseeing. When we returned at 10pm, all the luggage had been put in our room! We returned to Germany after another trip. We were very tired and arrived at 8 am. Our room was available and we were allowed an early check-in for which we were grateful.

Lovely stay in a convenient location

The hotel is located in the Old Town which is a lovely, convenient place the stay. The attached restaurant, Paulaner am Dom, is a great place for German food. The room was a good size and the bed was the most comfortable I’ve slept in in Europe! The breakfast was also excellent.

The bathrooms were basic. The shower head needed replacing in my room.

Excellent location and helpful staff

Great breakfast with a choice of hot or cold preferences Plenty to decide from, could not ask for more! Literally minutes from the cathedral and the underground that will take you to the main station with tram connectios also not far away Great to be in the old town but close to the more modern city

An older-style hotel with lots of character which is super-central yet quiet.

The hotel was a real find. Location is just around the side of the cathedral and so it’s protected from traffic noise. U-Bahn station round the corner, with connection to the airport S-Bahn line. We asked for a room away from the excellent Bavarian restaurant on the ground floor, and slept well in the comfy bed. Staff are very friendly. The breakfast was a generous version of the classic buffet that can make staying in German hotels such a pleasure- fresh bread rolls, fruit, ham, eggs, cheese and smoked salmon. My wife’s gluten-free request was provided for.

We would have liked a more comfortable chair in the room.

Didn't take breakfast

Shower in room was broken, the shower head holder looked like it had been broken for some time, water was only luke warm and for a supposed superior room it was shocking.

The local food was excellent The central location and ease of access to the Hotel The rooms were clean and warm staff were certainly friendly clearly very popular with local residents

little issue with the lack of hot water Toiletries in the bathroom could be sustansive rather than just two soap dispensers Hair dryer was old and lacked any real power needs an upgrade
