Exceptional location with stunning view on the Alps, extremely friendly staff, nice breakfast, we even had a great Easter lunch menu. Ideal starting point for hiking adventures.
Relatively small rooms, bad pillows.
Access to the sauna used to be included in the room price, it is not the case anymore.

Eco - farm concept
Could be more comfortable & breakfast more reflective of being close to a farm. Too basic and couldn’t get a later check out time despite needing to rest from being ill

Quirky eco-hotel with friendly staff and pleasant restaurant
I enjoyed my stay but would not personally have wanted more than one night in this hotel!

It was quiet and simple.
There was no one on hand to check us in and the original booking did not match the advertised description; there was no "lake view," but our room was changed to one that faced the lake after we pointed this out. However, there was confusion about where we were supposed to park, and there was no one on hand to check us out when we had to leave early for a long drive. Although most of the staff was courteous and fine, the manger could best be described as self satisfied.

Calm location not far from Neuchâtel, super friendly staff, great view (that I truly took in when eating breakfast on a clear day, seeing the Mont Blanc and the Alps all the way back with the lake in front).
The room was spacious, comfortable and really "cute", with a small terrace and access to the gardens.
Plenty of parking available on-site, for free.

Providing unconventional little rooms on wooden pillars, this hotel was a very nice surprise. Everything was clean and comfy. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the balcony with its amazing view of Lake Neuchatel and the mountains. The hotel is located in the middle of a farm, which made for a nice afternoon walk around to see the animals. The hotel offers half-board for their guests, which is very convenient. The food consisted of local bio products and was delicious. We appreciated the free parking, right under our room.
Dinner was served inside, in a narrow-ish unventilated hall (which was technically respecting Corona regulations, since there were only hotel guests present), but made us a little uneasy. Especially since the restaurant also had a terrace.
The hotel is very remote (which makes it perfect to disconnect and spend a few days of peace and quiet), so a car is priceless to move around.

Location is good, quiet area and nice view on the lake although little far. We had dinner and that was very tasty, set dinner and choice between vegetarian or meat.
The "full bed" was rather small. No TV in the room and the wooden floor was quite noisy.
The breakfast was ok, no eggs, but while we were still eating they removed some of our bread.

Breakfast is limited (I am lactose-intolerant) but very tasty produce. Would be nice to have some hot options.
Spectacular and spacious room and view. Beautiful location and easy to access by car. The wifi is quick and easy to connect, with no unexpected outages.
Could have had more amenities in the bathroom as well as more options for breakfast (see above).
Otherwise excellent.

Rural location and pleasant staff
Main criticism was the simplicity of the bio/organic food and the totally outrageous prices. The chef was supposed to be Italian, but having had a week of great food and accommodation on Italy, I doubt it. How the prices are justified is beyond me. The organic wine however was excellent.
The room in a separate wing was tiny as was the “double bed” but there was a balcony. The fittings were tired and of ikea standard.
After three weeks in Europe this was the low point.
