Schönes Spa mit angenehm beheiztem Außenpool, tolles Frühstück auf der Sonnenterrasse. Es gibt sogar einen Pancake-Automat. Abendessen in Gourmet-Qualität.

Schöner Wellness Bereich und leckeres Essen! Sehr großzügiges Frühstücksbuffet und sehr aufmerksamer Service.
Die Lage an der Straße ist zwischenzeitlich ziemlich laut gewesen.

Very clean family hotel in a beautiful natural setting & area.
6.0
exceptionally good food, comfortable beds, spa, bar
drafty, could hear other guests in their bedrooms, strange decor, overpriced

Wellness area - Clean, spacious, sauna-with-a-view
Dinner - great service, and wines at a very good price
Mar-vel-lous breakfast - so many options, also for vegas
Great service overall
rooms at the second floor are not very big

looks cozy and was silent
opening hours of the swimming pool started to late

- The family room was very spacious and had an extra room for the children.
- The hotel guests are mostly couples and pensioners and not so much families, but my children were made to feel welcome. There was also a good selection of children’s meals.
- Delicious meals - the breakfast buffet is one of the best we’ve ever had!
- Very friendly and helpful staff.
- Trassem is a very small village, but the hotel is well located to visit Orscholz, Saarburg and Trier.
- Guests are allowed to smoke on the balcony and by the pool side, smoke therefore drifted into our room when the windows were open.
- We would’ve liked to go for an early morning swim, but the wellness didn’t open until 11am.

Everything! It was exactly what I was looking for for a short getaway. Food was amazing, spa area was small but charming. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was just fine — bed was very comfortable. Plenty of towels. spa tote bags appreciated.
No lunch available. it wasn’t a problem, but we would have eaten lunch there if offered.

Great breakfast, comfy bed and pillows, modern rooms, well-kept spa zone with a pool, and the panoramic sauna is top!

pretty much everything

Dinner and breakfast were excellent, and we really enjoyed both. The room was pleasant and as described, however the balcony could do with repainting and sprucing up.
There was nothing that we didn't like, but there were elements that could have been even better. The pool isn't open early which is a shame as it clearly gets the best sun in the morning.
