Tasty breakfast, helpful staff, noise issues on the first night

The breakfasts are diverse and delicious, offering something for everyone, including vegetarian options. Dinner was generally fine as well. The rooms are clean, have a pleasant scent, and the beds are very comfortable. The staff is always ready to help and quickly resolves any issues, including room changes when needed.

On the first night, there was a loud party at a bar located on the 5th floor, which is separate from the hotel. We were initially staying on the 3rd floor, and the noise was quite disruptive. Thankfully, the staff kindly moved us to the 2nd floor. However, the room there was noticeably older and in need of renovation, but it was still clean and cozy. Also, no slippers were provided, so make sure to bring your own.

I will never stay there again.

The location is great, very nice area. Nice staff.

I had booked for 28 days but left after just one day in the room. The carpets were absolutely disgusting. They had different colored stains and definitely were NEVER cleaned before. The sheets on the bed were stained with 2 very visible stains when I first arrived and I had to call and ask for them to be changed. The couch and curtains were all stained as well. The room smelled funky and you couldn’t really air it out as the windows were permanently shut.

there was annoying maintenance sounds early in the morning and I talked to the manager Kareem but he didn't do anything about it so I check out of the hotel even though I still have one day more

After getting my room switched, it was a better stay.

I liked my 2nd room, but the 1st room given to me was awful.

The 1st room when I checked into the Hotel. It was still dirty, and the bathroom wasn't clean.

It is okay..

Staff very kind and helpful

Altogether the accomodation was ok, staff very nice and helpful. but the condition of the room has same "space for improvement". Carpet is spotted, and the shower is not the nicest one, the door of it was damaged, and yellow "things" in the angles.

Poor quality for the cost

The staff was kind

The room was terrible. I paid a high price because I was in town for a conference, but I didn’t realize how bad the quality would be compared to the cost. Literal holes in the sheets, mold in bathroom, towels like bath mats, stained couch and carpet. I tried to move hotels but apparently it was non refundable so I was trapped there. I would only stay here if the price was cheap and you are trying to save money. I saw a woman in 2021 say similar things and still no changes. So beware folks. I asked for a slightly lower cost and they wouldn’t cooperate.

Hotel moderno, habitaciones espaciosas, limpias y modernas. Cama cómoda. Atención excelente del personal. Desayuno muy variado y de buena calidad. Relación calidad-precio excelente.

Ubicación, está algo lejos del centro, hay que coger transporte público o taxi continuamente.

price/quality is in good balance

Friendly personel and close to the office, Good price compared to a lot other. Nice complete breakfast Friendly bar keeper - JAVIDH :-)

I stayed at the fourth floor in a NON smoking room. On the 4th floor, from the lifts to my room, there was an intense smell of cigarettes. Also at the bar downstairs, it seems that it is allowed to smoke (I think this is still accepted in Dubai)?

Very good

I really liked the location of the hotel very much, all the main attractions were really close to us. I would also like to add that the place was really quiet which I prefer. I also really liked the staff, they were really friendly and lastly the food was great.

There isn’t anything that I didn’t like in the hotel in all honesty

La struttura di per se’ è piacevole e si trova in un’ottima posizione. L’hotel è semplice con un buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Buona e varia la colazione. Staff gentile

La moquette della stanza era tutta macchiata e dava un senso di sporcizia e trasandatezza. Il piatto doccia è da rivedere: vecchio e segnato. Lo scarico del water funziona a fatica. La testiera del letto cigolava. Il tutto è un po’ datato e andrebbe rivisto.

I had an awesome welcome at the Hotel, and I very much liked the lobby area, colorful and filled with nice aroma. I was on a business trip and was staying a twin bed room, well maintained and had daily house keeping services. They have poor breakfast and not tasty at all. I'm sorry but that's a fact. Cleaning service sometimes makes mistakes (to forget to change towel or to forget to clean at all).
