Der Aufenthalt war gut.

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Der See in Sichtweite, die Stadt gut und schnell öffentlich erreichbar.

Wir kennen das Haus von einem früheren Aufenthalt. Leider hat man die Terrasse vor dem Haus "verkleinert" indem man die vorderste Reihe der Tische entfernt hat. Das ist schade! Auch ein wenig Salzgebäck zum Drink hat gefehlt und wurde nur auf Anfrage nachgereicht. Das wurde vor zwei Jahren noch unaufgefordert serviert. Es dürfte eine neue Geschäftsführung sein, das hat man (eher negativ) gespürt.

Idealer Ausgangspunkt für berufliche und private Aktivitäten

Gute Lage Nähe Strandbad Klagenfurt und Uferpromenade. Ideal wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist - Parkplatz vorm Hotel. Großes Zimmer, gutes Frühstücksbuffet.

A conveniently located hotel

The hotel‘s location is perfect - it‘s 5 min walk to the Wörthersee lake, 10 min walk to Minimundus. Our deluxe room with balcony was spacious, fresh and well appointed. Reception staff are friendly and helpful.

Breakfast - the choice is very limited, there‘s also a very poor ventilation- cooking smells fill the breakfast room and then stay in your clothes for the rest of the day

Would definitely return and stay longer!!

This was a wonderful hotel. Breakfast was good. Especially the eggs. Staff was super nice. They called us a taxi so we could go downtown. Walking distance to lake and a few restaurants. Right off highway. Room was big and spacious. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Room very large, clean, comfortable. Breakfast excellent. Staff very polite and helpful. The Suite we stayed in was newly renovated, the rest of the hotel is older but still well maintained.

The very close location to the musical events next to Lake Woerthersee which has nothing to do with the hotel. But it was extremely noisy from the sound checks on at 5pm until the end of the concerts around 11pm on 2 consecutive days. Next time we will check the musical events calender and stay away.

The hotel is great and the location is awesome, everything is nearby just walk a few minutes and you enjoy the beautiful lake. It was a great short trip and a nice experience.

Comfortable hotel very close to the lake and the park

We really liked this hotel! It's located right next to the park, very close to the lake. The rooms are large and spacious, with a large bathroom and comfortable beds. All hotel staff are very nice people. Breakfasts are delicious. The hotel is pet friendly. Our husky appreciated it ))

great to relax and enjoy the nature

The room was great and very spacious, with a nice balcony. It is in a good location in front of the lake. There were other attractions just a few minutes by walk, such as the Europapark and Minimundus. Breakfast was good with a lot of options we could choose

Cozy and family friendly hotel

That’s our first trip with the baby and I was a bit nervous, but as soon as I entered the reception all my worries have disappeared with the staff smile. Clean warm rooms with enough space for everyone and the view worth die for ❤️ absolutely enjoyed every moment of our stay. Location is also perfect!

Modern stay close to the lakeshore

The room was large and well equipped the furnishings were modern there was a large terrace as well. The hotel is very close to the Wörthersee lake and I could just walk to a beautiful sunset on the lake. The staff was friendly and let me stay in the lobby after I checked out and I could use the internet. The welcome coffees and drinks were also fine. The shower had a built in sauna function that was nice.

The automated lighting solution in the bathroom was annoying I can switch on and off a light thank you. The breakfast was not included but I guess that is better that way for people who want to pay less and not have breakfast.

Amazing hotel! 11 points of 10

Amazing hotel! Room was great, big, very comfortable and has great noise-cancelling. Very tasty breakfast with lot of different dishes. I recommend it so much!

All in all we stayed just one day and staff was very friendly.

Great Breakfast, great location and kind staff.

Sauna is not sauna actually. It is a part of shower and doesn't work. Room had a smell of cigaretes and dust.

Very good

The staff at the reception extremely helpful and professional, we felt very welcomed. The bathroom is very spacious and nice. Room all in all just the right size and clean. Location is good as it is just a few steps from the lake and Europapark.

It says on booking that the room we’ve booked is sound isolated. Unfortunately not isolated enough as our room was facing the side where railway and main road go by. It was ok for the cars, but the train is actually too loud. We would still stay at this hotel again, but only if guaranteed that we get the room on the other side away form the railway.

Great place for trips

A perfect place for trips around the area. Excellent breakfast. Friendly, smiling and helpful staff. Sufficient facilities at the hotel.

A bicycle storage room would be useful. Smoke from the restaurant's garden went into our room.
