Limpeza, arrumação e café da manhã.
Sempre muito cordiais.
Boa localização perto do metrô e Parque Olímpico.
Alguns equipamentos como chuveiros e sauna um pouco envelhecidos e descuidados, mas funcionam.

The gym was good, the swimming pool okay.
The staff didn't take our problems serious at all!
We told them the first day the mini fridge was broken, they said they'd send someone and no one ever came.
The toilet stank, which we told them. They had the nerve to tell us this was normal to them. It was like our room was a sewer how much it stank. They didn't do anything to make us comfortable.
The airco was broken, they came around midnight and said it was working (which it wasn't) the weather those days were around 40°C, we woke at night to the heat. Nothing was done, once again.
Some lights and switches were broken and nothing was done.
No new room, no manager telling us what would happen. We paid full price for an awful stay.

This is a large hotel relatively close to the olympic stadium. There is a tube station only 5 mins walk. The road is quite buys but I asked for the quiet room and got the room facing other side and it was nice and quiet. The reception staff and door people are extremely nice and helpful. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and there is a nice swimming pool.
In the pool you are asked to leave it about 15mins ahead of closing time, which I found strange for 5* hotel. Also the wifi wouldnt allow you to check major western news websites nor give you access to popular in Europe emails websites. It is a shame that there is no western news channel on TV.

The workers were absolutely kind.
The room where I stayed. In the room not worked AC and TV. It was too hot and not comfortable for us. Because, in the street it is very hot and the inside room is as hot as outside.

The location was nice for me as it was not far from the Chinese Academy of Science. It is pretty close to the Olympic Park. It has convenient location as the subway is also nearby. The staff was nice and the hotel was clean.
The sink had a problem, water was accumulated in it all the time.

I really enjoy staying in this hotel. The room is clean and big. Also, the service is excellent. All the staff are helpful and professional. Today, people in China need to do the PCR test and use the Health Declaration code to access different venues. As a Hongkonger, I am not familiar with the system. Luckily, the staffs here were willing to answer and help me to find the solution. Special thank you to one of the staff, Neumann Chen 陳寜. He helped me call local authority services and led us to the PCR testing stop. With their outstanding service, you can feel at home in this hotel.

The hotel was great with spacious room. Special thanks to Mariya, who works in reception and makes free upgrade for my room and was so kind . She helps me with everything and it makes much more pleasure for me to stay at that hotel. I recommend stay in this hotel if you want to have clean, cozy and comfortable trip.

There was a hair in the bed, a dirty earbud and trash underneath the sink in the bathroom and the room had not been dusted.

The hotel is close to the China National Convention Center (10 mins by taxi). It also has a metro station close by. The rooms are spacious, clean and renovated. The heating system was good. Spacious and well appointed bathrooms with separate shower and tub. Breakfast was very good and had a good mix of continental and oriental. The breakfast area is quite spread out and the staff were very courteous. The hotel has three restaurants, which was very convenient as we did not have to explore other places in sub-zero temperature.
Language was a bit of a problem, but we managed well with Google Translate. The staff were eager to help and therefore there was no serious problem. They do have a couple of people who are English speaking.

The location was good and the rooms were clean and comfortable
The lighting in the rooms was very dim. Could be brighter.
Food service was very slow (30minutes) if you did not select the buffet. Also, limited western choices on the buffet.
