Ottimo per lo scalo

Ottimo il servizio navetta, anche se ci vogliono almeno 20 minuti per l’aeroporto. Tutto pulito e comodo

Smell of cigarettes

the staff tried their best

Smell of cigarettes in several rooms. Had to be changing room to room because they all smell like cigarettes. Also a bit too far for the airport I don’t recommend

They can't speak english making all so difficult

Location close to the PEK airport

People couldn't speak English and they are a Hotel that people pick close to an international airport

Had to hotel kept the promise of early check-in the stay would have been more pleasant.

The staff that was on duty after 9am was really good and finally sorted out the issue described below.

Before arrival I was promised to have paid early check-in but upon arrival to the hotel at 7 am the staff at the reception did not speak English and finally they told me that I can not have the promised early check-in as the hotel was full ybooked

Very good

Subway station is just a few minutes walking. Free welcoming fruits. Everything meets standards of Holiday Inn.

The airport is not as near as the hotel's name suggests, it is around 20 minutes by car.

Easy stay next to airport

Clean, breakfast was very good. Beds were very comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful.

Name does not come up on DiDi. I typed in ‘Holiday inn Beijing Airport Zone’ and it took me to another Holiday inn. I had to get the staff there to help me find it. It was actually named ‘Hanggang Zhijia Hotel’ on DiDi which I would never have known had the staff at the other hotel not helped me. I spent extra money and time trying to find it which was annoying.

Nice room, but dozens of young chinese students made it too noisy

Rooms were very nice and clean, beds were nice too. Staff was helpful, though many of them couldn't speak english

The location was further away from the airport than expected, in a very local area. I wasn't informed that the toilets could not flush toilet paper at all, so my first experience was a clogged toilet. But worst of all; it was VERY noisy around my room. Dozens and dozens of young chinese students were living on my floor. They were running up and down the halls, screaming and shouting, knocking the walls etc - until late evening. I felt like I was in the middle of a kids summer camp, and I really have no idea how this could happen in a 4-star hotel. Very annoying.

A great place to stay.

It was a good experience to stay.... Good breakfast, cleanliness and friendly staff. I would recommend it to anyone.

Coffee shop permanently closed. billiards room closed. No Wifi.

Helpful English speaking staff, good location near the airport. English and Chinese breakfast in the morning was particularly good.

English speaking receptionist

1. Room wasnt clean. There were rice at the table, opened bottle of water, used tooth brush, 2. Everywhere smoke. Elevater, drunk guys smoking, in corridor, ahouting guys, open door, speaking loud, smkoing and drunk. 3. Smelly bed. I smelt smoke and sweat from bed and pillow. Didnt have a choice not to stay.

Good for Business Better Maintenance Required

The staff are very friendly. The house cleaning is good. The location is good though it looked like nothing around but bus and subway is within 10 minutes walk. Those can take you everywhere.

The water sink is a bit clogged. The water went down very slow. The toilet paper is quite thin. The lighting is dim in the bathroom.
