Особо понравился персонал, а именно тонко чувствующие клиента менеджеры ресторана Abigael, Anisha, Dilnaz, Solorobh, Ridwon и Jean, которая каждый день оформляла живые цветы в моем номере. Я надеюсь, правильно их имена написала. Прошу прощения, если есть ошибка

Я не люблю кондиционер и отключаю его. Я почувствовала запах влаги в номере, но это нормально, просто надо хорошо высушить номер, ведь в Дубае всегда влажно.

Херня! За эти деньги лучше отели есть в даунтауне. Море херня, еда херня. Цены завышены.

Мариана на стол ко забита туристами, что это место точно посещать нет смысла. В отеле много детей и весь бассейн просто оккупирован. Пляж забит и все на головах. Еда на эти деньги не вкусная. А если вы повестите на двери не беспокоить то уборщики все равно будут звонить в звонок много раз.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, c'est un bel hôtel, bien situé. On y mange très bien!

L'emplacement de l'hôtel (JBR, quartier animé) La plage

Pour un hôtel 5 étoiles, l'accueil a été décevant. Après un long voyage de nuit, on ne nous a même pas proposé une boisson de bienvenue à notre arrivée, et personne pour nous escorter jusqu'à notre chambre (on vous donne les clés, le numéro de chambre et débrouillez vous, l'hôtel est immense). C'est regrettable, cela ne correspond pas aux standards d'un établissement 5*. De plus, personne ne parle français ici. En revanche, nous avons eu la possibilité d'accéder à notre chambre à 11h au lieu de 15h, ce qui est un point positif !

Highly recommended, will be back !

Lovely pool, comfy lounges great beach amazing location Loved the coffee shop axis best coffee and cake Staff were all amazing Shout out to. Zahid who looked after us well with everything we needed in our room, his towel skills are amazing. Zin and beautiful Grace for being a smiling face at breakfast and couldn’t do more. All the reception, bar and rest of the staff all amazing customer service

Everything was great my only gripe would be no one to serve at swim up pool bar any day At least 15min wait which didn’t fit in with the service everywhere else Apart from that little thing everything was perfect

Детям понравилось, им дарили шарики на завтраке. Пляж расположен близко к отелю и морю. Вам не придется долго идти по жаре от отеля до лежаков, а потом еще столько же до моря, здесь все близко, что удобно и комфортно ходить к морю даже детям 3х лет. Отель прям около прогулочной зоны JBR, где много ресторанов, кинотеатр, детские развлечения и ресторан Маша и Медведь!

На завтраке внутри помещения жарко, из-за того, что там две точки жарки разных видов блюд. Блюда вкусные, но не очень разнообразные.

Il y'avait une mauvaise odeur dans la chambre, l'odeur provenait du tapis , c'était comme si le tapis avait une imidité qui date de très longtemps

Fantastic, we always enjoy our stays with you.

Room was good size and very clean, the breakfast was amazing and the location is a major factor in our returning to the Hilton so often.

People obviously keeping pool towels overnight, reserving loungers round the pool very early in the morning before the towel shack opens and then not appearing until late morning. This really needs to be controlled more vigilantly.

It doesn't make sense to pay for a room and then be suddenly informed that the water will be contaminated and unavailable for use! It feels like a scam, and they should offer compensation or a partial refund to all guests that day. I told them I needed to take a shower in the morning, and they said I had to go to another building across the street in JBR. I can't believe I had to carry my clothes and towel in front of everyone just to take a shower in a different building that 5-10 minutes away from the hotel in 45° 😅.

Il mare…verde come il fiume… Questa è la quarta volta che vado a JUMEIRAH ma un mare così sporco non l’ho visto mai… Non alloggerò mai più a jumeirah Ci hanno cambiato la camera perché la nostra era umida…lenzuola bagnate…acqua che scendeva dalle pareti… Il deposito te lo ridanno dopo 14 giorni…ALLUCINANTE!!! Visto che ho dovuto girare altri alberghi sono stata parecchio in difficoltà …

No relation between Fairmont the palm and this property, just take the advantage of being next building

I don’t like anything about this property

Upon arrival, I encountered difficulties during the check-in process. The staff at the reception desk appeared to be unhelpful and even somewhat aggressive in their demeanor. I found it challenging to obtain basic information, such as access to the beach and other property amenities. This lack of communication and hospitality was not aligned with the expected level of service at a Fairmont property. Furthermore, I attempted to seek assistance by contacting the hotel's support hotline. However, to my dismay, my calls went unanswered, leaving me feeling stranded and unsupported during my stay. I believe that as a valued guest, I should have received a higher standard of service and professionalism from Fairmont Dubai. I am reaching out to you in the hope that this issue can be addressed promptly and that measures can be taken to improve the overall guest experience at your property.

Very nice stay

Excellent hotel, facilities and location. Lydia and Zain at reception were very efficient and helpful. Claire at the Event management handled our business meeting very professionally.

Room and furniture are little dated.

location

water construction in the entire property from 10pm till 6am without notifying me. so inconvenience to not be able to shower or use restrooms and had to suffer with my kid regarding this manner. electrical disconnecting every time we tried to iron leads to requesting technical help so often..

A shocking disappointment

The only good thing is that is in JBR, but turn again, any hotel in JBR will get a good review for location.

I paid for breakfast when I booked the hotel, and yet I had to prove to the breakfast desk that I paid as they couldn't find me on the list which annoyed me greatly. I also couldn't understand why they were so slow at the valet service compared to all other hotels I've stayed at, on the walk. It was very frustrating. I required an interconnecting room and was given confidence that I will get one, however, when I arrived, the receptionist said they do not have it. They could have told me that when I booked the room, and not take me all the way to the hotel to give me the details. The lack of a connecting room greatly impacted the quality of my stay, which could have been avoided by the hotel. The breakfast menu was very limited and quite poor quality compared to the other hotels on the walk, namely, rixos. I was so disappointed by it that I decided not to go after the first morning, and only went on the last day as I had no time to go outside and eat. Lastly, it is very important that the hotel (or booking.com) clarifies that the hotel SERVES PORK. While it might not be a problem for most guests, it certainly is for Muslims at the least, who are paying a lot of money to go and then get grossed out by seeing pork next to the food they might want to eat. In summary, a total disappointment and I will not be going back to that place again.

Everything was bad , I don’t advise anyone to book there , because you will regret if you do it .

I didn’t like at all, starting from breakfast, to the staff, the room, the price ,the services and facilities. They took overpriced, then gave me wrong room, I paid for sea view they didn’t give me , I asked for high level they gave me second floor, they took 1633 aed around 500$, while I couldn’t staying more than 1 hour.
