موقع الفندق

النظافه حيث انه يجي يرتب الغرفه بس لايتم استبدال الاغطيه والمفارش و الادوات الاخرى كالفرشاه والمشط الخ كذلك غير مكتمله لابد ان تتصل وتطلب منهم منظف الغرف يطرق الباب بقوه واكثر من مرا

Everything about this hotel was exceptional. I highly recommend this to anyone who is travelling to Dubai.

Everything, the hotel was amazing, the staff couldn’t do more for you, overall amazing.

Lovely hotel

Lovely clean hotel, very close to the beach, lovely rooms we had an interconnecting one with our children which was very good. Good location and sea view. All staff were very friendly and helpful especially the manager. Fantastic breakfast choice.

We weren’t told that the pool would be shut when we booked and we had picked it because it had a pool ! - not the hotels fault - booking.com should have informed us of this when we booked.

نظافة المكان والموقع وترحيب موظفي الاستقبال

الشئ الذي لم يعجبني .الفندق خدمة المسبح في إصلاح لكن وجود مكان خاص للنزلاء الفندق يدهبوا إلية بس انتقال النزلاء بوسيلة النقل غير جيدة باص شبة تعبان وقديم وصوط الباص موزعج جدآ وهذا لا يليق بالنزلاء حسب جنسياتهم ..للاحاطة.

breathtaking views

the view and rooms are unbeatable. beds are huge and the view is stunning!!! loads of room also

the pool area is very very poor which really let the hotel down. not a massive deal though as you could go else where but a shame as could be great

Nice hotel

Location,staff,food and room and view were brilliant. Only let down was they were renovating a lot of the pool area and so part of it was cordoned off. The sunbeds were virtually on top of each other,there was no gap I'm between it was like sardines. We feel we should have been fore warned about this by the hotel but it didn't spoil our stay at the hotel. Views were excellent and you could see as far as the Palm entrance.

We are frequent guests at this hotel. However, I am very disappointed with the service and safety at the hotel. This is not our first stay here; we have always been satisfied before, but unfortunately, the hotel's services no longer meet the standards of a 5-star establishment. Firstly, it was my daughter's birthday, and we bought balloons and decorations. When we approached the reception and asked for a balloon pump, they said they didn't have one. It was a great surprise! A 5-star hotel without a pump? The hotel has many young guests, so what if someone needs to inflate a float? Or if a guest has a birthday and there is no pump? How can this be? Is this really 5-star service? But the cherry on top: I have been visiting Dubai for 10 years and have stayed in various hotels. There is always someone monitoring safety. This hotel has a playground where children are not allowed without parents. There is a video camera, but no one is monitoring it. When I entered the playground with my 1 year and 10-month-old son, I saw older children (around 10 years old) standing on a small swing and swinging. I stayed close to my son. Meanwhile, another child was standing on the swing and swinging with great force. Despite my warning (which the older child ignored), the swing hit my little one with great force. As a result, he ended up with a bloodied lip and a bruise under his eye. I reported this to the reception and asked them to check the video footage. The hotel should be responsible for maintaining order and safety on its premises. The hotel called a doctor, who confirmed the bruise under the eye and the bloodied lip. However, the response I received was that it was just a bruise and nothing serious. But my child is only 1 year and 10 months old! Excuse me, but what would be considered serious? When a child is taken away with a concussion? This is supposed to be a 5-star hotel!

Fantastic location, didn't want to leave

Fantastic location and a great atmosphere in the hotel. We had a baby and a toddler and the staff couldn't be nicer or more accommodating. The pool area was great and had a little splash pool for kids too. Views at night time from the balcony is beautiful with all the lights and boats coming and going. We upgraded to a suite on check in and it was definitely worth it for the extra room to separate the kids for sleeping. A great hotel, would definitely go back

There is a beach club in front of the hotel that plays very loud music for most of the day. But, it didn't wake us up and I am usually a light sleeper. It just might be off putting for some people. The pillows were also very high and the bed very very soft

La proximité de la marina, l’accès depuis la piscine au trottoir d’en face sans passer par la réception. Globalement propre, la chambre avec une moquette vieillotte et un peu odorante, la salle de bain avec juste une baignoire pour un 5 étoiles c’est bof, nous sommes en 2024, pensez à installer des prises USB dans vos chambres….

La musique au petit déjeuner bien trop forte au réveil…. Trop de monde au buffet le matin

Konum çok guzeldi , denize neredeyse bikaç adım mesafesinde, hemen yanında kfc ve mc donalds var yemek icin çok ideal bir lokasyon. Deniz icin havlu ve şemsiye temini var .

Great location and stay

The hotel is quite good with a great variety or restaurants and bars. Additionally, it is right next to JBR beach with an easy and quick access from the Sheikh Zayed Road.

The check in process took forever, even though I have informed the staff about our arrival early in the morning (3 times) and was assured that the room would be ready, but nothing happened and we had to wait for about 2-3 hours to get our room. The reception personnel did all they could to assist us, but I believe the front office manager (may be wrong) did not really care about our issues (a Russia speaking lady). Overall, disappointing arrival experience.
