Below the expectations..

The location is very good with good parking and nearby supermarket and mall. The hotel is with an old nice style.

The AC is very bad. Very old, barely working. Refregirator is also not fully functional. No complimentary water. The man at the reception was very nice at the check in and helpful, however the early check out policy (10:30) is something that I never saw and never experienced before!!

it’s a nice and cozy hotel and everything is very clean. The hosts are very friendly and helpful in case of questions. the location of the hotel is perfect for visiting Venice, which we did. you can take the bus right in front of the hotel and in approx 30 min you are in the city.

Disappointing

The location is amazing with free parking.

I didn't like that the room Air-conditioning is not good at all at night we couldn't sleep the lady we met at the reception was really rude.

Lovely pizzas from restaurant next door

The bus only goes straight to Venice from hotel before 0930. After that you need to get bus and Tram. Coming home always bus and Tram, takes too long

There are two terases, one was directly from apartment. Public transport stop is right away near hotel.

Clean hotel, cleaned and changed towels every day, large rooms and very nice staff.

Comfortable room close to airport.

We liked that the hotel was close to the airport. The hostess was kind and helpful to print out our airplane tickets. The room was clean and comfortable for the 4 of us. Plenty of room on site for parking.

Restaurants not open until 7 pm in this residential neighborhood so we had to drive close to the train station where there was a restaurant open for late lunch/early supper.

Disappointing

Nice location, bus stop is just outside. Parking included in the price.

Breakfast was poor. Offensive label on breakfast tables "don't take sandwiches with you" (15 years have we been roadtripping around Europe every summer, never have we seen a label like this) !!! No pane integrale. Old air-conditioning, almost didn't work. Saw a very strange cable with small red light on it behind the tv, couldn't figure out the use of it. TV didn't work. Not clean enough. Very weak internet signal. Very slippery bathroom floor.

Overall, we were satisfied, only the air conditioner didn't work because it might be 25 years old.

Breakfast selection was poor. We expected better, the same food every day.

Such a nice place, with great staff, they are so kind and helpful. It was a pleasure to stay here on our trip to Venice. Venice is easy to reach. The bus stops next to the hotel, which then puts you down next to the vaporetto station.

Very nice stay, absolutely satisfying for a couple of days.

Very friendly and nice receptionist. The bedroom and bathrom are big enough and it was all perfectly clean. Breakfast on the buffet was pretty good and enough to choose from - even if there is nothing special compared to some other B&B locations. Coffee was served on order, for free. A private parking lot, which is included, is directly behind the house. Round about 10-15 minutes by car to go to Venice (parking Tronchetto). In total a very good hotel for a good price.

Air conditioning inside the room was not cooling down very much, but that was still fine for us. Would be nice to get some fresh juice for breakfast, rather than juice from powder or concentrate (?).

A wonderful relaxing stay in a place full of character and style ! Definitely returning !

We enjoyed our breakfast very much especially my wife because a gluten free alternative was provided . The hotel is located conveniently near a bustop with regular bus services for Venice The Staff are always happy to provide advice and assistance .

Possibly a kettle with a selection of teas in the room

This hotel in Zelarino is located perfectly for a visit to Venice. Nice comfortable hotel, warm welcome, good breakfast, free parking and restaurant and busstop next door.

Clean with kind staff

Pictures of the room show that the room has a balcony but my room did not have one. The phone did not work as well.

Really nice hotel with nice and helpful staff!

Staff was AWESOME, room was super clean with new and fresh towels, room was really spacious and quiet. Highly recommended.

A/C in the room wasn't so good.
