The location to the station. We stayed twice and the first room was a lot bigger and a bit nicer. Good aircon
Very dated rooms, bathrooms can be small, very hard uncomfortable beds, not a lot around to eat, not able to but any drinks at the hotel not even water, only given one pillow, rooms very hard to get to some of them, lift very small.

It’s very close to Mestre central train station (5 minutes walking distance). Perfect if you’re going to visit Venice, is 10 minutes by train and trains run very often (every 10 minutes). Near to the hotel is a big food market. The room was clear and warm.
Nothing to say

Tudo muito confortável, travesseiros, banheiro grande, muito bem limpo.

Nice hotel near the train station, a few minutes' journey to the center of Venice. Really friendly staff and car parking was easy on the same street

very clean, great location close to the train station. staff very friendly and helpful.

This small hotel was quite nicely located in Mestre. We chose this place because it´s closeness to the railway station but away from the busiest streets. We did not stay in the room too much, we were mostly exploring Venice.
The staff in the hotel were friendly.
I think overall the stay was pleasant. Unfortunately in May 2023 there was a renovation on the street under the window, but we managed to leave the room before the drilling etc started. So no real worries there.

Clerk who checked me in did not know breakfast times, which were crucial for me.

The location was close to the train station that made going into and coming back from Venice a breeze.
The shower was insanely small. So small that I couldn't stay in it to wash myself. To bend down and wash my lower half. I'm 6ft tall, 190 lbs, so maybe a bit bigger than the average person. But my wife is 5ft 2inches and 100 lbs and she said it was nearly impossible to wash herself in the shower, at least well.
The cleanliness was meh. The surfaces were clean enough, but it smelled dirty overall and just needed a deep cleaning.

Veryw close to the train station. Close to cheap good eats. Noodle spot down the street was great and open late. Very clean and comfortable!
Some loose fixtures and mini fridge didn’t get very cold.

This hotel is very conveniently located near the train station and the bus stop to the airport. The staff was great and the room was very clean and comfortable. There are many nice restaurants nearby.
Nothing.

The hotel is close to the train station
It was not at all clean and the area after evening looks really dangerous

- Clean room with fresh linen daily.
- 5 mins walk from the train station for quick access to Venice or other parts of the country
- Nice selection of food and drinks for breakfast.
- Room a bit dated and bathroom quit cramped.

The breakfast is very complete. Not only coffee but different savory and sweet food to eat.
The room is very good set up: a bed, a closet, a desk, 2 chairs and the toilet is a little bit separated. The toilet has bidet. The bed is very confortable.
The communication was a little bit difficult sometimes, not all the staff could speak english.
There were some missunderstandings with the breakfast included.

Very close to metro and bus stations. If you re flying to Marco Polo you can take Mestr buses and arrive to Mestre Central Station in 15 minutes, and here is Hotel Roberta just 5 mins walk. Also if you are also intented to visit Padova and Verona you can have daily visits to these kind of cities easily with train. There is a big supermarket around hotel and it was super easy to get some food and supply from there. Other than that the hotel is renovated and staff was very welcoming. Also breakfast was fairly enough altough nearly all of the choicew were carbs :)
Inspite of very advantagous location, if you are a solo traveller and want to get back to hotel in midnight it could be a little dangerous to walk around. Mestre is known with being very dodgy and dangerous area especially after evening. Seen so many nonlegal events on the street. You better be at hotel before midnight.

Very close to the railway station ans bus stops
Was not emptied the litter bin from the previous guests. All night some mechanism was working and I could't fall asleep properly. I heard all noises from the neighbours. The battery didn't work. Strange shower-couldn't close it. Water was running onto the floor.

Toilet, shower wall was a bit dirty. It was noisy, both from street and a machine that kept making a ticking sound

silent pretty boutique hotel near the center. Good international breakfast
I would have liked to find a bottle of water in the room
4.5 / 5.0
Breakfast was a little pricey but you absolutely get your moneys worth.
Huge array of baked goods and selection of drinks and other things such as cereal and eggs
Only issue was the shower drain was blocked. But by the time I had finished my breakfast, maintanence had already resolved the issue!
