VISTA AO MAR E LOCALIZAÇÃO EXCELENTE

Localização perfeita. Frente ao mar e uma linda paisagem. Equipe muito atenciosa e prestativa. Ter estacionamento próximo vinculado ao hotel foi um diferencial. Café da manhã muito bom e suficiente. Muito próximo de todos os melhores pontos de visita da cidade.

Perfectly located hotel with friendly staff

Friendly staff, close to the old town, free parking + shuttle service. Good breakfast and clean rooms.

Rooms towards the streets very noisy in the morning when they pick up the trash at 6am. Try to avoid room 104 which is located eight above the cellar entrance. Restaurant charges an extra tourist trap service charge on days where they don‘t serve food.

Was really looking forward to our stay at Covo Dei Saraceni as we have previously stayed at Coci Dei Saraceni in Positan

the location was excellent

The front office and restaurant staff were extremely rude, abrupt and not helpful. Very disappointing. The only staff that were lovely were the breakfast ladies. The beach towels that were given to us were old towels that guests had left behind, absolutely disgusting. For a hotel of this rating and cost you need to lift your game.

The lady at the reception was very cordial and helpful. Assistance with making dinner reservations. Organizing transport to car park. We had dinner in the hotel's restaurant and it was superb.

Very good

Covo de Scaraceni is located in a very convenient location and boasts some wonderful views. The hotel itself is a little tired but comfortable nonetheless. The staff are very helpful and make you feel welcome from outset.

The property is a little tired and could use some upgrades in terms of sort finished and furnishings.

All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast was tasty and served in a spacious breakfast room with a lovely sea view. The staff in the breakfast room were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is in a perfect location for visiting the Centro Storico and the iconic beach. The concierge was very helpful when we changed rooms.

The annexe had a very spacious room but was very dated. Also, the tiny balcony overlooked an unfinished square.

room was hot and mosquito ridden staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. they couldn’t even provide an iron or steamer on request, and made no efforts to ensure we had a good stay the breakfast was sad, in a dreary room which failed to make the most of its view. the food was like a bad 90s buffet

A good hotel with good facilities.

The location of the hotel was excellent; a great view from the restaurant terrace yet away from the business of the town centre. The breakfast was very good with a wide range of food. The reception staff were excellent and very helpful in parking the car. The room had a very comfy bed.

The room was smaller than expected and did not have a great sea view, we were on the first floor of the annex and people could just walk under our windows.

Very comfortable stay at a great location with a fantastic buffet breakfast included

The location was incredible and the buffet breakfast was very good

The room was not as nice as what was advertised - this was disappointing. We had booked a balcony room which appeared larger and nicer than what we received. The was dated and needs a refresh and the balcony looked onto nothing and was kind of off to the corner. The staff were friendly and helpful but not anything above what you’d expect.
