Alright

The piano outside nice …. Room size good pool nice

Cards need to be constantly programmed . Beds are hard . Drainage in bathroom too slow had to constantly stop the shower. No music by pool.

Outstanding hotel and location

Excellent location over the Mediterranean sea. Excellent facilities, three pools, private beach, private access to sea. Outstanding beautiful. Closest to Mondello beach, restaurants and amenities.

A bit of variety to breakfast would be good

Disappointing

We ordered a room with a sea view, we could see a small piece of the sea, the payment was taken as for a room with a sea view. We were with a car, in the description of the hotel namesal parking. Parking was not provided.

Not a value for money - Do not reccomend

The hotel itself has a great location, separated from the noice of the city and the breakfast was very good. Bus stop is 1 min away. The staff is friendly.

This is not a 4*hotel, maximum 3.5* and this only in some rooms. We booked an ecomony room and were firstly shown to a room that was 2 stars and in the basement, smelling very bad. Then we swiched rooms - the second one being what I believe a 2* room for people with dissabilities on the first floor, the balcony facing air conditioning machinery and very loud. We asked for an upgrade, which was possible after two days in the awful room and half a day waiting on reception. The room with upgrade was facing the sea, however we were there only about a few hours because the shower was broken and we needed to switch AGAIN. Generally the rooms are very broke down with a lot of utilities not working properly. The last room was okey, but still not the quality you expect from a typical 4*hotel in Europe.

lovely location

the location - spectacular views. most staff were friendly and helpful. They let us keep our room for a late check out at a reasonable price.

room 424 (or 425) had smelly drains making the room uncomfortable if the toilet door was open, or very strong if the door was closed. We complained twice at reception and twice nothing was done and no apology or explanation

One of the top hotels in Mondello; the front desk staff gives this hotel an International feel

The facility is quite nice. Some reviewers mentioned that rooms are outdated or in need of remodeling... we did not notice as we were there on our last night of our honeymoon and upgraded to a slightly larger room with balcony and view. The staff was impeccably professional and between the few of them spoke a number of different languages. We did not eat at the restaurant, though it looked nice and has an ocean view. Overall the facility looked nice.

The bartender at the bar in the rear of the hotel is abrasive and needs training on how to make some of the most basic and popular drinks. Actually, from the way he speaks to customers and mixes drinks it looks more like he just doesn't care. Pity, it was the only negative of our stay. We would definitely stay there again and just skip that bar if he is there Suggestion: Better lighting in the hallways would give this nice hotel a much more elegant look

Stunning stay

People have moaned about the breakfast but we found it great , every day they cooked a fresh omelette for me and fresh eggs for the wife. There was loads to chose from with a fresh orange machine to help your self from . The food was amazing and my wife is very fussy

The price of dodgy italn taxis as allways ,they are a rip off.

Superb

The location was exceptional and I would stay here again in a minute- I wish we'd discovered Mondello sooner during our travels in Sicily because we enjoyed it immensely. The hotel is a bit dated overall, but for the value and the location, it is worth every penny. We did not eat there, but our room (water view) was spacious and comfortable and the balcony was wonderful. Would absolutely stay here again.

Spectacular resort and view!

Amazing hotel. Beautiful location and with the adjoining rooms made our family vacation wonderful. The restaurant was exceptional. We can not wait to visit again.

Superb

Location is absolutely beautiful. Facilities excellent, three pools, private beach, bars / small eatery, big restaurant with terrace on the coast. Stunning views of the sea.

Maybe breakfast could be more varied. There used to be a selection of salmon and other fishes / vegetables, now this is gone.

In general it was a lovely stay at the hotel La Torre.

Location was stunning! Beautiful and clean facilities like the swimming pool and staff always very courteous. Wonderful breakfast too!

I think the housekeeping has some sort of problems. There a few things in the hotel which don’t work as they should, such as the air conditioning and the toilet flash .

Responsive staff, great breakfast, great views, loved the pool and access to the ocean.

Initially, the staff said they weren't able to put our close together so that they were in fact on separate floors. But, with further discussion, we were given rooms next to our kids which made for a better experience. The view is stunning and the salt water pool is a big plus. Great breakfast.

The parking was difficult as there are very limited parking spots but, with some feedback from staff, we were able to adjust and focus on having a good time instead.

not recommended

Very old rooms. Receptionist touched his tongue and put some spit to his fingers and gave the car park documents to us with that finger. they weren’t really enough helpful ever the parking. Breakfast area was very bad no outside sitting possible. Very weird curtains. walters working there were nice .
