This room is in the heart of Gallipoli and is in a great position to see all of Galipoli. The beach is close by and more restaurants than you can imagine.
The desk staff were very kind and attentive .
Breakfast - slim pickings. We only had one breakfast as there is a wonderful bakery for coffee: pastries not far away.

Het prachtige gebouw met dakterras en panoramisch uitzicht over de hele stad en zee. kortom magisch
het hotel heeft enorm veel charme en het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

The room was great
Would have loved a bar on the roof as the terrace was really nice.

Absolutely nothing
A breakfast buffet where pigeons had free access, the bread was old and dressed up with tomatoes or cream to disguise the stale taste.
The lock system didn’t work. We were locked out of our room for 2 hours. I had expected a partially refund but the hotel totally ignored this.
The staff couldn’t make a single decision of their own which seriously delayed the process and we missed our planed excursion.

The nicest thing of all was the way we were received by Fabrizio ,the owner. He was so welcoming ,send us the map how to get there, took the time to suggest the good places ,nice restaurants,. We could always reach him. He was a big help.
The room itself is very clean and near to the station and city. We would come again !

Lovely hotel in the old town 10-15 minutes walk from the railway station. If you have luggage and arrive by train they will pick you up. There is no lift but the luggage is carried to your room. The girls on reception are lovely and friendly and very helpful. There is a roof terrace with a lovely view over the marina although it is very hot during the day as there is no shade, but lovely from about 5pm onwards. My room was quite small but was fine for me, it had Sky TV which was great if I felt like stopping in for the evening. The bed was comfortable and the room was cleaned everyday. There are plenty of bars and restaurants in the area.
The shower cubicle is small, although I did have the smallest room.

The hotel was closed when we arrived and they left a massage that they have problems and asked to call them for another place!
First we never been in the hotel that we payed for him !!
Second al the phons called between them and us cost us more then the price for the hotel!
Third .we spent around 3ours from our vacation in this place to find and to get to the new placee that they send us!
The new place was without elevator and with lot of stairs that was really difficult to manage for couple in our age! (71-74years old)!

I liked the location of the hotel and the rooftop breakfast.
The room was dirty, especially the floors. Housekeeping didn't give enough towels for the guest and didn't replenish them if an extra was requested. The rooms were right off the main stairs so you can hear everything from the lobby through the top floor. Super noisy. The beds felt like a cardboard box.

Excellent location, easy walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants and cafes. The breakfast on the terrace was fantastic, a great range of fresh produce, cakes, ricotta and local fruit.
The staff were friendly but their tourism knowledge was poor. I would expect staff to know about public transport, tours and have information at hand.

One of the highlights of our stay at Palazzo Mosco Inn was breakfast time.
This was served on the top terrazza with a beautiful view and cool breeze blowing.
Savoury & sweet food was freshly prepared by the staff each morning from the owner's vegetable garden.
it was all so delicious with great coffee. Also the staff provided great tips for places to visit and good restaurants to try.
it was very hot while we were there and my husband was not happy that the first room had no window opening to the bedroom. There was aircon that worked well. But I would ask for a room with a window in bedroom next time.

The staff went above In every way to make our stay very easy and enjoyable. Our room and bathroom was large and very comfortable with good air conditioning.
Breakfast on the rooftop was excellent with huge variety of foods. Location in the old town was lovely and an easy walk to the beach and restaurants
Nothing- but it does have lots of stairs and no lift if that is important.

Incredible stay, perfectly located to explore Gallipoli with a great service to take ourselves and luggage to/from the port car park.

Very friendly staff, amazing room, excellent breakfast.
Parking nearby is more than adventure, is pure lottery. Also, the indoor steps in the hotel are so shiny & slippery that i’ve managed to fall once going down to my room from breakfast. They should do something about it, someone older could get hurt
