Lovely hotel in good location

I picked the hotel because of the parking and proximity to the old town - it’s just a 10 minute walk . The roof top terrace at night is just amazing - beautiful views welcome breeze. - just like the pictures . We arrived early and were allowed checkin in very welcome to get out of the heat . Beautiful buffet breakfast in vaulted cellar

Couldn’t get a snack on arrival but town walking distance and it was severe heat and siesta

Good spread for breakfast. Receptionist was very helpful finding us a private beach resort and breakfast staff were friendly and obliging

No shade in garden or on terrace. Hotel looked and felt a bit tired.

Basic hotel in need to refurbishment

Location good - 10 mins walk (uphill) from historic centre. Parking for the car was a real bonus.

Dated property in need to refurbishment. Breakfast was not of good quality

Great view, but thin walls and noisy neighbors

The breakfast was bigger than most Italian stays with meats, cheese, and GF upon request. The terrace on the roof had nice views of Ostuni. Free parking outside was great. About a ten minute walk from the center of the old town.

There was not as much care for details or maintenance in this hotel as the small BnBs we stayed in while in Italy. The walls were thin and we could hear children crying and people snoring next door. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was not good or well prepared. This was our least favorite stay while in Italy.

Everything about our stay worked smoothly. The check in was efficient and friendly, the bed was amazingly comfortable and the breakfast really made you want to linger, I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

There wasn’t anything I disliked.

Great place to stay to visit Ustuni and the area.

This hotel is perfectly located to visit Ostuni and the area around it with the amazing amount of very old olive trees. The breakfast is very good, especially because the lovely Maria was helping us, and remembered what we liked every morning.

I prefeito see Ostuni inside it!

The hotel is simple but nice.

The room is small and to stay at the feet of Ostuni I not good. We have to take a Turk tuck and ts not easy . Today if I return I prefer to stay on the beach or in Ostuni, it’s not worth.

The location of the hotel is fantastic. Their rooftop terrace is a definite plus for a sunset drink or midnight smoke. The hotel has a free parking on the property which is perfect if you're driving to get to the hotel.

There are stairs that you must take before reaching an elevator which is not ideal if you have heavy luggage or have limited mobility.

very pleasant hotel, an easy walking to main touristic sites, it makes the location very convenient .the breakfast buffet is very rich .there is a good restaurat in the hotel

Great location with amazing view. 5 minutes away by walk from the center with private parking lot. Full breakfast with a lot of choice. Staff very kind and professional.
