Ideal location and perfect place for me to feel at home in Ostuni

The location made it perfect to sightsee, find your way around the sights and always an easy route finding your way home. Everything was clean,quiet and comfortable. UNICO B&B was very accommodating when I arrived earlier than regular check in.

Nous n’irons plus…

Nous sommes très déçus! Nous avons attendu 45 minutes devant l’établissement alors que nous avions donné notre heure d’arrivée. Nous nous sommes douchés à l’eau froide . Nous attendons toujours la réponse pour ce problème d’eau…

Ben ubicat i net. Molt sorollós al matí.

Net i molt proper al centre històric.

A partir de les 7:30 és impossible dormir i estar tranquil. La senyora que prepara l'esmorzar no para de fer soroll amb els plats, gots i estris de la cuina. Crec que ho fa expressament. A més a més no és gens amigable. No m'ha agradat gens que la dutxa sigui transparent. Treu intimitat. L'habitació és molt petita per a dues persones.

Plutôt bien

Hôtel neuf, propre et confortable. Chambre très agréable avec terrasse au 3ème étage. Très bien situé, on peut aller à pied au centre historique pour profiter de la soirée.

Compliqué à cause de l'accès par codes. Escalier plutôt raide et étroit quand on porte des bagages. Petit déjeuner correct avec un service souriant.

A very nice experience

It is right next to the old town, but still separate from the main tourist area. It was very quiet, and I could rest well. Very clean and comfortable. It felt like an upscale hotel room. It had everything I wanted, and more.

If you've never been to a self checkin place, the process can be a bit complicated. There should be a sign to the sideway door, which is the main entrance and is not that obvious.

very good location right in the center of the city but still quiet. Room was nicely decorated, great terrace on the roof! The breakfast was nice and prepared with much love. Super lovely and caring hosts!

Rood did not quite have a view but not a big issue. We loved that it was quiet. Apart from that nothing that we disliked.

Clean room well decorated. Very close to the old Town. The self check in works well but we are not fan of the system.

Some details made us uncomfortable : the shower is completely transparent which gives a direct view from the bed + the neighbors were noisy... Not a B&B as listed on booking, more like an hotel without staff.

Great modern room location for a summer visit

Modern clean room with best shower in our entire stay. Possible access to common kitchen. The owners sent a website with all info necessary for the trip (tips, reviews, etc) which was an added plus. Easy self check in and out. Parking in street is free .

We came in March so it was slightly nippy at night and the room did not heat up.

Wonderful place

Check-in and check-out organized extremely good. After a small problem with check-in we got an upgraded room with wonderful, big balcony. The location is great. Just some steps from the main part of the old town. Having a parking place is a huge advantage in the place like Ostuni with a lot of small streets.

For us the mattress was too soft. But even with that, I would stay here again.

Couldn’t Ask For Better!

Everything was exceptional! Paolo the owner was amazing and very helpful! The location is just a 5 minute walk from the center! And the rooms were really clean! We all strongly recommend ❤️

The location was perfect, the room was super comfortable and very nicely designed. We loved the breakfast too - homemade pastry was delicious! And big thanks to the host Doriana who was very welcoming & helpful! 10/10

Exceptional

Wonderful organisation and check-in system. Clean and comfortable room with nice design. The owner is extremely nice and helpful. Perfect location, easy to find parking and walk around the city. Breakfast place is a bar a few blocks away from the structure, but the service there is not very good.

Some of the rooms are small, but for one night stay they're perfect.

Very good

Modern, very clean, large and spacious room. Good amenities, great shower, easy check in. Was a very comfortable stay, about a 10 - 15 minute walk to the historical centre. Free and easy parking. The host was very helpful, friendly and welcoming. They use an application for their hotel that’s very easy and convenient to use which is great.

The acoustics are bad in the corridor. we were woken up by other guests early in the morning (going to breakfast from 8:30am) walking up and down the stairs, opening and closing their doors and speaking. The rooms and corridors have very loud echos and the sound isn’t muffled at all. I’m not sure much can be done about this because it’s the way the hotel is designed. I would strongly suggest ear plugs if you want to have a somewhat peaceful sleep or a lay in. Other guests mentioned noise in the street that’s loud. We arrived on Saturday, so we weren’t in our room in the evening at all, and came back late and it was quiet. Sunday morning was very quiet when we checked out at 10:30am.
